As a 23 year old who’s never bought a car from a dealership before. I give this place a 10/10. I was so scared and nervous but they put me at ease ! They walked me through the entire process and helped me save money and their customers service skills were top tier! The general manager came and greeted me and I felt very comfortable there. No hustling you no hassling you, NOTHING! I went to multiple dealerships to shop around and ended up right back at this one. So big shout out to Anthony and Keven as well as the general manager, thank you for all your help!

I purchased my car at R C Hill Mitsubishi In 2018 since then nobody has performed any maintenance on it but them. Their service department is exceptional and the service tech’s are very knowledgeable. When you go to have your car serviced , ask for Omar. He will take care of your car and make sure that all your car needs are taking care of and in a timely manner. Omar has been my service advisor since I purchased my Mirage and in my opinion he is the BEST!!!!!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Anthony Andolino at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We have now purchased two cars from him at RC Hill, and both times were a pure pleasure. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. He was professional, patient, and took time to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasant salesman to work with. Thank you, Anthony! I also want to take thank the rest of the staff at RC Hill. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). We bought a car from Robert today at RC Hill Mitsubishi it was a 2021 Chrysler 300. It was my dream car and I finally got it. Robert was amazing so was the finance manager. Matt, the general manager, they all treated me with respect. They also threw in a full tank of gas. We love our car and would buy from them again.

First time buying a vehicle on my own, lost my husband of 40 years and he took care of all that. Absolutely a great experience, I needed a tremendous amount of help and everyone at this dealership pitched in, gave me confidence, then down the highway I went driving a 2023 Tesla Model Y that is in supreme condition, looks brand new like just off the showroom floor. I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00 am . It was a very smoothe visit . Was in and out quickly. Unfortunately they found a few things that needed work other than the oil change . But it was good to know so I’m able to keep my car safe and sound while traveling . And to keep myself safe along with other drivers on the road .

I went for a oil change and My wife had just backed into another car and it left some damage in the rear end. The guys in the garage temporarily repaired my rear bumper and then Barbara gave me an estimate for repairs. Great people!I always enjoy going to see Barbara for my Outlander. She is always nice and getting fast on oil changes. She must be doing all these by herself. But her hands are never oily.????

My service advisor Jovanny aka Gio took the time to assess my vehicle, He carefully listened to my concerns and helped me to choose the right services for my car a 2019 Mitsubishi Sport. Both Gio and RC Hill are reliable, dependable and trustworthy. I have never bought a car on my own with out a co signer, and 2 without someone there. I was working with Justin on the phone. Although the day I went in he was off. I was directed to Andrew! I was so nervous, nauseous and having chest pain with the unknown. Andrew was amazing, he takes me through the process and we got a deal done. Not the exact model I wanted (of I wanted highest end). But I just went with the process and said this must be what God wanted me to have. The whole process was amazing. It was not stressful. The Manager came and gave me some advice . Even to Gage in the final steps was helpful. I definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a car. I will be a return customer. And I am so in Love with my Outlander. Who knew? It’s been years since I bought a car, I hate it… it’s like the worst appointment usually. Not last night!! Everything was easy, direct and quick. Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures.
