There always ready to help! Best place I have even gotten a car at ! I will never buy form another dealership! Every time I go to get my oil change there on it ! The people in the service department are amazing! I would never deal with any other dealership! For purchasing vehicle or having it servicing! I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. I'm grateful for spending time to explain every single detail. Awesome General sales manager! They made my day. Definitely I will go back. Thank you very much for everything! ❤ My son is so excited for our Mitsubishi Outlander 2022. It's amazing. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. We were returning customers and would definitely consider them in the future if we are ever looking for a new vehicle. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

They really came through for me! They had the action behind their words. They weren’t pushy, just informative and communicative. Everyone was very kind as well. Just received a great deal from Omar, for a full synthetic oil change on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Omar was attentive, & knowledgeable explaining what my car needs. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. No time was wasted and we drove home in a vehicle that checked all our boxes (and more)! Many thanks to Brandy, Russell and Keven.

We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond. Picked up my new Outlander from RC Hill yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I live in St Augustine and negotiated the deal over the phone with Josh. Filled out the credit app online, 20 minutes later they had me approved with outstanding rates from numerous banks/credit unions. The best part was when I arrived to close the deal and pick up the car on Sunday morning, nothing changed. Everything was what we agreed to over the phone. When taking care of paperwork Troy the GM came over to introduce himself and thank me……nice touch. I spent around 30 minutes with Kevon in finance to close the deal and was on my way. The employees here are so friendly and knowledgable about Mitsubishi. Appointments are easy to make online and they do try to get you in-and-out as soon as they can. What I appreciate is that every now and then, they come in the waiting room and update you what's happening with your vehicle. They also offer complimentary car washes! My car is always well taken care of here. Special thanks to Omar who has been working with me since last year. I literally only come here if he's taking care of my Mitsubishi. He's very professional and welcoming, to me, his coworkers and the rest of the guests that are also getting their car serviced. Love this place, love my Mitsubishi! Nothing but good to me.

I have been purchasing Mitsubishi's at RC Hill for over 30 years and the service there is the absolute best. Kristian is customer oriented to the max! It is always a pleasure working with him! I will always service our vehicles at RC Hill Mitsubishi. I brought my new 2022 Outlander SEL to have the oil changed and a rear brake job. It was done in a timely manner and completely to my satisfaction. I will always recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi to all of my relatives and friends.

Anytime I visit RC Hill for oil changes it is always a great experience. I had a recall for the navigation system. An update was needed. It wasn't RC Hill's fault. The update did not help the navigation. That was disappointing.

This whole staff is very friendly, efficient, and completely professional. The service department has a wonderful manager Kristian Mazzoni, whenever I’m in there for service, I see how the manager treats his staff, He make sure every one of them knows that they are respected and appreciated and important to the team. They all interact very well together. They are a perfect team and do their very best to satisfy every customer no matter what the circumstances. The service is beyond outstanding, you’re treated like family and not just another number. The manager Kristian goes out of his way to oversee each and every service that's done. I have always been treated very well by Kristian as well as Omar, Giovanni, Alexa and all the staff. I tell everyone I know if you need service this is the only place they should ever go. It is truly a pleasure to get service there because of this awesome team.

I just wanted to take the time to say that hands down the best car service I have ever received is from Gio and RC Hill Mitsubishi. I can’t recommend him or RC Hill enough. A few months ago, Gio went above and beyond in servicing my car and addressing my concerns, making for a superb experience. His honesty, integrity, and understanding really shone through. Gio made what could have been a very difficult situation, pleasant. I am so blessed to have him as my service adviser and I wouldn’t trust taking my car to anyone but him and RC Hill Mitsubishi. So, Our first experience about 2 years ago wasn't the greatest. It turns out that 1 bad apple can ruin your experience really fast. This time however was much different. From the first to the last minute there it was a positive experience. I found out that the bad egg was not there very long because of just that, Robert, our salesman was professional yet down to earth.
