I love working with Miss h e d i and the tech take time to explain everything to me understand I had to go to chemo and always willing if my car has to stay longer than one or two days that I work help me with a rental to make sure I have my cancer chemo she's so nice and explains everything to you that's going to happen to your car and also the service department workers but Mrs h e d i goes out of her way to help us thank God for people like this

The team in the Service department took exceptional care of not just my 2022 Outlander SEL, but also my wallet! I went in for potential brake pad replacement, alignment, tire rotation, and oil change and came away with honest work and repairs that were necessary and no fluff. I appreciated the honesty and dedication to a positive customer experience. This is my 16th Mitsubishi (13th from RC Hill) and that’s why I love coming back!

Consistency at its best! I drive well over an hour to get my 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage G 4 to get serviced by this dealer. The service department treats me as a VIP every time I go there. Had an excellent experience with Robert and Keven. Very easy-going and friendly. I hadn’t intended to buy when I stopped in, and visited several other local dealerships before ultimately returning later that day and purchasing my new (to me) car. The experiences at the other dealerships that day drove me right back to RC Hill. Night and day difference in how I was treated and general atmosphere on the lot. Definitely recommended to anyone searching for a vehicle!

Awesome place to get repairs and oil changes!!!!! Super friendly staff and great customer service!!!! Geo is my favorite staff always takes care of me and my son with the best customer care and attentiveness. They are super affordable for a dealership they are here to help you. Christian Manager is great as well, would not go anyplace else!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!They also have the best ☕️ coffee Machine with diverse flavors. Love Mitsubishi dealership so much, I have a Chevy and my son has a bmw and we both come here!!!! We even get our cars cleaned!!!! Always a great experience to bring my car in for service - easy to schedule and I feel appreciated as a customer. Based on my original purchase and periodically service appointments I am very happy with RC Hill. Recently I brought my Outlander Sport for the 35k miles transmission service in. I got my appointment on short notice and when there had a loaner car waiting for me. They also did a complete check and found out that the battery was about to give up and they could replace it. Always friendly and always great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience Cody in sales did everything he could to make sure a left with a car i wanted. Jesse finance manager worked with multiple banks to get me the best rates he could and keep me at a payment i was comfortable with, even with not the best credit this 2 gentleman did and worked everything they could to get me the best deal they could and i left with a new car which i didn’t think would be possible. Would recommend this dealership to everyone i know- specially Cody if you’re looking for someone that will be honest and give you all the information you need without feeling pressured!

From pulling onto the lot to driving away in our new car, the team was friendly, informative and made sure we were comfortable. This team is great! Especially John, I’m not sure what his last name is, buddy tall man who wears glasses and a ball cap and has a ponytail. On a Friday he went out of his way to come get me after I got busy at work and didn’t realize they were closing. Even though he was off work, he stopped what he was doing and drove to my office to bring me back to get my car so that I wouldn’t be stuck Thank you so much, John!! I hope you have a great day. This is also a great dealership, albeit farther away than the Ocala one for me, but I did want to provide feedback as well. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime. In the past I purchased a vehicle and paid more than a dime and it in fact was NOT a crime. In fact, the more you pay down, the less you end up paying in interest and down the road. That is such an annoying commercial on the radio. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime!

I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. I’d like to thank Bryce and Robert so much for their help today! I had a fantastic experience this afternoon and I couldn’t be more grateful. My entire life flipped upside down this week when my car broke down. Now because of them and the hard working team at the Deland location I was able to leave with a car today. I’ve had awful experiences in the past with dealerships and I was actually treated like a human. I had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. They truly went above and beyond for me. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

They really came through for me! They had the action behind their words. They weren’t pushy, just informative and communicative. Everyone was very kind as well.
