Went to RC Hill on Saturday with no appointment and hoping they could take my car. Needed oil change and brakes checked out. Service member told me they could take of it. Said I would be there for awhile but they actually finished with the car in less than two hours. So impressed with the service and quality they give the customers. My car is clean and everything works perfectly. Thank you so much

I would like to give a shout out to Anthony Andolino at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We have now purchased two cars from him at RC Hill, and both times were a pure pleasure. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. He was professional, patient, and took time to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasant salesman to work with. Thank you, Anthony! I also want to take thank the rest of the staff at RC Hill. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). RC Hill is a great place to buy a car.

Went twice to the dealership. Both times awesome. No pressure. Looked around the first time and was just explained where everything was and I believe his name was Ramon, told me if I needed anything to let him know. I then prequalified and received communication from the dealership. Spoke with Justin and went back the second time ready to test drive. Again no pressure, very friendly. Decided to buy. The process was easy and pretty quick. GM introduced himself and went to finance. Keven in finance was awesome and took care of me. I’d definitely recommend and will go back in the future. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

JOE did a great job helping me and getting me financed so that I could get into something that suited my affordability. He found me a one owner vehicle that might’ve had a few more miles than I wanted, but it’s in great shape. I didn’t feel rushed forced or any of those things that you normally feel when you go into a dealership I would definitely recommend RC Hill if you’re looking for a new vehicle or used one.

The AC went out in my old car, so I needed to find something new pretty quickly. They made the whole process super easy, worked with me to stay within my budget, and never made me feel pressured. Everyone was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. I’m so happy with my new car and definitely recommend them!

I called the day before and was told if they cant get me in a car, ill get a full tank of gas in my exciting car. I left RC Hill with a 2026 outlander. They really went above and beyond. Bryce the sales guy was very informative and cool. Everyone at RC Hill are very professional they didn't push us to buy gave us options. Processes was very fast . I will shop here for any feuture cars!

The best service department I have ever used. My vehicle is finished quickly and I leave with an appointment for my next service. I truly appreciate they call and remind me of my appointment a couple days in advance. Update: just bought my 4th car from RC Hill, Robert Dean was my salesperson and he is excellent. Robert explained every detail and control in my new car. I left there knowing how to work everything. Excellent dealership to buy a car from.

When I first got there, Omar was looking very sad Come to find out they didn't have his favorite donut from dunkin. However I was able to cheer him up. Hiney was looking insanely beautiful like always. The dog that works there for some reason wanted to give me a treash. What the heck is a treash ? Overall it was a good experience.

Just had the Second service done on my 2025 Outlander Sport. Hard to believe it’s already been a year. The service department is always helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions and are very knowledgeable. The service was done quickly and they even washed it!

Troy, Jesus and Jesse really couldn’t be any better. We worked with Troy after entering our previous cars info in and inquiring on a new one. We explained our situation, provided him all of the information he requested and he did the rest. In less than an hour he had us approved for the vehicle we wanted, with the payment and exact amount down we could put. While also taking care of our trade in. He called us and we were in disbelief. When we arrived to the dealership we were assigned to work with Jesus for the remainder of the deal. He was extremely kind and personable. Made the rest of the process very easy. Jesse is the final man you see before leaving with your new car. He explained our additional options with no pressure at all. We elected all of the extras as it just made sense. I will never buy a car from anywhere else again. This is truly a group of really great people.

I had an excellent experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was that their salespeople do not work on commission, so there was absolutely no pressure, no games, and none of the usual back-and-forth with offers. Russell was my salesman and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He repeatedly checked to make sure my family and I had everything we needed, even offering us water and snacks. Jesse, the finance manager, was equally great to work with and even took the time to thank me for my military service, despite the fact that I had never mentioned that I was a Veteran. The entire experience was easy, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. I will absolutely be coming back to RC Hill Mitsubishi the next time I need a vehicle.

This was supposed to be the first dealership in a series of visits planned for that day, and yet, it was the only one. From the moment we stepped into their parking lot, we felt so welcome, well advised, and more importantly, never pressured. Brannon (our salesman), was very honest and transparent, and helped us find the perfect car for our needs and budget. My daughter and I are very happy with our purchase, the Outlander Sport is a great car, and would highly recommend this dealership (and Brannon) to anyone looking for a great car!

R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them! (August 2026) Still the same as before! I go nowhere else!

