I had my oil changed yesterday and I met Mrs. Dog. She had 3 huge trays of food and thanks to John he gave me a piece of the dogs food and it was Deelish. Omar took good care of me yesterday they actually detailed my car with a toothbrush. He still not as handsome as Gio but he's been trying his best.

I had the best experience with Jacob. He really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. He made sure I was on my was as soon as possible as I was dealing with a family member going to the ER and I really needed to complete the transaction quickly. He took me through 3 different vehicles when I told him what I was thinking about. I chose the one best suited for me and he worked with me to complete my purchase. He was so courteous and knowledgeable.

2017 Toyota Prius Prime I had an excellent experience with a used car purchase from this dealership. From my initial call, to enquire about the vehicle and the final price, they were honest in their communications and generous with their time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate the third-party warranty on the car, as it will be registered in a different state (a consideration that initially created a delay that was handled with grace and efficiency). The sales manager, Matt, and sales rep, Robert, were especially patient and very helpful, but other members of the sales team were equally easy and nice to work with. The dealership is fully deserving of their excellent ratings and I am very happy to contribute one more.

Took a ride down to Deland yesterday to look at Mitsubishi outlanders. We had no plans to purchase a vehicle. Needless to say we met Jordyn, one of the sales associates and the manager who was on. It was late in the day. Jordyn went above and beyond to answer my barrage of questions. Even though it was closing time. My Wife fell in love with one of the models. Of course it was the one with all the bells and whistles and leather interior to boot. Told him we were not really ready to purchase yet unless he was able to meet Our requirements. Mind you it was now around 5-5:30pm. Without any pressure Jordyn went inside with the manager and came back a few minutes later with a proposal that We could not pass up. We drove home back to Palm Coast in a brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sel with touring package. If RCHill is Smart they should give Jordyn and the manager that was on a Promotion or at least some kind of weekend cruise or something. You just don’t find sales people nowadays of this caliber. Thank You Jordyn and RCHill for such a pleasant experience.

RC Hill was wonderful to deal with. Their service department was very accommodating, informative, efficient and friendly. I had called them to say our ABS light came on and they immediately scheduled an appointment. We brought it in and when they told us it would take 3 hours they offered us a shuttle ride to a nearby shopping center. After shopping and having lunch they picked us up and took us back to the dealership. While it was there they also checked it for a factory recall. When we went to pay the bill they gave us a coupon discount off the total. They were able to repair our Mitsubishi Outlander perfectly and we were on our way. I will always go there for service. I want to give special thanks to Matt Fernandez, Freddie Jessee and Chris.

I love working with Miss h e d i and the tech take time to explain everything to me understand I had to go to chemo and always willing if my car has to stay longer than one or two days that I work help me with a rental to make sure I have my cancer chemo she's so nice and explains everything to you that's going to happen to your car and also the service department workers but Mrs h e d i goes out of her way to help us thank God for people like this

The team in the Service department took exceptional care of not just my 2022 Outlander SEL, but also my wallet! I went in for potential brake pad replacement, alignment, tire rotation, and oil change and came away with honest work and repairs that were necessary and no fluff. Consistency at its best! I drive well over an hour to get my 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage G 4 to get serviced by this dealer. The service department treats me as a VIP every time I go there. Had an excellent experience with Robert and Keven. Very easy-going and friendly. I hadn’t intended to buy when I stopped in, and visited several other local dealerships before ultimately returning later that day and purchasing my new (to me) car. The experiences at the other dealerships that day drove me right back to RC Hill. Night and day difference in how I was treated and general atmosphere on the lot. Definitely recommended to anyone searching for a vehicle!

Awesome place to get repairs and oil changes!!!!! Super friendly staff and great customer service!!!! Geo is my favorite staff always takes care of me and my son with the best customer care and attentiveness. They are super affordable for a dealership they are here to help you. Christian Manager is great as well, would not go anyplace else!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!They also have the best ☕️ coffee Machine with diverse flavors. Always a great experience to bring my car in for service - easy to schedule and I feel appreciated as a customer. Based on my original purchase and periodically service appointments I am very happy with RC Hill. Recently I brought my Outlander Sport for the 35k miles transmission service in. I got my appointment on short notice and when there had a loaner car waiting for me. They also did a complete check and found out that the battery was about to give up and they could replace it. Always friendly and always great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience Cody in sales did everything he could to make sure a left with a car i wanted. Jesse finance manager worked with multiple banks to get me the best rates he could and keep me at a payment i was comfortable with, even with not the best credit this 2 gentleman did and worked everything they could to get me the best deal they could and i left with a new car which i didn’t think would be possible. Would recommend this dealership to everyone i know- specially Cody if you’re looking for someone that will be honest and give you all the information you need without feeling pressured!

