I most definitely recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi. My salesperson was Alexa, she was absolutely amazing she was not pushy, answered my questions, and helped me stay within the car payment amount I desired. If your looking give them a try Mitsubishi in Deland Fl you won't regret it!

As a 23 year old who’s never bought a car from a dealership before. I give this place a 10/10. I was so scared and nervous but they put me at ease ! They walked me through the entire process and helped me save money and their customers service skills were top tier! The general manager came and greeted me and I felt very comfortable there. No hustling you no hassling you, NOTHING! I went to multiple dealerships to shop around and ended up right back at this one. So big shout out to Anthony and Keven as well as the general manager, thank you for all your help!

I purchased my car at R C Hill Mitsubishi In 2018 since then nobody has performed any maintenance on it but them. Their service department is exceptional and the service tech’s are very knowledgeable. When you go to have your car serviced , ask for Omar. He will take care of your car and make sure that all your car needs are taking care of and in a timely manner. Omar has been my service advisor since I purchased my Mirage and in my opinion he is the BEST!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I would and will recommend anyone looking for a car to Justin and Troy. I would like to give a shout out to Anthony Andolino at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We have now purchased two cars from him at RC Hill, and both times were a pure pleasure. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). We bought a car from Robert today at RC Hill Mitsubishi it was a 2021 Chrysler 300. It was my dream car and I finally got it. Robert was amazing so was the finance manager. Matt, the general manager, they all treated me with respect. They also threw in a full tank of gas. We love our car and would buy from them again.

First time buying a vehicle on my own, lost my husband of 40 years and he took care of all that. Absolutely a great experience, I needed a tremendous amount of help and everyone at this dealership pitched in, gave me confidence, then down the highway I went driving a 2023 Tesla Model Y that is in supreme condition, looks brand new like just off the showroom floor. I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00 am . It was a very smoothe visit . Was in and out quickly. Unfortunately they found a few things that needed work other than the oil change . But it was good to know so I’m able to keep my car safe and sound while traveling . And to keep myself safe along with other drivers on the road .

I went for a oil change and My wife had just backed into another car and it left some damage in the rear end. The guys in the garage temporarily repaired my rear bumper and then Barbara gave me an estimate for repairs. Great people!I always enjoy going to see Barbara for my Outlander. She is always nice and getting fast on oil changes. She must be doing all these by herself. But her hands are never oily.????

I have never bought a car on my own with out a co signer, and 2 without someone there. I was working with Justin on the phone. Although the day I went in he was off. I was directed to Andrew! I was so nervous, nauseous and having chest pain with the unknown. Andrew was amazing, he takes me through the process and we got a deal done. Not the exact model I wanted (of I wanted highest end). But I just went with the process and said this must be what God wanted me to have. The whole process was amazing. It was not stressful. The Manager came and gave me some advice . Even to Gage in the final steps was helpful. I definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a car. I will be a return customer. And I am so in Love with my Outlander. Who knew? It’s been years since I bought a car, I hate it… it’s like the worst appointment usually. Not last night!! Everything was easy, direct and quick. I've been into quite a few car dealers in my life but this was the most easiest laid-back experience I ever had with a car dealer no pressure no boil plain and simple right out everything out right out in the open and the experience was pleasant and didn't take long at all it wasn't like I was sitting there for 8 hours like I have in dealers so I would suggest everybody find an RC hill and get their car through them that's my true statement thank you RC hill..

I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. I had heard RC Hill's commercials on the radio so I knew it was where I wanted to go. I had been looking at other dealerships as well, but RC finally had a car with everything that I wanted. I have some credit issues, and with a co-signer, I was able to get that exact car! They were friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed talking to salesman and finance manager. Both very polite and knowledgeable . Very happy with the vehicle. My only disappointment. Only one key fob to the vehicle was given to me. But not a deal breaker. Another Key Fob was ordered but at my expense. I would purchase from R.C. Hill again.

I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.
