Russell was fantastic! No pressure at all. He answered all my questions and even answered questions I didn't ask ( and should have). Keven in finance was so helpful and friendly, again no pressure. I haven't bought a vehicle in a long time, and it was a great experience.

I purchased my car over at Lakeland. They told me I could get my car serviced anywhere I wanted and I had a free oil change. Well I live closer to Daytona. I used Daytona Mitsubishi. They were the coldest rudest people so after a bad experience with them I called Lakeland and asked where else I could take my car for service. They had told me RC Hill D land or RC Hill Brevard. I chose Deland because it was closer. I spoke to Heidi on the phone. She was pleasant and kind very informative at my questions. She wasn’t cold like the last one up in Daytona made my appointment. I had to call back and reschedule my appointment because of another appointment. Heidi was fantastic through my whole experience on the phone. I went over on Monday September 8 got to meet Heidi in person wonderful person. I was so comfortable there. Everyone was kind they said hello they asked if everything was OK. I mean it was such a different feeling of service than what I had experienced in Daytona. You need to send some of your people from the Deland store and teach Daytona Mitsubishi, how to be nice. I will be back at the Deland RC Hill Mitsubishi thank you Heidi. You were wonderful. See you soon.

I had a wonderful experience at RC Hill. I heard about them from the radio, about a promotion they had going on. So I decided to check it out and I'm glad I did. I have to thank Anthony, aka "Big T" the salesman and Keven the financing manager for helping get my new car. Big T was a nice guy and didn't try to force any cars on me. He ask what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay monthly. I didn't have to put money down or trade in my car, even with my credit score! I left with better car than I expected! I highly recommend RC Hill if you're looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

9/10/2025 Came for an oil change & recall appointment was made and service was very fast and pleasant will continue to visit this location for my car. I came to location due to car issues. They were able to see me same day diagnostic was covered under warranty, which was great and I got a good deal for my battery along with using a $20 off coupon that they sent me. Work was done within a two hour time span which was very great considering it was the same day no appointment will definitely continue to use Mitsubishi.

Our experience with RC Hill Mitsubishi began with some challenges, but what could have been a very stressful situation turned into a positive one thanks to the team here. Mr. RC Hill himself personally got involved and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of in a way we did not expect. His professionalism and integrity truly set the tone for how everything was handled. We also want to recognize the staff who played a big role in turning things around. Jordan in sales was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Troy, the sales manager, worked with us closely to find solutions, and Keven in finance made everything smooth and transparent on that end. I went to drop my 2009 Outlander, and while waiting on it I was offered a great deal for a new 2017 Outlander. I was given an amazing trade in value that was way above Kelly BlueBook. In addition, I was offered a great price on my new Outlander. They definitely have the best price!

Bought a Chevy there 8/2/25. 2 days later it was in the shop. Figured I got ripped off. Omar, the service manager not only payed for it to be fixed. He gave me a loaner for literally a month while it was fixed. It was a common issue with the truck. He could’ve ignored me and gave me the run around but he took it on the chin and stood by me and helped me along. Nothing is perfect with cars, but this guy is a stand up guy. You need service done go see Omar, he gives a shit

We were so happy with our experience with Matt! And every person we encountered here was kind. Hospitality was a big relief for us as weve had other experiences that couldnt compare with the kindness at RC hill. First time car buying is overwhelming and Matt answered every question in detail and went out of his way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. Honestly, we knew our car we wanted would be a big expense for us and we felt happy that our money went to RC Hill versus the other places we checked out because their hospitality. If youre gonna spend your money, at least spend it where people treat you with respect and kindness like here. Thanks Matt!

I’ve had the best experience buying a car on sept 1st with Alexa. She was so friendly and easy going. It did not feel like she was trying to sell me. A couple days later I realize back windshield was missing a wiper and she right away ordered it from Ford and installed it on my car. I feel very confident if I need them in the future for anything they will be there to assist me. I will be buying my cars from them moving forward and referring anyone looking for a car. What an incredible experience with the staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi!!!! We drove by and decided to pull in and check out the dealership. It wasnt part of our original plan to even check this location out, but the staff was very warm and welcoming. Robert did a great job guiding us through our purchase. Him and Keven were able to walk us through our purchase process. They were very professional and informative. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family, as the staff was very friendly and great at what they do!

Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I always receive really excellent work on my vehicle. All the people that work there are always friendly and courteous !! I highly recommend them even if you didn't buy your vehicle from them . I can repeat what I said in the paragraph above every single time I go and have any work done at RC Hills. Any work is always done correctly promptly and the people are always polite and courteous. And as I have said, I recommend them even if you didn't buy your vehicle from them.

Took car in to install a new radio. Took all of 30 minutes. next day took it back to reset clock and date as it was a complicated procedure. Out in 10 minutes. Great service.

From sales to the service department this dealership is top notch and extremely courteous! The front desk clerk in service is phenomenal, very helpful and kind. Omar and Geo in service are always the best! Nick the mechanic always does great work! Love this dealership, they never disappoint!!! Still in love with my 2022 outlander as much I was when I drove it brand new off the lot when Kevin sold it to me! Can’t beat this place!

What an unbelievable day. Came here to get out of a vehicle that was beginning to cost me too much money to fix. My salesperson Justin gave ne a few options we went for an awesome test drive and here I am buying a new Outlander. The process was simple, they took my trade, gave me all information on the new vehicle. No hidden charges, everything explained and shown to you. Sat with Keven in finance, same thing. Everything put out in front of you. Completely explained. It was a great experience. I frickin love this place.

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE GOOGLE PROGRAM. I PRESSED FIVE STARS, NOT FOUR. We could not be happier with our new Outlander Sport and the excellent sales staff at RC Hill! Picked up my new Outlander from RC Hill yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I live in St Augustine and negotiated the deal over the phone with Josh. Filled out the credit app online, 20 minutes later they had me approved with outstanding rates from numerous banks/credit unions. The best part was when I arrived to close the deal and pick up the car on Sunday morning, nothing changed. Everything was what we agreed to over the phone. When taking care of paperwork Troy the GM came over to introduce himself and thank me……nice touch. I spent around 30 minutes with Kevon in finance to close the deal and was on my way. The employees here are so friendly and knowledgable about Mitsubishi. Appointments are easy to make online and they do try to get you in-and-out as soon as they can. What I appreciate is that every now and then, they come in the waiting room and update you what's happening with your vehicle. They also offer complimentary car washes! My car is always well taken care of here. Special thanks to Omar who has been working with me since last year. I literally only come here if he's taking care of my Mitsubishi. He's very professional and welcoming, to me, his coworkers and the rest of the guests that are also getting their car serviced. Love this place, love my Mitsubishi! Nothing but good to me.

I have been purchasing Mitsubishi's at RC Hill for over 30 years and the service there is the absolute best. Kristian is customer oriented to the max! It is always a pleasure working with him! I will always service our vehicles at RC Hill Mitsubishi. I brought my new 2022 Outlander SEL to have the oil changed and a rear brake job. I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. I had heard RC Hill's commercials on the radio so I knew it was where I wanted to go. I had been looking at other dealerships as well, but RC finally had a car with everything that I wanted. Enjoyed talking to salesman and finance manager. Both very polite and knowledgeable . Very happy with the vehicle. My only disappointment. Only one key fob to the vehicle was given to me. But not a deal breaker. Another Key Fob was ordered but at my expense. I would purchase from R.C. Hill again.

I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

This has been the most awesome buyers experience ever!! Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.
