I love working with Miss h e d i and the tech take time to explain everything to me understand I had to go to chemo and always willing if my car has to stay longer than one or two days that I work help me with a rental to make sure I have my cancer chemo she's so nice and explains everything to you that's going to happen to your car and also the service department workers but Mrs h e d i goes out of her way to help us thank God for people like this

The team in the Service department took exceptional care of not just my 2022 Outlander SEL, but also my wallet! I went in for potential brake pad replacement, alignment, tire rotation, and oil change and came away with honest work and repairs that were necessary and no fluff. I appreciated the honesty and dedication to a positive customer experience. This is my 16th Mitsubishi (13th from RC Hill) and that’s why I love coming back!

Consistency at its best! I drive well over an hour to get my 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage G 4 to get serviced by this dealer. The service department treats me as a VIP every time I go there. Had an excellent experience with Robert and Keven. Very easy-going and friendly. I hadn’t intended to buy when I stopped in, and visited several other local dealerships before ultimately returning later that day and purchasing my new (to me) car. The experiences at the other dealerships that day drove me right back to RC Hill. Night and day difference in how I was treated and general atmosphere on the lot. Definitely recommended to anyone searching for a vehicle!

John in the service dept was fabulous he found a recall on my Mitsubishi which saved me 600 dollars and my tire that had a slow leak was still under warranty so received a new tire.800 dollars later and I had to only spend 20.00 wtg John and thanks again.Sue Wheeler

Awesome place to get repairs and oil changes!!!!! Super friendly staff and great customer service!!!! Geo is my favorite staff always takes care of me and my son with the best customer care and attentiveness. They are super affordable for a dealership they are here to help you. Christian Manager is great as well, would not go anyplace else!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!They also have the best ☕️ coffee Machine with diverse flavors. Love Mitsubishi dealership so much, I have a Chevy and my son has a bmw and we both come here!!!! We even get our cars cleaned!!!! Always a great experience to bring my car in for service - easy to schedule and I feel appreciated as a customer. Based on my original purchase and periodically service appointments I am very happy with RC Hill. Recently I brought my Outlander Sport for the 35k miles transmission service in. I got my appointment on short notice and when there had a loaner car waiting for me. They also did a complete check and found out that the battery was about to give up and they could replace it. Always friendly and always great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience Cody in sales did everything he could to make sure a left with a car i wanted. Jesse finance manager worked with multiple banks to get me the best rates he could and keep me at a payment i was comfortable with, even with not the best credit this 2 gentleman did and worked everything they could to get me the best deal they could and i left with a new car which i didn’t think would be possible. Would recommend this dealership to everyone i know- specially Cody if you’re looking for someone that will be honest and give you all the information you need without feeling pressured!

This car buying experience was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. From pulling onto the lot to driving away in our new car, the team was friendly, informative and made sure we were comfortable. There was never any pressure and once we agreed the process took less than hour. The owner even took the time to greet us and thank us for our business. The atmosphere felt like family.

This team is great! Especially John, I’m not sure what his last name is, buddy tall man who wears glasses and a ball cap and has a ponytail. On a Friday he went out of his way to come get me after I got busy at work and didn’t realize they were closing. Even though he was off work, he stopped what he was doing and drove to my office to bring me back to get my car so that I wouldn’t be stuck Thank you so much, John!! I hope you have a great day. This is also a great dealership, albeit farther away than the Ocala one for me, but I did want to provide feedback as well. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime. In the past I purchased a vehicle and paid more than a dime and it in fact was NOT a crime. In fact, the more you pay down, the less you end up paying in interest and down the road. That is such an annoying commercial on the radio. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime!

Troy, Robert and the finance manager truly made my experience once in a lifetime. They were attentive throughout the entire process. Troy was able to negotiate an excellent price point for me with my trade in. Robert is an EXPERT in all things Mitsubishi Outlander and truly helped me set up everything before I was out of the lot. Finally, the finance manager was so kind and attentive as well. Explained everything thoroughly about the VIP extended warranty. Overall as a customer I felt valued and respected. I brought my Car in for an oil change. There was no waiting. Omar came to help me right away. He add me feel comfortable and right at home. No upselling just service! I made myself a coffee and sat down in the TV room. It was such a nice day, though , I went outside to sit and enjoy the weather. I met a lovely woman from Port Orange who sang praises about RC Hill,also. She has purchased 2cars from them and loves their sales and service! We enjoyed our time together and then my car was finished. They did the service and washed it all in just over an hour Thank you Omar and RC Hill. I can honestly say I enjoyed bringing the car in for an oil change.

I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. Enjoyed talking to salesman and finance manager. Both very polite and knowledgeable . Very happy with the vehicle. My only disappointment. Only one key fob to the vehicle was given to me. But not a deal breaker. Another Key Fob was ordered but at my expense. I would purchase from R.C. Hill again.

I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

The service at RC Hill Mitsubishi was top notch. The personal were very nice and friendly. I had to travel from Bradenton and it was worth the trip. I will do it anytime. 10/10 this guys really knows what they are doing.

This has been the most awesome buyers experience ever!! Russell took care of me right away and sent me a beautiful Toyota CHR- I was very nervous about buying a car online-but this was very safe and easy- the vehicle looks brand new and even still has the new car smell. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.
