There always ready to help! Best place I have even gotten a car at ! I will never buy form another dealership! Every time I go to get my oil change there on it ! The people in the service department are amazing! I would never deal with any other dealership! For purchasing vehicle or having it servicing! I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. I'm grateful for spending time to explain every single detail. Awesome General sales manager! They made my day. Definitely I will go back. Thank you very much for everything! ❤ My son is so excited for our Mitsubishi Outlander 2022. It's amazing. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. We were returning customers and would definitely consider them in the future if we are ever looking for a new vehicle. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

They really came through for me! They had the action behind their words. They weren’t pushy, just informative and communicative. Everyone was very kind as well. They were very busy that day and I was late to my appointment but no one was frustrated or annoyed. They were polite and patient and gave me the same attention they did everyone else.

Just received a great deal from Omar, for a full synthetic oil change on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Omar was attentive, & knowledgeable explaining what my car needs. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. No time was wasted and we drove home in a vehicle that checked all our boxes (and more)! Many thanks to Brandy, Russell and Keven.

We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond. My husband and I recently went back to RC Hill Mitsubishi to trade in our older car for a newer one, and it ended up being an even better experience than the first time. I went for a oil change and My wife had just backed into another car and it left some damage in the rear end. The guys in the garage temporarily repaired my rear bumper and then Barbara gave me an estimate for repairs. Great people!I always enjoy going to see Barbara for my Outlander. She is always nice and getting fast on oil changes. She must be doing all these by herself. But her hands are never oily.????

I have never bought a car on my own with out a co signer, and 2 without someone there. I was working with Justin on the phone. Although the day I went in he was off. I was directed to Andrew! I was so nervous, nauseous and having chest pain with the unknown. Andrew was amazing, he takes me through the process and we got a deal done. Not the exact model I wanted (of I wanted highest end). But I just went with the process and said this must be what God wanted me to have. The whole process was amazing. It was not stressful. The Manager came and gave me some advice . Even to Gage in the final steps was helpful. I definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a car. I will be a return customer. And I am so in Love with my Outlander. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Who knew? It’s been years since I bought a car, I hate it… it’s like the worst appointment usually. Not last night!! Everything was easy, direct and quick. I applied online, made an appointment, looked at and drove the car, got straight forward answers and a friendly atmosphere. I never once felt like I couldn’t leave if I wanted to. I've been into quite a few car dealers in my life but this was the most easiest laid-back experience I ever had with a car dealer no pressure no boil plain and simple right out everything out right out in the open and the experience was pleasant and didn't take long at all it wasn't like I was sitting there for 8 hours like I have in dealers so I would suggest everybody find an RC hill and get their car through them that's my true statement thank you RC hill..

I'm pleased about experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi The service was very good but the price to replace my 12 Volt battery high. $445 to buy and install seemed but there was no other available solution . This even after applying a 15% coupon.

As of January 2026, RC Hill has earned a lifelong customer in me. The service department always makes me feel welcome and goes the extra mile every time my vehicle needs service. Aug 2021 Garcia in the service department is an excellent asset to RC Hill. He makes you feel that you are a friend not just a customer. He takes the time to understand your needs and greets you by name once he spots you in the service department. Feb 2015 Anthony Andolino... is the sales man that met my car needs. I was fixed on the car I want it and the price I want it to pay. Anthony "Big T" worked with his boss Tim Hagan and met my expectations. Before RC Hill Mitsubishi, I visited a few dealers online and in person and no one gave me the deal I was looking for. Big thanks to RC Hill and its team. Specially to Anthony Andolino and Tim Hagan.

I hate car shopping, when you dont have the best credit its normally painful. You dont get the car you would like, you get what the bank deems ok. But the entire staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland was an exception to the rule. Many things were handled over text so when I went to the dealership it was quick and easy. And I got the car and features I wanted/ needed. I would send anyone and everyone to them Michael, Matt, and Keven made the entire process stress free. Highly recommend going here if you wanted to be treated like a real person

My husband and I purchased a Tesla. We are new Tesla owners, and Cody took the time to explain the Tesla operations and features. He was not pushy with sales and was respectful of our budget. Keven did a great job of explaining the warranties to us and excluded the warranties that were not applicable. As a younger female, I always dread going to any car places by myself.