UPDATE: Salesperson Keven is very professional, he looked for our best deal and talked straight. They had good inventory to choose from. It was a smooth and quick process. I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Russell was professional, straightforward, and genuine from the very beginning. He made the entire process feel as hassle-free and comfortable as possible, and I never felt pressured or like I was getting the typical “salesman” treatment. I genuinely wasn’t expecting to leave the dealership with the truck that day, but Russell and his team went above and beyond to make it happen and made the entire experience a great one. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept! update: replaced/repaired the AC on our 2095 Acura. Great job as always!

UPDATE : Just purchased my second vehicle and was another great experience, this time our salesman ( Robert ) was as great as oir 1st salesman. What an amazing experience, seriously I've never been to a dealership like this! I've bought many cars in my life from many shady grimy dealerships , im used to all the typical salesman tricks. This was unlike any i had been to. The salesman Matthew was excellent, I would even say we trusted him , yeah I know , a salesman lol. Everyone there went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Even stayed almost 2 hrs after closing!! I'm so happy I chose RC Hill !! They definitely earned my business for life !!

** Update for 2026 — this place still continues to provide excellent service to my car. Jovanny who has helped me this whole year is awesome! Complimentary car wash every time and I never wait over an hour with an appointment. — The employees here are so friendly and knowledgable about Mitsubishi. Appointments are easy to make online and they do try to get you in-and-out as soon as they can. What I appreciate is that every now and then, they come in the waiting room and update you what's happening with your vehicle. They also offer complimentary car washes! My car is always well taken care of here. Special thanks to Omar who has been working with me since last year. I literally only come here if he's taking care of my Mitsubishi. He's very professional and welcoming, to me, his coworkers and the rest of the guests that are also getting their car serviced. Love this place, love my Mitsubishi! Nothing but good to me.

Gio was very helpful setting me up for an appointment for a recall and some warranty work. Check in was simple and everyone there in the service department was friendly. I went to RC Hill a couple months back and was met by Michael, to help me with looking around and information on each vehicle. Michael was honest and gave me his opinions about each vehicle that made me feel at ease with the process. I was not in the position at that time to make a purchase and decided to do some shopping around the next month. NO ONE nor any other dealership compared to the inventory in my purchase price, in my comfortability level of making a significant purchase and the honesty. So, I kept my word and reached out to Michael and with faith and hard work on both our parts, I drove off with a car I wasn't even prepared to be able to get. The diligence and compassionate nature of everyone there was beautiful. From Michael to the Manager Matt and Jesse in Finance. Since purchasing my Mirage in 2018, the only place that has ever serviced my car is R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Even though I live more than 40 miles away, I wouldn't trust any other dealership or repair shop with my vehicle. The service team consistently keeps my car running at its best. They always let me know when routine maintenance is coming due, giving me plenty of time to plan ahead. I also appreciate that they never try to upsell unnecessary services or inflate the bill to meet quotas. They simply recommend what my car genuinely needs at the time. My service advisor, Omar, treats my car as if it were his own. He makes sure all maintenance is completed on schedule and even ensures my car is washed and vacuumed before returning it to me. Like R.C. Hill itself, Omar has been the only service advisor to oversee the maintenance of my Mirage, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with it. If you're looking for an honest, dependable dealership with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. And when you schedule your service, ask for Omar. He'll take great care of your car, just as he has mine for the past eight years.

I made an appointment for a sat so I thought but it was for a Monday, also I was hearing a clicking sound in tired wasn't so sure so they tested frove my car by 2 people and sound is gone !!! Bryce was an amazing help in purchasing my vehicle, I showed up at 6 o’clock two hours before closing and they were able to help me all the way until 915. I came in thinking my oil change and tire rotation were covered under my service agreement because I’d called ahead to verify. When the staff and I realized they weren’t, I simply couldn’t afford to have the work done that day and was prepared to leave. Instead of sending me on my way, the staff took the time to look into my options and found a solution that will help me keep up with the maintenance on my WRX. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, washed my car, and most importantly, treated me with genuine kindness and respect the entire time. What I really want people to know is how they treated me. They didn’t just service my car—they took the time to help a person who has been having a hard season. That kind of customer service is rare, and it meant more to me than they probably realize. I’ll absolutely be back. So - Great customer service fixes cars. Exceptional customer service remembers there’s a person attached to the keys!

Just purchased my 3rd new car from RC Hill and couldn’t be happier! Matt was amazing from handling everything via text so that when we came in we just had a few papers to sign and we were done, to getting me great financing with a low rate and finally to taking the time to go over all the MANY features my new car has, even helping to download the app that controls the car! They even got me a great rate for my trade in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and quality of cars they have at such affordable price. My past 2 cars never had any mechanical issues, were incredibly reliable. My first was a Mirage, then an Outlander Sport to my latest purchase a top of the line, Outlander SEL. I am a customer for life!
