I went for a oil change and My wife had just backed into another car and it left some damage in the rear end. The guys in the garage temporarily repaired my rear bumper and then Barbara gave me an estimate for repairs. Great people!I always enjoy going to see Barbara for my Outlander. She is always nice and getting fast on oil changes. She must be doing all these by herself. But her hands are never oily.????

***Update 01/31/2026 RC Hill’s service is always consistent and amazing! I have never been disappointed !! My service advisor Jovanny aka Gio took the time to assess my vehicle, He carefully listened to my concerns and helped me to choose the right services for my car a 2019 Mitsubishi Sport. Both Gio and RC Hill are reliable, dependable and trustworthy. This car is my 2nd RC Hill purchase there is no other dealership I would recommend! 10 stars !! ⭐️ ** Update 11.14.2023 I truly love RC Hill! They take such great care of me. They always have a friendly smile. They truly go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and as a valued customer. This visit was for an oil change and I had my toddler grandson with me… the gentleman in the service department came right in with the remote control so we could change the tv to cartoons for him! Really impressive care! As always Matt & the service dept were top notch! #rchillthebest! #neverleavingrchill! 11/2022…Once again, I am just so blown away by RC Hill Mitsubishi ! I have never bought a car on my own with out a co signer, and 2 without someone there. I was working with Justin on the phone. Although the day I went in he was off. I was directed to Andrew! I was so nervous, nauseous and having chest pain with the unknown. Andrew was amazing, he takes me through the process and we got a deal done. Not the exact model I wanted (of I wanted highest end). But I just went with the process and said this must be what God wanted me to have. The whole process was amazing. It was not stressful. The Manager came and gave me some advice . Even to Gage in the final steps was helpful. I definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a car. I will be a return customer. And I am so in Love with my Outlander. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Who knew? It’s been years since I bought a car, I hate it… it’s like the worst appointment usually. Not last night!! Everything was easy, direct and quick. I applied online, made an appointment, looked at and drove the car, got straight forward answers and a friendly atmosphere. I never once felt like I couldn’t leave if I wanted to. I've been into quite a few car dealers in my life but this was the most easiest laid-back experience I ever had with a car dealer no pressure no boil plain and simple right out everything out right out in the open and the experience was pleasant and didn't take long at all it wasn't like I was sitting there for 8 hours like I have in dealers so I would suggest everybody find an RC hill and get their car through them that's my true statement thank you RC hill..

I'm pleased about experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi The service was very good but the price to replace my 12 Volt battery high. $445 to buy and install seemed but there was no other available solution . This even after applying a 15% coupon.

As of January 2026, RC Hill has earned a lifelong customer in me. The service department always makes me feel welcome and goes the extra mile every time my vehicle needs service. Aug 2021 Garcia in the service department is an excellent asset to RC Hill. He makes you feel that you are a friend not just a customer. He takes the time to understand your needs and greets you by name once he spots you in the service department. Feb 2015 Anthony Andolino... is the sales man that met my car needs. I was fixed on the car I want it and the price I want it to pay. Anthony "Big T" worked with his boss Tim Hagan and met my expectations. Before RC Hill Mitsubishi, I visited a few dealers online and in person and no one gave me the deal I was looking for. Big thanks to RC Hill and its team. Specially to Anthony Andolino and Tim Hagan.

I hate car shopping, when you dont have the best credit its normally painful. You dont get the car you would like, you get what the bank deems ok. But the entire staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland was an exception to the rule. Many things were handled over text so when I went to the dealership it was quick and easy. And I got the car and features I wanted/ needed. I would send anyone and everyone to them Michael, Matt, and Keven made the entire process stress free. Highly recommend going here if you wanted to be treated like a real person

My husband and I purchased a Tesla. We are new Tesla owners, and Cody took the time to explain the Tesla operations and features. He was not pushy with sales and was respectful of our budget. Keven did a great job of explaining the warranties to us and excluded the warranties that were not applicable. As a younger female, I always dread going to any car places by myself. I had a nice time working with Michael he was cool chill and not pushy at all granted I made it easy for him I told him exactly what I wanted n he made it happen. My vehicle was delivered to my doorstep by him n Kevin was great also. Matt also worked nice numbers with the bank again I made it easy for them having a great score lol. But the service was great. I showed my girlfriend my vehicle that night and the next morning she was there getting her brand new one also. Now we're twins. My only request is up the referral fee a little more especially when your referral gets a brand new vehicle off display floor. Thanks for everything I love my Outlander

