Went to RC Hill on Saturday with no appointment and hoping they could take my car. Needed oil change and brakes checked out. Service member told me they could take of it. Said I would be there for awhile but they actually finished with the car in less than two hours. So impressed with the service and quality they give the customers. My car is clean and everything works perfectly. Thank you so much

I would like to give a shout out to Anthony Andolino at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We have now purchased two cars from him at RC Hill, and both times were a pure pleasure. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. He was professional, patient, and took time to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasant salesman to work with. Thank you, Anthony! I also want to take thank the rest of the staff at RC Hill. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). RC Hill is a great place to buy a car.

Went twice to the dealership. Both times awesome. No pressure. Looked around the first time and was just explained where everything was and I believe his name was Ramon, told me if I needed anything to let him know. I then prequalified and received communication from the dealership. Spoke with Justin and went back the second time ready to test drive. Again no pressure, very friendly. Decided to buy. The process was easy and pretty quick. GM introduced himself and went to finance. Keven in finance was awesome and took care of me. I’d definitely recommend and will go back in the future. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

JOE did a great job helping me and getting me financed so that I could get into something that suited my affordability. He found me a one owner vehicle that might’ve had a few more miles than I wanted, but it’s in great shape. I didn’t feel rushed forced or any of those things that you normally feel when you go into a dealership I would definitely recommend RC Hill if you’re looking for a new vehicle or used one.

The AC went out in my old car, so I needed to find something new pretty quickly. They made the whole process super easy, worked with me to stay within my budget, and never made me feel pressured. Everyone was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. I’m so happy with my new car and definitely recommend them!

I called the day before and was told if they cant get me in a car, ill get a full tank of gas in my exciting car. I left RC Hill with a 2026 outlander. They really went above and beyond. Bryce the sales guy was very informative and cool. Everyone at RC Hill are very professional they didn't push us to buy gave us options. Processes was very fast . I will shop here for any feuture cars!

The best service department I have ever used. My vehicle is finished quickly and I leave with an appointment for my next service. I truly appreciate they call and remind me of my appointment a couple days in advance. Update: just bought my 4th car from RC Hill, Robert Dean was my salesperson and he is excellent. Robert explained every detail and control in my new car. I left there knowing how to work everything. Excellent dealership to buy a car from.

When I first got there, Omar was looking very sad Come to find out they didn't have his favorite donut from dunkin. However I was able to cheer him up. Hiney was looking insanely beautiful like always. The dog that works there for some reason wanted to give me a treash. What the heck is a treash ? Overall it was a good experience.

Just had the Second service done on my 2025 Outlander Sport. Hard to believe it’s already been a year. The service department is always helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions and are very knowledgeable. The service was done quickly and they even washed it!

Troy, Jesus and Jesse really couldn’t be any better. We worked with Troy after entering our previous cars info in and inquiring on a new one. We explained our situation, provided him all of the information he requested and he did the rest. In less than an hour he had us approved for the vehicle we wanted, with the payment and exact amount down we could put. While also taking care of our trade in. He called us and we were in disbelief. When we arrived to the dealership we were assigned to work with Jesus for the remainder of the deal. He was extremely kind and personable. Made the rest of the process very easy. Jesse is the final man you see before leaving with your new car. He explained our additional options with no pressure at all. We elected all of the extras as it just made sense. I will never buy a car from anywhere else again. This is truly a group of really great people.

I had an excellent experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was that their salespeople do not work on commission, so there was absolutely no pressure, no games, and none of the usual back-and-forth with offers. Russell was my salesman and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He repeatedly checked to make sure my family and I had everything we needed, even offering us water and snacks. Jesse, the finance manager, was equally great to work with and even took the time to thank me for my military service, despite the fact that I had never mentioned that I was a Veteran. The entire experience was easy, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. I will absolutely be coming back to RC Hill Mitsubishi the next time I need a vehicle.

This was supposed to be the first dealership in a series of visits planned for that day, and yet, it was the only one. From the moment we stepped into their parking lot, we felt so welcome, well advised, and more importantly, never pressured. Brannon (our salesman), was very honest and transparent, and helped us find the perfect car for our needs and budget. My daughter and I are very happy with our purchase, the Outlander Sport is a great car, and would highly recommend this dealership (and Brannon) to anyone looking for a great car!

R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them! (August 2026) Still the same as before! I go nowhere else!

UPDATE: Salesperson Keven is very professional, he looked for our best deal and talked straight. They had good inventory to choose from. It was a smooth and quick process. I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Russell was professional, straightforward, and genuine from the very beginning. He made the entire process feel as hassle-free and comfortable as possible, and I never felt pressured or like I was getting the typical “salesman” treatment. I genuinely wasn’t expecting to leave the dealership with the truck that day, but Russell and his team went above and beyond to make it happen and made the entire experience a great one. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept! update: replaced/repaired the AC on our 2095 Acura. Great job as always!

My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. We bought our Outlander from RC Hill in Deland. After much research we decided it was well worth the drive and we couldn't be happier. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. No time was wasted and we drove home in a vehicle that checked all our boxes (and more)! Many thanks to Brandy, Russell and Keven.

These people were professional very, very, very friendly, very accommodating. Couldn't say enough. Good things about them.. We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond. Thanks again for helping me get another vehicle thru your company.

My husband and I recently went back to RC Hill Mitsubishi to trade in our older car for a newer one, and it ended up being an even better experience than the first time. Cody, our salesperson, was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, especially while we were juggling two small kids. Andrew, the finance guy, also was great to work with. RC Hill Mitsubishi is an hour and a half from our home, that being said, it was definately worth the drive to go to this car dealership.

My first visit to this Ocala site for a routine service to my car and check low pressure on tires. Customer Service, Angela, was great. Good service, very friendly and helpful even asked for the car to be cleaned and it was. This was all done in an hour and they have made next appointment for the service to the car by sending it in a text message, how great is that. Thanks Angela and the Mitsubishi Staff for doing a great job for 1st visit. May 16th 2022 Another visit to RCHill in Deland for my service on the day it was due and was able to the service on the spot. Many thanks for great work and in answering all my questions in regards to the purchase warranty. New service visit March 2023, thank you again for the attention to my Mitsubishi, upset that I didn't get earlier notification about changing 4 four tyres. So due resources had to look elsewhere for tyres. Much appreciate the after service of the cleaning and washing my Mitsubishi. 9th August 2023 service visit. Thanks Jiovanni for your attention to what was needed for my car service this time round and providing the due resourceful discount for myself. Thanks again to Mitsubishi for their attention to detail and car wash. 17th October 2023 - Thanks to Alexis for dealing my very flat car battery issue which was put in by Mitsubishi in October 2022. Now in October 2023 need to be replaced this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by Alexis, thanks again 10th January 2024 - Thanks Mitsubishi for the service and taking care of the car. 6th Jun 2024 - I came the day before my service cos i had a problem with the windows. Mitsubishi was very helpful in sorting it, politely as it was just a click of a switch. How can ask for improvement when you do all you can when it's not a service. Thanks Mitsubishi 2nd May 2025 Thanks Heidi and all service staff you took care of me again. Also thanks to the cleaning staff, for cleaning my car again. Oct 2025 thanks Heidi and Mitsubishi for proficient help and advice on my service. Thank for the cleaning crew you always do a good clean. Friday 13th March 2026 thanks Heidi and Mitsubishi Service Team on being so efficient on tirelessly keeping my 2019 Outlandder Sport in good condition. I'm not selling my Mitsubishi so stopcalling me for a trade. When I'm ready to buy a new car I will come back to Mitsubishi for my new car .
