I made an appointment for a sat so I thought but it was for a Monday, also I was hearing a clicking sound in tired wasn't so sure so they tested frove my car by 2 people and sound is gone !!! They fitted me in with no issues love this place !!! Great service, honest workers , if anyone ever needs a car go to Deland Mitsubishi!!!

Bryce was an amazing help in purchasing my vehicle, I showed up at 6 o’clock two hours before closing and they were able to help me all the way until 915. Whenever I got through financing they made the process super smooth and I highly recommend Bryce. Keven the finance guy was also amazing and made the experience good all the way to the end.

I came in thinking my oil change and tire rotation were covered under my service agreement because I’d called ahead to verify. When the staff and I realized they weren’t, I simply couldn’t afford to have the work done that day and was prepared to leave. Instead of sending me on my way, the staff took the time to look into my options and found a solution that will help me keep up with the maintenance on my WRX. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, washed my car, and most importantly, treated me with genuine kindness and respect the entire time. What I really want people to know is how they treated me. They didn’t just service my car—they took the time to help a person who has been having a hard season. That kind of customer service is rare, and it meant more to me than they probably realize. I’ll absolutely be back. So - Great customer service fixes cars. Exceptional customer service remembers there’s a person attached to the keys!

Michael is an excellent customer representative. The General Manager is considered and helps me you to get a good deal. Kevin, the financing representative is attentive and explain everything about the deal you are getting so you are not in the dark and get surprises in the future.

This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. I came in not knowing what to expect but one thing I did expect was a pushy salesmen but that did not happen! They are non-commissioned salesmen!! This made the process so much more genuine and made it a little easier to trust my salesmen to find the best option for me and RUSSELL did just that!! He took his time with the process, he explained everything in detail and made it so easy to understand the process step by step !! He was able to get me into a newer vehicle, 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe and even after the sale, he took his time to help me set up my Apple car play and showed me a bunch of features before driving off the lot !! I am so happy with my experience and I think moving forward, this is the only dealer I would trust for purchasing a vehicle !! Great job RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland !!

I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. I had heard RC Hill's commercials on the radio so I knew it was where I wanted to go. I had been looking at other dealerships as well, but RC finally had a car with everything that I wanted. I have some credit issues, and with a co-signer, I was able to get that exact car! They were friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed talking to salesman and finance manager. Both very polite and knowledgeable . Very happy with the vehicle. My only disappointment. Only one key fob to the vehicle was given to me. But not a deal breaker. Another Key Fob was ordered but at my expense. I would purchase from R.C. Hill again.

I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

This has been the most awesome buyers experience ever!! Russell took care of me right away and sent me a beautiful Toyota CHR- I was very nervous about buying a car online-but this was very safe and easy- the vehicle looks brand new and even still has the new car smell. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.
