8 years ago they gave me a great deal on a car that seemed like it would last forever. If it weren’t for the accident. I recently got another car from another dealership and I can confidently say this is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. I even locked my keys in my brand-new car when I got it 8 years ago because I was too excited. Even though it was after hours the owner himself came to help me. You guys are the best

We showed up one hour before closing on a saturday. This was not a problem for Ramone. He evaluated our trade while we checked out our new ride. We both were having physical disability so Ramone loaded our stuff (a lot) including a walker into our new SUV. It was now dark and drizzling rain while he put on our new tag. Everyone pitched in to get things done so we didn't have to travel and return. The detailing on the 2025 Durango we bought was amazing .Everything worked as it should ,making a happy experience.

I have to give a special shout out to Heidi ! Heidi if I still had my businesses I would try and poach you in a heartbeat. Having worked in upper management most of my life and most of that developing people skills in the staff, I wouldn’t have to do a darn thing with Heidi. She is the perfect chameleon when it comes to people, meaning she matches their energy levels, and emotional levels. Furthermore we first met when she was chained to the front desk which is another thing to give her props. I have seen someone yell at her, she doesn’t shake, she stays calm which in turn calms down the customer, then when they leave watch her completely reset and be good 30 seconds after that encounter, there isn’t many people that can do that, not in this day and age! I have seen her come out and talk to different people with different suggestions, and as always people roll there eyes when they have to spend more than what they had anticipated, she doesn’t take it personal, she explains what can be done, what could wait till next time, and what absolutely can’t, but in a way the customer gets it. I was happy to see her getting the opportunity to do what she is doing now, every-time she hears I’m here she comes out and we always greet each other with a smile and respect There isn’t enough room to tell you all the things I’ve noticed since my first Eclipse Cross, to now my Outlander, staff will tell you, everyone is friendly but she is my favorite Heidi!! Now the sad part, I’m moving to Texas and I won’t have Heidi there, I will miss you, keep up the awesome demeanor Heidi, people notice even if they don’t say, they do!! Omar, you always make me laugh, and your always willing to help, until Heidi finds out I’m there, I thank you also for all the things you looked up for me and the questions you have answered! Deitra (I know I’m killing the spelling) thank you for always finding Heidi when I call, you are very courteous and customer focused, a valued person that holds the desk down! The service dept. was and is always friendly, attentittive, and informing of any questions or technological items when asked, and even when not asked if they even see a look of "I'm not sure I understand but I don't want to sound stupid by saying that I don't understand. " The service staff is the epitome of "old school" customer service, and professionalism! Bottle it up Heidi and share it with the world, the world needs more people like you! After looking at a Traxx, CX30, and a Corolla Hatchback, I came to my senses and returned to where I purchased my previous vehicle, a 2014 Outlander Sport. This time I scooped up a 2026 Outlander Sport! Once again my sales experience was AWESOME! No pressure and total.transparency. My 1st service visit was EXCEPTIONAL!! Original appointment time was 10am. I arrived 2hours early so I could work until my car was finished. To my surprise Keith Long went ahead and took my car on back! I was on my way to the office 3hrs earlier than expected. I truly feel like part of the family on every visit!! Thank you RC Hill!!

From start to finish it made my wife and I feel like we were dealing with old friends. They answered all our questions and fully explained every step of the process. We had no unanswered questions. Gio helped us set an appointment for the day and time we wanted, and let us know other work that was needed so everything could be taken care of at one appointment. I'm pleased about experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi The service was very good but the price to replace my 12 Volt battery high. $445 to buy and install seemed but there was no other available solution . This even after applying a 15% coupon.

Great service Not only did they change my oil and filter but they washed and detailed my car. I have MS and it’s hard for me to do all this stuff that I use to. So when my car was finished I was totally grateful that my car was like brand new! Thanks RC Hill

Excellent dealership. Excellent experience. Our salesperson Justin, was friendly, professional and made the process extremely smooth. We drove 3.5 hours, one way, to pick up the car. It was in better condition than described and they didn't try to change the Out-The-Door price of the car once we arrived, like some other dealerships I've dealt with. I would absolutely buy a car from them again.

The service was great. It was to fix a recall part. However a sales person texted me about possibly trading my car in and he insisted he was working on it and then never texted me again.

Quick, to the point and helpful. They helped us find the right vehicle at our price and even worked so that we paid less than they quoted us. Usually grueling and painful the process was quick and painless. Drove an hour and a half to use them. Better than dealers in Orlando and Jacksonville!

I've been into quite a few car dealers in my life but this was the most easiest laid-back experience I ever had with a car dealer no pressure no boil plain and simple right out everything out right out in the open and the experience was pleasant and didn't take long at all it wasn't like I was sitting there for 8 hours like I have in dealers so I would suggest everybody find an RC hill and get their car through them that's my true statement thank you RC hill..

We bought a 2025 Outlander SEL from RC Hill and had a good experience overall. Our appointment was originally set with Justin, but when he got tied up, Russell stepped in and took great care of us. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and gave us plenty of time to compare the 2025 and 2026 models side by side before we made a decision. We never felt rushed or pressured, and you can tell the non-commission approach makes a difference in how they treat customers. We also didn't spend the whole day waiting around, which we appreciated. After the sale, the service department was helpful in going over the car's maintenance history with us and answering our follow-up questions.
