There always ready to help! Best place I have even gotten a car at ! I will never buy form another dealership! Every time I go to get my oil change there on it ! The people in the service department are amazing! I would never deal with any other dealership! For purchasing vehicle or having it servicing! I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. I'm grateful for spending time to explain every single detail. Awesome General sales manager! They made my day. Definitely I will go back. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. We were returning customers and would definitely consider them in the future if we are ever looking for a new vehicle. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

They really came through for me! They had the action behind their words. They weren’t pushy, just informative and communicative. Everyone was very kind as well. They were very busy that day and I was late to my appointment but no one was frustrated or annoyed. They were polite and patient and gave me the same attention they did everyone else.

Just received a great deal from Omar, for a full synthetic oil change on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Omar was attentive, & knowledgeable explaining what my car needs. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. No time was wasted and we drove home in a vehicle that checked all our boxes (and more)! Many thanks to Brandy, Russell and Keven.

We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond. Ive never had a bad experience when visiting RC HILL Mitsubishi! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the technicians are very honest! If you in need of professional auto repair RC HILL Mitsubishi is the place to go! They work on all makes and models but depending on your vehicle or specific need I'd call ahead to make sure they can get the parts you need ahead of your appointment. They do take walk ins in it's better to make an appointment to get the fastest service!

Alexa was terrific,she knows her vehicles. She greeted us immediately and inquired as to what we were looking for in a vehicle and proceeded to tour with us pointing out all the features on each vehicle with no pressure. She sold us, she's a keeper!

I showed up for my oil change appointment and the advisor was very prompt on getting my information and getting my vehicle in for service. The service was fast and my vehicle was returned nice and clean. The service advisor was prompt at getting my keys back to me when they were done servicing my vehicle. What an amazing experience, seriously I've never been to a dealership like this! I've bought many cars in my life from many shady grimy dealerships , im used to all the typical salesman tricks. This was unlike any i had been to. The salesman Matthew was excellent, I would even say we trusted him , yeah I know , a salesman lol. Everyone there went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Even stayed almost 2 hrs after closing!! I'm so happy I chose RC Hill !! They definitely earned my business for life !!

Car dealerships tend to get a bad rap, but everyone I have ever dealt with at RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland has always been respectful, trustworthy and friendly - in a low pressure, genuine way. I have never felt pressured here on an upsell, either with my initial vehicle purchase in 2022 or in my regular oil changes / check ups with the service department since then. It is one of the few businesses where I consistently feel like the staff genuinely want the customer to leave satisfied at the end of the day, rather than being forcefully polite or driven by commissions. I have never had a Mitsubishi before this but based on the service at RC Hill Deland, I will be a customer for life.

Very satisfied on my first car buying experience. Russell knew what he was doing, and if he didn't know the answer to very specific questions I asked, he was able to find out the information for me before the time of purchase. I was not rushed into the sale, and he even waited for me while I took multiple calls with family to confirm the car was decent. Trade in process was very fair, even considering my old car. Just purchased my 3rd new car from RC Hill and couldn’t be happier! Matt was amazing from handling everything via text so that when we came in we just had a few papers to sign and we were done, to getting me great financing with a low rate and finally to taking the time to go over all the MANY features my new car has, even helping to download the app that controls the car! They even got me a great rate for my trade in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and quality of cars they have at such affordable price. My past 2 cars never had any mechanical issues, were incredibly reliable. My first was a Mirage, then an Outlander Sport to my latest purchase a top of the line, Outlander SEL. I am a customer for life!

Once again, the RC Hill Mitsubishi team has set the bar for quality service, friendliness and efficiency. The Service team reached our to me in advance of my service due date and accommodated my busy schedule. They provided hot coffee, and even had my favorite show on TV- Swamp People! UPDATE: Salesperson Keven is very professional, he looked for our best deal and talked straight. They had good inventory to choose from. It was a smooth and quick process. We spend like 1 ½ hour to complete the transaction including the test drive. Thanks. I have been a customer now for couple years and I take my car to service every time that is needed, service department is great, the service advisors are very attentive and friendly, service is pretty quick, appointments, check in and check out very easy.

Easiest place I've ever bought a car. It's my second purchase with RC hill Mitsubishi and Anthony is my salesman. It's fun, fast, and simple. As a customer you are treated with respect and your needs are their top priority. I used the service department for my first oil change on my new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. The service writer was as sweet as she could be and they were prompt and wash the car for me and vacuumed it out probably going to go back and continue to let them service my vehicle which is not the norm with me I generally don't go back to the dealership for service. These people are different like going back in time. I just love the way they treat their customers.

We went to Mitsubishi Deland on Saturday to get a car for my son, and we had a fantastic experience! Alexa helped us out and made sure we drove home with a brand new car that same day. Kevin in financing was great—he helped us get approved quickly and explained everything clearly. What I really appreciated is that it’s a family-owned dealership, and they don’t push you to buy. Their customer service is excellent—they truly took care of us and made the whole process so easy. We were in and out in less time than I expected. My son is very happy with his new car.
