This is the third car I have bought from them. My dad has bought three and my sister even bought one from them. I wouldn't keep coming back if they didn't offer great servicing after the vehicle is bought. 5 Stars all the way.

As so as I arrived at service a representative came and took my car right in for service & car wash..

I went for a oil change and My wife had just backed into another car and it left some damage in the rear end. The guys in the garage temporarily repaired my rear bumper and then Barbara gave me an estimate for repairs. Great people!I always enjoy going to see Barbara for my Outlander. She is always nice and getting fast on oil changes. She must be doing all these by herself. But her hands are never oily.????

Always professional and courteous. I had oil change an appointment at 8:30 am, they took my car right away and started to get to work. They called me to update me on items that needed attention and explained everything in terms that I could easily understand. Always 5-Star service!

Always a great experience to bring my car in for service - easy to schedule and I feel appreciated as a customer. Based on my original purchase and periodically service appointments I am very happy with RC Hill. Recently I brought my Outlander Sport for the 35k miles transmission service in. I got my appointment on short notice and when there had a loaner car waiting for me. They also did a complete check and found out that the battery was about to give up and they could replace it. Always friendly and always great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This service dept. NEVER disappoints. They go above and beyond by evaluating your vehicle before they address the reason for your appt. In my case, One time they caught a nail in a tire I did not even know about and replaced it, as it was still under warranty. This is just one example, of many in my case, of how this department puts their customers safety ahead of sales. I purchased my vehicle new in 2014 and anytime I have needed anything, when I call, they make my concern a priority. Good Job to ALL in the service department. Thank you!!! 9-23-26 The service department is still impressing me. Calling again with a tire problem which resulted in another replacement. They make me feel that my concerns are important and immediately brought my car in. Thankyou again Service Department!!!!!

Went to RC Hill on Saturday with no appointment and hoping they could take my car. Needed oil change and brakes checked out. Service member told me they could take of it. Said I would be there for awhile but they actually finished with the car in less than two hours. So impressed with the service and quality they give the customers. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. He was professional, patient, and took time to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasant salesman to work with. Thank you, Anthony! I also want to take thank the rest of the staff at RC Hill. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). Went twice to the dealership. Both times awesome. No pressure. Looked around the first time and was just explained where everything was and I believe his name was Ramon, told me if I needed anything to let him know. I then prequalified and received communication from the dealership. Spoke with Justin and went back the second time ready to test drive. Again no pressure, very friendly. Decided to buy. The process was easy and pretty quick. GM introduced himself and went to finance. Keven in finance was awesome and took care of me. I’d definitely recommend and will go back in the future. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

JOE did a great job helping me and getting me financed so that I could get into something that suited my affordability. He found me a one owner vehicle that might’ve had a few more miles than I wanted, but it’s in great shape. I didn’t feel rushed forced or any of those things that you normally feel when you go into a dealership I would definitely recommend RC Hill if you’re looking for a new vehicle or used one.

The AC went out in my old car, so I needed to find something new pretty quickly. They made the whole process super easy, worked with me to stay within my budget, and never made me feel pressured. The best service department I have ever used. My vehicle is finished quickly and I leave with an appointment for my next service. I truly appreciate they call and remind me of my appointment a couple days in advance. Update: just bought my 4th car from RC Hill, Robert Dean was my salesperson and he is excellent. Very nice and professional

When I first got there, Omar was looking very sad Come to find out they didn't have his favorite donut from dunkin. However I was able to cheer him up. Hiney was looking insanely beautiful like always. The dog that works there for some reason wanted to give me a treash. What the heck is a treash ? Overall it was a good experience.
