Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. My experience with this dealership is very good and I see myself coming back for future business with them.

I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or need maintenance for your current one, I highly recommend R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Easy to make an appointment, prompt attention when you arrive, a great waiting area and best of all, staff that is professional and knowledgeable and accommodating at every turn!!! I’d like to thank Bryce and Robert so much for their help today! I had a fantastic experience this afternoon and I couldn’t be more grateful. My entire life flipped upside down this week when my car broke down. Now because of them and the hard working team at the Deland location I was able to leave with a car today. I’ve had awful experiences in the past with dealerships and I was actually treated like a human. I had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. They truly went above and beyond for me. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and works with you, I’d definitely recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi.

Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. I brought my Car in for an oil change. There was no waiting. Omar came to help me right away. He add me feel comfortable and right at home. No upselling just service! I made myself a coffee and sat down in the TV room. It was such a nice day, though , I went outside to sit and enjoy the weather. I met a lovely woman from Port Orange who sang praises about RC Hill,also. She has purchased 2cars from them and loves their sales and service! We enjoyed our time together and then my car was finished. They did the service and washed it all in just over an hour Thank you Omar and RC Hill. I can honestly say I enjoyed bringing the car in for an oil change.

My first visit to this Ocala site for a routine service to my car and check low pressure on tires. Customer Service, Angela, was great. Good service, very friendly and helpful even asked for the car to be cleaned and it was. This was all done in an hour and they have made next appointment for the service to the car by sending it in a text message, how great is that. Thanks Angela and the Mitsubishi Staff for doing a great job for 1st visit. May 16th 2022 Another visit to RCHill in Deland for my service on the day it was due and was able to the service on the spot. Many thanks for great work and in answering all my questions in regards to the purchase warranty. New service visit March 2023, thank you again for the attention to my Mitsubishi, upset that I didn't get earlier notification about changing 4 four tyres. So due resources had to look elsewhere for tyres. Much appreciate the after service of the cleaning and washing my Mitsubishi. 9th August 2023 service visit. Thanks Jiovanni for your attention to what was needed for my car service this time round and providing the due resourceful discount for myself. Thanks again to Mitsubishi for their attention to detail and car wash. 17th October 2023 - Thanks to Alexis for dealing my very flat car battery issue which was put in by Mitsubishi in October 2022. Now in October 2023 need to be replaced this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by Alexis, thanks again 10th January 2024 - Thanks Mitsubishi for the service and taking care of the car. 6th Jun 2024 - I came the day before my service cos i had a problem with the windows. Mitsubishi was very helpful in sorting it, politely as it was just a click of a switch. How can ask for improvement when you do all you can when it's not a service. Thanks Mitsubishi 2nd May 2025 Thanks Heidi and all service staff you took care of me again. Also thanks to the cleaning staff, for cleaning my car again. Oct 2025 thanks Heidi and Mitsubishi for proficient help and advice on my service. Thank for the cleaning crew you always do a good clean.

Absolutely the best dealership! I purchased a vehicle in 2013 and I’ve been coming back for service and vehicles ever since. My most recent visit was 10/2/2025. I brought my car in for service with no real intention of purchasing, though I had started looking around. My needs were very specific. I walked the lot on my own- no high pressure sales here! All the vehicles were open so I could really check them out. Prices and details are clearly displayed. I made a list of what I was interested in and went inside for additional information. I REALLY lucked out by dealing with Alexa Hill! She was wonderful! VERY knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I’m sure you can guess the outcome. Found exactly what I was looking for at a terrific price! I really can’t say enough about this dealership and its staff, from sales to service to back office. Financing was smooth and easy. Got an incredible warranty on my ‘new’ used vehicle for a nominal amount. The selection of both new and used vehicles is impressive. Needed a single tire for my 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage on a Saturday. None of the local tire shops had any since it’s an odd size. Went up to RC Hill they had 2 brands in stock to choose from and were actually cheaper with the mount and balance then the tire shops showed. Came through for me in a pinch. Thanks!!!!

I really had a good experience with this dealership. Typical I do not go to dealerships because they can be very pushy. But this was not the case. Robert answered all of my questions and showed me the vehicles I wanted to see. They even treated my cousin just as nice. My cousins said they would buy from here in the future. Also I did not have another person try to add additional fees onto my price. They gave me all the bells and whistles where I felt like family. I will refer as many people as I can.

Our second car buying experience at RC Hill was even was great! John helped us find exactly what we wanted in our new Outlander. Eddie was very helpful with the financing. It's been 5 days and the follow-up has been fantastic! We will be back when we need a new car again! Update: I have had the Outlander for two and a half years. We bought the Zurich protection package when we bought the car. Maintenance and repairs at RC Hill have been great. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I am able to get in quickly. And, my expenses are minimal because I bought the protection package. They still get 5 stars. Another update: I have had the Outlander for almost 4 years. I just had my regular oil change and tire rotation at RC Hill. Omar helped with everything I needed, explained everything, and all but an air filter was covered by the Zurich protection plan. I remain a very satisfied customer.

RC Hill was my 5th location I already had an No I can’t help you in my head or them saying I needed to put more down. NOPE! I talked to TROY for a couple days explained my situation he gave me his honest opinion and told me to come on in. I decided to take the 45 min drive and within and hour or less he had JORDYN work me a miracle. This is one of a kind a dealer that is true to their word. I plan on having a long term relationship with them they will be my go to and my recommendation for anyone that has credit issues or any issues they can help just a little patience is needed they are straight to the point and will tell you the truth not waisting your time like many other places. Accommodating even when I was late. Friendly. Great customer service. Job well done. **Update** Still going to RC Hill Mitsubishi for service for the now 2 vehicles I have purchased from them, service is still #1 class act. Omar is my service advisor, he is always great! The Service Manager is a great guy too, have spoken with him a few times, and he makes sure that his team is spot on! All of the employees in the service aera are always polite, helpful and very welcoming. I will say that they go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of, and that you understand everything that is going on with your car. They will give you recommendations for the services that should be done to your vehicle, because it actually needs to be done, but it is never in a pushing manner, they will let you know if it can wait, or if it should be done now. The explanation is what I like best, because even though I do have basic mechanical knowledge, I feel confident that they would never try to take advantage of a customer just to make $ unlike other places that I have been. Grade A First Class operation.

Bought a Chevy there 8/2/25. 2 days later it was in the shop. Figured I got ripped off. Omar, the service manager not only payed for it to be fixed. He gave me a loaner for literally a month while it was fixed. It was a common issue with the truck. He could’ve ignored me and gave me the run around but he took it on the chin and stood by me and helped me along. Nothing is perfect with cars, but this guy is a stand up guy. You need service done go see Omar. The sales department stood by the sale and made sure I got a loaner and took great care of me, nothing is always perfect but how you react is what matters this dealership is awesome
