As usual, the service advisor, John Kovalick and the staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi were professional, thorough and competent. The work, including a backup camera software recall, was done quickly. The waiting area, was in top condition, everything was explained, all my questions were answered and all discounts and coupon applied.

Picked up my new Outlander from RC Hill yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I live in St Augustine and negotiated the deal over the phone with Josh. Filled out the credit app online, 20 minutes later they had me approved with outstanding rates from numerous banks/credit unions. The best part was when I arrived to close the deal and pick up the car on Sunday morning, nothing changed. Everything was what we agreed to over the phone. When taking care of paperwork Troy the GM came over to introduce himself and thank me……nice touch. I spent around 30 minutes with Kevon in finance to close the deal and was on my way. Great experience!! I’ve bought vehicles in the past from other businesses and spent my whole day there. Russel one of the sales representatives had me in and out in record time. Russel’s knowledge of the vehicle I purchased was very thorough and left me without any questions unanswered. The employees here are so friendly and knowledgable about Mitsubishi. Appointments are easy to make online and they do try to get you in-and-out as soon as they can. What I appreciate is that every now and then, they come in the waiting room and update you what's happening with your vehicle. They also offer complimentary car washes! My car is always well taken care of here. Special thanks to Omar who has been working with me since last year. I literally only come here if he's taking care of my Mitsubishi. He's very professional and welcoming, to me, his coworkers and the rest of the guests that are also getting their car serviced. Love this place, love my Mitsubishi! Nothing but good to me.

Anytime I visit RC Hill for oil changes it is always a great experience. I had a recall for the navigation system. An update was needed. It wasn't RC Hill's fault. The update did not help the navigation. That was disappointing.

This whole staff is very friendly, efficient, and completely professional. The service department has a wonderful manager Kristian Mazzoni, whenever I’m in there for service, I see how the manager treats his staff, He make sure every one of them knows that they are respected and appreciated and important to the team. They all interact very well together. They are a perfect team and do their very best to satisfy every customer no matter what the circumstances. The service is beyond outstanding, you’re treated like family and not just another number. The manager Kristian goes out of his way to oversee each and every service that's done. I have always been treated very well by Kristian as well as Omar, Giovanni, Alexa and all the staff. I tell everyone I know if you need service this is the only place they should ever go. It is truly a pleasure to get service there because of this awesome team.

So, Our first experience about 2 years ago wasn't the greatest. It turns out that 1 bad apple can ruin your experience really fast. This time however was much different. From the first to the last minute there it was a positive experience. I found out that the bad egg was not there very long because of just that, Robert, our salesman was professional yet down to earth. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond.
