Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. My experience with this dealership is very good and I see myself coming back for future business with them.

I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or need maintenance for your current one, I highly recommend R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. R C Hill Mitsubishi has hands down the best service department in Central Florida. So easy to work with! Easy to make an appointment, prompt attention when you arrive, a great waiting area and best of all, staff that is professional and knowledgeable and accommodating at every turn!!! I’d like to thank Bryce and Robert so much for their help today! I had a fantastic experience this afternoon and I couldn’t be more grateful. My entire life flipped upside down this week when my car broke down. Now because of them and the hard working team at the Deland location I was able to leave with a car today. I had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. They truly went above and beyond for me. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and works with you, I’d definitely recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi.

Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. Anytime I visit RC Hill for oil changes it is always a great experience. I had a recall for the navigation system. An update was needed. It wasn't RC Hill's fault. The update did not help the navigation. That was disappointing.

This whole staff is very friendly, efficient, and completely professional. The service department has a wonderful manager Kristian Mazzoni, whenever I’m in there for service, I see how the manager treats his staff, He make sure every one of them knows that they are respected and appreciated and important to the team. They all interact very well together. They are a perfect team and do their very best to satisfy every customer no matter what the circumstances. The service is beyond outstanding, you’re treated like family and not just another number. The manager Kristian goes out of his way to oversee each and every service that's done. I have always been treated very well by Kristian as well as Omar, Giovanni, Alexa and all the staff. I tell everyone I know if you need service this is the only place they should ever go. It is truly a pleasure to get service there because of this awesome team.

The team (Matt, Robert, Jesse) at RC Hill provided me a world-class experience on my recently purchased Jeep Wrangler! I never once stepped foot in the dealership as I live a couple hours away. I just wanted to take the time to say that hands down the best car service I have ever received is from Gio and RC Hill Mitsubishi. I can’t recommend him or RC Hill enough. A few months ago, Gio went above and beyond in servicing my car and addressing my concerns, making for a superb experience. His honesty, integrity, and understanding really shone through. Gio made what could have been a very difficult situation, pleasant. I am so blessed to have him as my service adviser and I wouldn’t trust taking my car to anyone but him and RC Hill Mitsubishi. In fact, I recommend Gio and RC Hill to everyone I know.

So, Our first experience about 2 years ago wasn't the greatest. It turns out that 1 bad apple can ruin your experience really fast. This time however was much different. From the first to the last minute there it was a positive experience. I found out that the bad egg was not there very long because of just that, Robert, our salesman was professional yet down to earth. Overall a great experience this time and my wife loves the new Outlander. Glad to be part of the family. Thanks Guys.

Ive never had a bad experience when visiting RC HILL Mitsubishi! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the technicians are very honest! If you in need of professional auto repair RC HILL Mitsubishi is the place to go! They work on all makes and models but depending on your vehicle or specific need I'd call ahead to make sure they can get the parts you need ahead of your appointment. They do take walk ins in it's better to make an appointment to get the fastest service!
