This is also a great dealership, albeit farther away than the Ocala one for me, but I did want to provide feedback as well. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime. In the past I purchased a vehicle and paid more than a dime and it in fact was NOT a crime. In fact, the more you pay down, the less you end up paying in interest and down the road. That is such an annoying commercial on the radio. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime!

Cody was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our situation and gave us a couple options that could work for us. He anticipated needs and made us feel comfortable in our decision. There were a couple of road blocks along the way and he did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. I would send any of my friends or family to work with him.

My oil change was done. My radiator had a leak. They fixed that and made sure I had a rental car while my car was in the shop! Heidi handled everything so efficiently, and with a smile.

Troy, Robert and the finance manager truly made my experience once in a lifetime. They were attentive throughout the entire process. Troy was able to negotiate an excellent price point for me with my trade in. Robert is an EXPERT in all things Mitsubishi Outlander and truly helped me set up everything before I was out of the lot. Finally, the finance manager was so kind and attentive as well. Explained everything thoroughly about the VIP extended warranty. Overall as a customer I felt valued and respected. Had to privilege to visit. RCHill Mitsubishi of Deland.10/14.Russell was the salesman who assisted me.He and the crew were able to get me from underneath a really bad upside down contract. The results ending up with me in a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander.i was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff that helped make this happen. I brought my Car in for an oil change. There was no waiting. Omar came to help me right away. He add me feel comfortable and right at home. No upselling just service! I made myself a coffee and sat down in the TV room. It was such a nice day, though , I went outside to sit and enjoy the weather. I met a lovely woman from Port Orange who sang praises about RC Hill,also. She has purchased 2cars from them and loves their sales and service! We enjoyed our time together and then my car was finished. They did the service and washed it all in just over an hour Thank you Omar and RC Hill. I can honestly say I enjoyed bringing the car in for an oil change.

My first visit to this Ocala site for a routine service to my car and check low pressure on tires. Customer Service, Angela, was great. Good service, very friendly and helpful even asked for the car to be cleaned and it was. This was all done in an hour and they have made next appointment for the service to the car by sending it in a text message, how great is that. Thanks Angela and the Mitsubishi Staff for doing a great job for 1st visit. May 16th 2022 Another visit to RCHill in Deland for my service on the day it was due and was able to the service on the spot. Many thanks for great work and in answering all my questions in regards to the purchase warranty. New service visit March 2023, thank you again for the attention to my Mitsubishi, upset that I didn't get earlier notification about changing 4 four tyres. So due resources had to look elsewhere for tyres. Much appreciate the after service of the cleaning and washing my Mitsubishi. 9th August 2023 service visit. Thanks Jiovanni for your attention to what was needed for my car service this time round and providing the due resourceful discount for myself. Thanks again to Mitsubishi for their attention to detail and car wash. 17th October 2023 - Thanks to Alexis for dealing my very flat car battery issue which was put in by Mitsubishi in October 2022. Now in October 2023 need to be replaced this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by Alexis, thanks again 10th January 2024 - Thanks Mitsubishi for the service and taking care of the car. 6th Jun 2024 - I came the day before my service cos i had a problem with the windows. Mitsubishi was very helpful in sorting it, politely as it was just a click of a switch. How can ask for improvement when you do all you can when it's not a service. Thanks Mitsubishi 2nd May 2025 Thanks Heidi and all service staff you took care of me again. Also thanks to the cleaning staff, for cleaning my car again. Oct 2025 thanks Heidi and Mitsubishi for proficient help and advice on my service. Thank for the cleaning crew you always do a good clean.

Absolutely the best dealership! I purchased a vehicle in 2013 and I’ve been coming back for service and vehicles ever since. My most recent visit was 10/2/2025. I brought my car in for service with no real intention of purchasing, though I had started looking around. My needs were very specific. I walked the lot on my own- no high pressure sales here! All the vehicles were open so I could really check them out. Prices and details are clearly displayed. I made a list of what I was interested in and went inside for additional information. I REALLY lucked out by dealing with Alexa Hill! She was wonderful! VERY knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I’m sure you can guess the outcome. Found exactly what I was looking for at a terrific price! I really can’t say enough about this dealership and its staff, from sales to service to back office. Financing was smooth and easy. Got an incredible warranty on my ‘new’ used vehicle for a nominal amount. The selection of both new and used vehicles is impressive. Needed a single tire for my 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage on a Saturday. None of the local tire shops had any since it’s an odd size. Went up to RC Hill they had 2 brands in stock to choose from and were actually cheaper with the mount and balance then the tire shops showed. Came through for me in a pinch. Thanks!!!!

I really had a good experience with this dealership. Typical I do not go to dealerships because they can be very pushy. But this was not the case. Robert answered all of my questions and showed me the vehicles I wanted to see. They even treated my cousin just as nice. My cousins said they would buy from here in the future. Also I did not have another person try to add additional fees onto my price. They gave me all the bells and whistles where I felt like family. I will refer as many people as I can.

I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store.