Went to RC Hill on Saturday with no appointment and hoping they could take my car. Needed oil change and brakes checked out. Service member told me they could take of it. Said I would be there for awhile but they actually finished with the car in less than two hours. So impressed with the service and quality they give the customers. I would like to give a shout out to Anthony Andolino at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We have now purchased two cars from him at RC Hill, and both times were a pure pleasure. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. He was professional, patient, and took time to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasant salesman to work with. Thank you, Anthony! I also want to take thank the rest of the staff at RC Hill. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). Went twice to the dealership. Both times awesome. No pressure. Looked around the first time and was just explained where everything was and I believe his name was Ramon, told me if I needed anything to let him know. I then prequalified and received communication from the dealership. Spoke with Justin and went back the second time ready to test drive. Again no pressure, very friendly. Decided to buy. The process was easy and pretty quick. GM introduced himself and went to finance. Keven in finance was awesome and took care of me. I’d definitely recommend and will go back in the future. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

He found me a one owner vehicle that might’ve had a few more miles than I wanted, but it’s in great shape. I didn’t feel rushed forced or any of those things that you normally feel when you go into a dealership I would definitely recommend RC Hill if you’re looking for a new vehicle or used one.

The AC went out in my old car, so I needed to find something new pretty quickly. They made the whole process super easy, worked with me to stay within my budget, and never made me feel pressured. I called the day before and was told if they cant get me in a car, ill get a full tank of gas in my exciting car. I left RC Hill with a 2026 outlander. They really went above and beyond. Bryce the sales guy was very informative and cool. Everyone at RC Hill are very professional they didn't push us to buy gave us options. Processes was very fast . I will shop here for any feuture cars!

The best service department I have ever used. My vehicle is finished quickly and I leave with an appointment for my next service. I truly appreciate they call and remind me of my appointment a couple days in advance. Update: just bought my 4th car from RC Hill, Robert Dean was my salesperson and he is excellent. Robert explained every detail and control in my new car. I left there knowing how to work everything. Excellent dealership to buy a car from.

When I first got there, Omar was looking very sad Come to find out they didn't have his favorite donut from dunkin. However I was able to cheer him up. Hiney was looking insanely beautiful like always. The dog that works there for some reason wanted to give me a treash. What the heck is a treash ? Overall it was a good experience.

Troy, Jesus and Jesse really couldn’t be any better. We worked with Troy after entering our previous cars info in and inquiring on a new one. We explained our situation, provided him all of the information he requested and he did the rest. In less than an hour he had us approved for the vehicle we wanted, with the payment and exact amount down we could put. While also taking care of our trade in. He called us and we were in disbelief. When we arrived to the dealership we were assigned to work with Jesus for the remainder of the deal. He was extremely kind and personable. Made the rest of the process very easy. Jesse is the final man you see before leaving with your new car. He explained our additional options with no pressure at all. We elected all of the extras as it just made sense. I will never buy a car from anywhere else again. This is truly a group of really great people.

I had an excellent experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was that their salespeople do not work on commission, so there was absolutely no pressure, no games, and none of the usual back-and-forth with offers. Russell was my salesman and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He repeatedly checked to make sure my family and I had everything we needed, even offering us water and snacks. Jesse, the finance manager, was equally great to work with and even took the time to thank me for my military service, despite the fact that I had never mentioned that I was a Veteran. The entire experience was easy, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. I will absolutely be coming back to RC Hill Mitsubishi the next time I need a vehicle.

This was supposed to be the first dealership in a series of visits planned for that day, and yet, it was the only one. From the moment we stepped into their parking lot, we felt so welcome, well advised, and more importantly, never pressured. Brannon (our salesman), was very honest and transparent, and helped us find the perfect car for our needs and budget. R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them! (August 2026) Still the same as before! I go nowhere else!

Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept! update: replaced/repaired the AC on our 2095 Acura. Great job as always!
