I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. I had heard RC Hill's commercials on the radio so I knew it was where I wanted to go. I had been looking at other dealerships as well, but RC finally had a car with everything that I wanted. I have some credit issues, and with a co-signer, I was able to get that exact car! They were friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed talking to salesman and finance manager. Both very polite and knowledgeable . Very happy with the vehicle. My only disappointment. Only one key fob to the vehicle was given to me. But not a deal breaker. Another Key Fob was ordered but at my expense. I would purchase from R.C. Hill again.

I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

This has been the most awesome buyers experience ever!! Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

We came in on Saturday to trade our used car that we bought there about 7 months ago. We came in with a 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse and left with a 2025 Outlander sport!! Alexa was amazing! Since I purchased my mirage in 2018 I have only taken my car to R C Hill. The service Department is top notch, they only tell you what service needs to be done at that time and what you can expect to in future visits. If you start taking your car there it will be well taken care of, ask for Omar when you go HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!

After an accident, I took my vehicle to RC Hill where I bought it for repair. They were very professional, easy to reach and kept me informed on the progress. They worked very excellently with my insurance rep as well. The car looked as new as when I bought it when I picked it up.

Absolutely the best experience we have had buying a car/jeep. We moved to FL and I knew I wanted a jeep, I had had one before, a black one and it was totaled in an accident and moving to FL I knew it was time to get another one. We drove by this one , just what I wanted, all white with the one touch sky touch top, stopped in and was greeted by Cody, he was never pushy or anything but friendly. From the day we entered the dealership till the day we drove the jeep off the lot, everyone made us feel nothing less than part of the RC Hill family. I will forever be thankful and keep going back. our a/c compressor had gone out in 98 degree weather & we already had 86,000+ miles on a 7-yr suv, so we decided to "look" at used cars, preferably not more than a couple years old, but with monthly pmts we could afford - we found a 2012 w/ less than 3,000 miles in my favorite color & w/ our trade-in, our pmts were only $10/month more than the last 4 new cars we've bought - it was taken care of by the orig owner & we're both very happy w/ our choice

On November 22, 2025, we arrived at RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand to view a vehicle and make a final purchase decision. Anthony was waiting for us right on time for our appointment. Anthony was truly exceptional and accommodating. He immediately took us for a test drive, thoroughly explaining all the features of the vehicle. He patiently and professionally answered every single question we had. We quickly decided this was the vehicle for us! We mentioned we were going to the bank to pick up the check and grab breakfast and would return. By the time we came back, Anthony had everything set up for us. We were then introduced to Tim, the General Manager, who was very pleasant. We were walked through the final details in the Financial Department, and the entire process was seamless. We couldn't be happier! The service, the vehicle knowledge, and the outstanding customer service we received made us feel like part of the RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand family. The price of the vehicle, compared to other dealers we visited, was also outstanding. We had a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships, but when we came to Mitsubishi DeLand, we genuinely felt like they cared and wanted to ensure we were pleased with our car. I had my oil changed yesterday and I met Mrs. Dog. She had 3 huge trays of food and thanks to John he gave me a piece of the dogs food and it was Deelish. Omar took good care of me yesterday they actually detailed my car with a toothbrush. He still not as handsome as Gio but he's been trying his best.

I had the best experience with Jacob. He really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. He made sure I was on my was as soon as possible as I was dealing with a family member going to the ER and I really needed to complete the transaction quickly. He took me through 3 different vehicles when I told him what I was thinking about. I chose the one best suited for me and he worked with me to complete my purchase. 2017 Toyota Prius Prime I had an excellent experience with a used car purchase from this dealership. From my initial call, to enquire about the vehicle and the final price, they were honest in their communications and generous with their time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate the third-party warranty on the car, as it will be registered in a different state (a consideration that initially created a delay that was handled with grace and efficiency). The sales manager, Matt, and sales rep, Robert, were especially patient and very helpful, but other members of the sales team were equally easy and nice to work with. The dealership is fully deserving of their excellent ratings and I am very happy to contribute one more.

Took a ride down to Deland yesterday to look at Mitsubishi outlanders. We had no plans to purchase a vehicle. Needless to say we met Jordyn, one of the sales associates and the manager who was on. It was late in the day. Jordyn went above and beyond to answer my barrage of questions. Even though it was closing time. My Wife fell in love with one of the models. Of course it was the one with all the bells and whistles and leather interior to boot. Told him we were not really ready to purchase yet unless he was able to meet Our requirements. Mind you it was now around 5-5:30pm. Without any pressure Jordyn went inside with the manager and came back a few minutes later with a proposal that We could not pass up. We drove home back to Palm Coast in a brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sel with touring package. If RCHill is Smart they should give Jordyn and the manager that was on a Promotion or at least some kind of weekend cruise or something. You just don’t find sales people nowadays of this caliber. Thank You Jordyn and RCHill for such a pleasant experience.

RC Hill was wonderful to deal with. Their service department was very accommodating, informative, efficient and friendly. I had called them to say our ABS light came on and they immediately scheduled an appointment. We brought it in and when they told us it would take 3 hours they offered us a shuttle ride to a nearby shopping center. After shopping and having lunch they picked us up and took us back to the dealership. While it was there they also checked it for a factory recall. When we went to pay the bill they gave us a coupon discount off the total. They were able to repair our Mitsubishi Outlander perfectly and we were on our way. I will always go there for service. I want to give special thanks to Matt Fernandez, Freddie Jessee and Chris.
