Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. My experience with this dealership is very good and I see myself coming back for future business with them.

I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or need maintenance for your current one, I highly recommend R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Easy to make an appointment, prompt attention when you arrive, a great waiting area and best of all, staff that is professional and knowledgeable and accommodating at every turn!!! I’d like to thank Bryce and Robert so much for their help today! I had a fantastic experience this afternoon and I couldn’t be more grateful. My entire life flipped upside down this week when my car broke down. Now because of them and the hard working team at the Deland location I was able to leave with a car today. I had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. They truly went above and beyond for me. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and works with you, I’d definitely recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi.

I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. As a 23 year old who’s never bought a car from a dealership before. I give this place a 10/10. I was so scared and nervous but they put me at ease ! I purchased my car at R C Hill Mitsubishi In 2018 since then nobody has performed any maintenance on it but them. Their service department is exceptional and the service tech’s are very knowledgeable. When you go to have your car serviced , ask for Omar. He will take care of your car and make sure that all your car needs are taking care of and in a timely manner. Omar has been my service advisor since I purchased my Mirage and in my opinion he is the BEST!!!!!!!

Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. We bought a car from Robert today at RC Hill Mitsubishi it was a 2021 Chrysler 300. It was my dream car and I finally got it. Robert was amazing so was the finance manager. Matt, the general manager, they all treated me with respect. They also threw in a full tank of gas. We love our car and would buy from them again.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00 am . It was a very smoothe visit . Was in and out quickly. Unfortunately they found a few things that needed work other than the oil change . But it was good to know so I’m able to keep my car safe and sound while traveling . And to keep myself safe along with other drivers on the road .

I went for a oil change and My wife had just backed into another car and it left some damage in the rear end. The guys in the garage temporarily repaired my rear bumper and then Barbara gave me an estimate for repairs. Great people!I always enjoy going to see Barbara for my Outlander. She is always nice and getting fast on oil changes. She must be doing all these by herself. But her hands are never oily.????

I have never bought a car on my own with out a co signer, and 2 without someone there. I was working with Justin on the phone. Although the day I went in he was off. I was directed to Andrew! I was so nervous, nauseous and having chest pain with the unknown. Andrew was amazing, he takes me through the process and we got a deal done. Not the exact model I wanted (of I wanted highest end). But I just went with the process and said this must be what God wanted me to have. The whole process was amazing. It was not stressful. The Manager came and gave me some advice . Even to Gage in the final steps was helpful. I definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a car. I will be a return customer. And I am so in Love with my Outlander. Who knew? It’s been years since I bought a car, I hate it… it’s like the worst appointment usually. Not last night!! Everything was easy, direct and quick.
