Absolutely the best experience we have had buying a car/jeep. We moved to FL and I knew I wanted a jeep, I had had one before, a black one and it was totaled in an accident and moving to FL I knew it was time to get another one. We drove by this one , just what I wanted, all white with the one touch sky touch top, stopped in and was greeted by Cody, he was never pushy or anything but friendly. From the day we entered the dealership till the day we drove the jeep off the lot, everyone made us feel nothing less than part of the RC Hill family. I will forever be thankful and keep going back. If you’re in the market, I highly recommend them, go see Cody and tell him Patty sent ya, you will NOT be disappointed

It was a great experience over all at this dealership; a great car and rebates got me here. The salesperson manager was nice and fully explained to me my questions without seeming bothered like some places, and the floor salesperson was good as well, and for the questions he did not know he said he would ask instead of making up answers. Not to leave out the signing process which went well also. Another salesperson there welcomed me as a vet. The only complaint would be how small the place was, cars back-to-back, the car I wanted was sitting under a tree for a long time and was dirty and had ants.

our a/c compressor had gone out in 98 degree weather & we already had 86,000+ miles on a 7-yr suv, so we decided to "look" at used cars, preferably not more than a couple years old, but with monthly pmts we could afford - we found a 2012 w/ less than 3,000 miles in my favorite color & w/ our trade-in, our pmts were only $10/month more than the last 4 new cars we've bought - it was taken care of by the orig owner & we're both very happy w/ our choice

On November 22, 2025, we arrived at RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand to view a vehicle and make a final purchase decision. Anthony was waiting for us right on time for our appointment. Anthony was truly exceptional and accommodating. He immediately took us for a test drive, thoroughly explaining all the features of the vehicle. He patiently and professionally answered every single question we had. We quickly decided this was the vehicle for us! We mentioned we were going to the bank to pick up the check and grab breakfast and would return. By the time we came back, Anthony had everything set up for us. We were then introduced to Tim, the General Manager, who was very pleasant. We were walked through the final details in the Financial Department, and the entire process was seamless. We couldn't be happier! The service, the vehicle knowledge, and the outstanding customer service we received made us feel like part of the RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand family. The price of the vehicle, compared to other dealers we visited, was also outstanding. We had a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships, but when we came to Mitsubishi DeLand, we genuinely felt like they cared and wanted to ensure we were pleased with our car. It wasn't just us—every buyer we saw was happy, smiling, and well taken care of. It felt like a divine connection! Thank you, Anthony, Tim, and the entire team, for all you do to ensure everyone you approach feels appreciated and cared for.

I had my oil changed yesterday and I met Mrs. Dog. She had 3 huge trays of food and thanks to John he gave me a piece of the dogs food and it was Deelish. Omar took good care of me yesterday they actually detailed my car with a toothbrush. He still not as handsome as Gio but he's been trying his best.

I had the best experience with Jacob. He really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. He made sure I was on my was as soon as possible as I was dealing with a family member going to the ER and I really needed to complete the transaction quickly. He took me through 3 different vehicles when I told him what I was thinking about. I chose the one best suited for me and he worked with me to complete my purchase. He was so courteous and knowledgeable.

2017 Toyota Prius Prime I had an excellent experience with a used car purchase from this dealership. From my initial call, to enquire about the vehicle and the final price, they were honest in their communications and generous with their time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate the third-party warranty on the car, as it will be registered in a different state (a consideration that initially created a delay that was handled with grace and efficiency). The sales manager, Matt, and sales rep, Robert, were especially patient and very helpful, but other members of the sales team were equally easy and nice to work with. The dealership is fully deserving of their excellent ratings and I am very happy to contribute one more.

Took a ride down to Deland yesterday to look at Mitsubishi outlanders. We had no plans to purchase a vehicle. Needless to say we met Jordyn, one of the sales associates and the manager who was on. It was late in the day. Jordyn went above and beyond to answer my barrage of questions. Even though it was closing time. My Wife fell in love with one of the models. Of course it was the one with all the bells and whistles and leather interior to boot. Told him we were not really ready to purchase yet unless he was able to meet Our requirements. Mind you it was now around 5-5:30pm. Without any pressure Jordyn went inside with the manager and came back a few minutes later with a proposal that We could not pass up. We drove home back to Palm Coast in a brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sel with touring package. If RCHill is Smart they should give Jordyn and the manager that was on a Promotion or at least some kind of weekend cruise or something. You just don’t find sales people nowadays of this caliber. Thank You Jordyn and RCHill for such a pleasant experience.

RC Hill was wonderful to deal with. Their service department was very accommodating, informative, efficient and friendly. I had called them to say our ABS light came on and they immediately scheduled an appointment. We brought it in and when they told us it would take 3 hours they offered us a shuttle ride to a nearby shopping center. After shopping and having lunch they picked us up and took us back to the dealership. While it was there they also checked it for a factory recall. When we went to pay the bill they gave us a coupon discount off the total. They were able to repair our Mitsubishi Outlander perfectly and we were on our way. I will always go there for service. I want to give special thanks to Matt Fernandez, Freddie Jessee and Chris.

The team in the Service department took exceptional care of not just my 2022 Outlander SEL, but also my wallet! Had an excellent experience with Robert and Keven. Very easy-going and friendly. I hadn’t intended to buy when I stopped in, and visited several other local dealerships before ultimately returning later that day and purchasing my new (to me) car. The experiences at the other dealerships that day drove me right back to RC Hill. Night and day difference in how I was treated and general atmosphere on the lot. Definitely recommended to anyone searching for a vehicle!

Awesome place to get repairs and oil changes!!!!! Super friendly staff and great customer service!!!! Geo is my favorite staff always takes care of me and my son with the best customer care and attentiveness. They are super affordable for a dealership they are here to help you. Christian Manager is great as well, would not go anyplace else!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!They also have the best ☕️ coffee Machine with diverse flavors. Love Mitsubishi dealership so much, I have a Chevy and my son has a bmw and we both come here!!!! We even get our cars cleaned!!!! Always a great experience to bring my car in for service - easy to schedule and I feel appreciated as a customer. Based on my original purchase and periodically service appointments I am very happy with RC Hill. Recently I brought my Outlander Sport for the 35k miles transmission service in. I got my appointment on short notice and when there had a loaner car waiting for me. They also did a complete check and found out that the battery was about to give up and they could replace it. Always friendly and always great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience Cody in sales did everything he could to make sure a left with a car i wanted. Jesse finance manager worked with multiple banks to get me the best rates he could and keep me at a payment i was comfortable with, even with not the best credit this 2 gentleman did and worked everything they could to get me the best deal they could and i left with a new car which i didn’t think would be possible. Would recommend this dealership to everyone i know- specially Cody if you’re looking for someone that will be honest and give you all the information you need without feeling pressured!

This team is great! Especially John, I’m not sure what his last name is, buddy tall man who wears glasses and a ball cap and has a ponytail. On a Friday he went out of his way to come get me after I got busy at work and didn’t realize they were closing. Even though he was off work, he stopped what he was doing and drove to my office to bring me back to get my car so that I wouldn’t be stuck Thank you so much, John!! I hope you have a great day. I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

Just received a great deal from Omar, for a full synthetic oil change on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Omar was attentive, & knowledgeable explaining what my car needs. Happy with the service department, they even washed my car! Deidre at service desk was spot on too! Enjoyed chatting with her. Also saw my salesman Russell briefly in the new car lot. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond.