This team is great! Especially John, I’m not sure what his last name is, buddy tall man who wears glasses and a ball cap and has a ponytail. On a Friday he went out of his way to come get me after I got busy at work and didn’t realize they were closing. Even though he was off work, he stopped what he was doing and drove to my office to bring me back to get my car so that I wouldn’t be stuck Thank you so much, John!! I hope you have a great day. This is also a great dealership, albeit farther away than the Ocala one for me, but I did want to provide feedback as well. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime. In the past I purchased a vehicle and paid more than a dime and it in fact was NOT a crime. In fact, the more you pay down, the less you end up paying in interest and down the road. That is such an annoying commercial on the radio. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime!

I would like to give a shout out to Anthony Andolino at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We have now purchased two cars from him at RC Hill, and both times were a pure pleasure. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. He was professional, patient, and took time to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasant salesman to work with. Thank you, Anthony! I also want to take thank the rest of the staff at RC Hill. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). Went twice to the dealership. Both times awesome. No pressure. Looked around the first time and was just explained where everything was and I believe his name was Ramon, told me if I needed anything to let him know. I then prequalified and received communication from the dealership. Spoke with Justin and went back the second time ready to test drive. Again no pressure, very friendly. Decided to buy. The process was easy and pretty quick. GM introduced himself and went to finance. Keven in finance was awesome and took care of me. I’d definitely recommend and will go back in the future. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

JOE did a great job helping me and getting me financed so that I could get into something that suited my affordability. He found me a one owner vehicle that might’ve had a few more miles than I wanted, but it’s in great shape. I didn’t feel rushed forced or any of those things that you normally feel when you go into a dealership I would definitely recommend RC Hill if you’re looking for a new vehicle or used one.

The best service department I have ever used. My vehicle is finished quickly and I leave with an appointment for my next service. When I first got there, Omar was looking very sad Come to find out they didn't have his favorite donut from dunkin. However I was able to cheer him up. Hiney was looking insanely beautiful like always. The dog that works there for some reason wanted to give me a treash. What the heck is a treash ? Overall it was a good experience.

I’m very impressed with the service I received. Everyone is polite and professional,I was told about what I needed for my car before the work was started. I appreciate that because I can decide if I want that done at the time they want it done or when I want it done. Just had the Second service done on my 2025 Outlander Sport. Hard to believe it’s already been a year. The service department is always helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions and are very knowledgeable. The service was done quickly and they even washed it!

Troy, Jesus and Jesse really couldn’t be any better. We worked with Troy after entering our previous cars info in and inquiring on a new one. We explained our situation, provided him all of the information he requested and he did the rest. In less than an hour he had us approved for the vehicle we wanted, with the payment and exact amount down we could put. While also taking care of our trade in. He called us and we were in disbelief. When we arrived to the dealership we were assigned to work with Jesus for the remainder of the deal. He was extremely kind and personable. Made the rest of the process very easy. Jesse is the final man you see before leaving with your new car. He explained our additional options with no pressure at all. We elected all of the extras as it just made sense. I will never buy a car from anywhere else again. This is truly a group of really great people.

I had an excellent experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was that their salespeople do not work on commission, so there was absolutely no pressure, no games, and none of the usual back-and-forth with offers. Russell was my salesman and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He repeatedly checked to make sure my family and I had everything we needed, even offering us water and snacks. Jesse, the finance manager, was equally great to work with and even took the time to thank me for my military service, despite the fact that I had never mentioned that I was a Veteran. The entire experience was easy, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. I will absolutely be coming back to RC Hill Mitsubishi the next time I need a vehicle.

This was supposed to be the first dealership in a series of visits planned for that day, and yet, it was the only one. From the moment we stepped into their parking lot, we felt so welcome, well advised, and more importantly, never pressured. Brannon (our salesman), was very honest and transparent, and helped us find the perfect car for our needs and budget. My daughter and I are very happy with our purchase, the Outlander Sport is a great car, and would highly recommend this dealership (and Brannon) to anyone looking for a great car!

R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them! (August 2026) Still the same as before! I go nowhere else!

UPDATE: Salesperson Keven is very professional, he looked for our best deal and talked straight. They had good inventory to choose from. It was a smooth and quick process. We spend like 1 ½ hour to complete the transaction including the test drive. Thanks. I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Russell was professional, straightforward, and genuine from the very beginning. He made the entire process feel as hassle-free and comfortable as possible, and I never felt pressured or like I was getting the typical “salesman” treatment. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept! update: replaced/repaired the AC on our 2095 Acura. Great job as always!
