Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. My experience with this dealership is very good and I see myself coming back for future business with them.

I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or need maintenance for your current one, I highly recommend R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. R C Hill Mitsubishi has hands down the best service department in Central Florida. So easy to work with! Easy to make an appointment, prompt attention when you arrive, a great waiting area and best of all, staff that is professional and knowledgeable and accommodating at every turn!!! I had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. They truly went above and beyond for me. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. Had an excellent experience with Robert and Keven. Very easy-going and friendly. I hadn’t intended to buy when I stopped in, and visited several other local dealerships before ultimately returning later that day and purchasing my new (to me) car. The experiences at the other dealerships that day drove me right back to RC Hill. Night and day difference in how I was treated and general atmosphere on the lot. Definitely recommended to anyone searching for a vehicle!

John in the service dept was fabulous he found a recall on my Mitsubishi which saved me 600 dollars and my tire that had a slow leak was still under warranty so received a new tire.800 dollars later and I had to only spend 20.00 wtg John and thanks again.Sue Wheeler

Awesome place to get repairs and oil changes!!!!! Super friendly staff and great customer service!!!! Geo is my favorite staff always takes care of me and my son with the best customer care and attentiveness. They are super affordable for a dealership they are here to help you. Christian Manager is great as well, would not go anyplace else!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!They also have the best ☕️ coffee Machine with diverse flavors. Always a great experience to bring my car in for service - easy to schedule and I feel appreciated as a customer. Based on my original purchase and periodically service appointments I am very happy with RC Hill. Recently I brought my Outlander Sport for the 35k miles transmission service in. I got my appointment on short notice and when there had a loaner car waiting for me. They also did a complete check and found out that the battery was about to give up and they could replace it. Always friendly and always great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience Cody in sales did everything he could to make sure a left with a car i wanted. Jesse finance manager worked with multiple banks to get me the best rates he could and keep me at a payment i was comfortable with, even with not the best credit this 2 gentleman did and worked everything they could to get me the best deal they could and i left with a new car which i didn’t think would be possible. Would recommend this dealership to everyone i know- specially Cody if you’re looking for someone that will be honest and give you all the information you need without feeling pressured!

This team is great! Especially John, I’m not sure what his last name is, buddy tall man who wears glasses and a ball cap and has a ponytail. On a Friday he went out of his way to come get me after I got busy at work and didn’t realize they were closing. Even though he was off work, he stopped what he was doing and drove to my office to bring me back to get my car so that I wouldn’t be stuck Thank you so much, John!! I hope you have a great day. This is also a great dealership, albeit farther away than the Ocala one for me, but I did want to provide feedback as well. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime. In the past I purchased a vehicle and paid more than a dime and it in fact was NOT a crime. In fact, the more you pay down, the less you end up paying in interest and down the road. That is such an annoying commercial on the radio. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime!
