Took my 2010 outlander for an oil leak. Diagnosed with a valve cover gasket worn-out. Got it replaced and the oil changed. Thanks for a great work, Kristian, Omar and Nick.

Every time I go for service staff immediately wishes you a good day quickly service your vehicle and lets me know how good my car is doing they are very hard working and responsible I recommend family and friends to go on down to look and possibly jump into a new Mitsubishi.

Everyone was prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant. I had used a coupon for oil change, a/c flush and a new air filter. They even washed my car for me. I was very pleased all around with the service and made my car look and run great.

Russell went above and beyond to give me the best price for the Mirage that we purchased. They are the best, very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and caring. I would recommend them to everyone. This is my third car that I bought from them. I live in Port Orange and it's almost 40 miles from my house, but I don't mind the travel because of the service they give me.

Had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi-Deland. Josh the cowboy car salesman is awesome, he made the whole car buying experience fun and easy! The vehicle we purchased was very close to the internet pricing advertised and the finance manager was great as well they offer a great warranty package for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend purchasing here if you’re in the market for a vehicle they have on the lot.

They're fantastic. No high pressure. Jordyn listened and spoke with me, since it was to be my car. The whole process was relatively painless and as quick as possible. Eddie in finance was great too! Not adding the ridiculous *market adjustments* that other area dealers are. Honest, upfront pricing. Straightforward sales personnel. Gio in service is fantastic! Service Dept is quick, friendly, and honest. No high pressure upcharges.

I rarely take time to leave a review, but RC Hill Mitsubishi knows how to treat their customers and prospects. Alexa (sales rep, ask for her) and Troy (sales manager) were super down to earth and approachable. Even though we did not strike a deal today, I never felt like I was being hounded or pressured into doing anything. Which is extremely rare in this industry. Needless to say, when I’m ready to make a purchase, I’m coming straight here. Honestly would and will recommend R.C. Hill to any close friends or family!

Absolutely fantastic service. I live 3 hours away and they had the exact car I had been looking for. They valued my trade in and did all the paper work and Loan over the phone. They were the best at communication out of all the dealers I spoke to and ultimately why I bought this car from them. When I finally drove there on Sunday before closing, I was in and out in less than an hour with my new car. Special thanks to my salesman Robert for the pictures and videos and making it happen

Awesome place to get repairs and oil changes!!!!! Super friendly staff and great customer service!!!! Geo is my favorite staff always takes care of me and my son with the best customer care and attentiveness. They are super affordable for a dealership they are here to help you. Christian Manager is great as well, would not go anyplace else!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!They also have the best ☕️ coffee Machine with diverse flavors. This dealership was one of the best I've been to. The buying process was extremely easy and fast I didn't have to spend hours negotiating and waiting they got the deal done fast I was in and out in an hour. I have had great experience with getting my car serviced at RC Hill Deland. From brakes, tires and oil changes they have always taken great care of my car. Everyone there is kind and courteous. Any issues have been resolved right away. Special shout out to Omar and Christian who take the best care of their customers. *updated to say I have had excellent service here for 5 years! I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or add on unnecessary work. Still HIGHLY recommend them to all.*updating again to say Omar is still providing excellent customer service and taking great care of my car, Heidi at the service counter is fantastic too!

My first visit to this Ocala site for a routine service to my car and check low pressure on tires. Customer Service, Angela, was great. Good service, very friendly and helpful even asked for the car to be cleaned and it was. This was all done in an hour and they have made next appointment for the service to the car by sending it in a text message, how great is that. Thanks Angela and the Mitsubishi Staff for doing a great job for 1st visit. May 16th 2022 Another visit to RCHill in Deland for my service on the day it was due and was able to the service on the spot. Many thanks for great work and in answering all my questions in regards to the purchase warranty. New service visit March 2023, thank you again for the attention to my Mitsubishi, upset that I didn't get earlier notification about changing 4 four tyres. So due resources had to look elsewhere for tyres. Much appreciate the after service of the cleaning and washing my Mitsubishi. 9th August 2023 service visit. Thanks Jiovanni for your attention to what was needed for my car service this time round and providing the due resourceful discount for myself. Thanks again to Mitsubishi for their attention to detail and car wash. 17th October 2023 - Thanks to Alexis for dealing my very flat car battery issue which was put in by Mitsubishi in October 2022. Now in October 2023 need to be replaced this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by Alexis, thanks again 10th January 2024 - Thanks Mitsubishi for the service and taking care of the car. 6th Jun 2024 - I came the day before my service cos i had a problem with the windows. Mitsubishi was very helpful in sorting it, politely as it was just a click of a switch. How can ask for improvement when you do all you can when it's not a service. Thanks Mitsubishi 2nd May 2025 Thanks Heidi and all service staff you took care of me again. Also thanks to the cleaning staff, for cleaning my car again.

I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Russell was professional, straightforward, and genuine from the very beginning. He made the entire process feel as hassle-free and comfortable as possible, and I never felt pressured or like I was getting the typical “salesman” treatment. I genuinely wasn’t expecting to leave the dealership with the truck that day, but Russell and his team went above and beyond to make it happen and made the entire experience a great one. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept! update: replaced/repaired the AC on our 2095 Acura. Great job as always!

Didn’t feel like I was being forced or anything hidden at all! Very open and honestly and friendly people all around, but Jordyn was and is amazing! UPDATE : Just purchased my second vehicle and was another great experience, this time our salesman ( Robert ) was as great as oir 1st salesman. What an amazing experience, seriously I've never been to a dealership like this! I've bought many cars in my life from many shady grimy dealerships , im used to all the typical salesman tricks. This was unlike any i had been to. The salesman Matthew was excellent, I would even say we trusted him , yeah I know , a salesman lol. Everyone there went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Even stayed almost 2 hrs after closing!! I'm so happy I chose RC Hill !! They definitely earned my business for life !!

** Update for 2026 — this place still continues to provide excellent service to my car. Jovanny who has helped me this whole year is awesome! Complimentary car wash every time and I never wait over an hour with an appointment. — The employees here are so friendly and knowledgable about Mitsubishi. Appointments are easy to make online and they do try to get you in-and-out as soon as they can. What I appreciate is that every now and then, they come in the waiting room and update you what's happening with your vehicle. They also offer complimentary car washes! My car is always well taken care of here. Special thanks to Omar who has been working with me since last year. I literally only come here if he's taking care of my Mitsubishi. He's very professional and welcoming, to me, his coworkers and the rest of the guests that are also getting their car serviced. Love this place, love my Mitsubishi! Nothing but good to me.

I went to RC Hill a couple months back and was met by Michael, to help me with looking around and information on each vehicle. Michael was honest and gave me his opinions about each vehicle that made me feel at ease with the process. I was not in the position at that time to make a purchase and decided to do some shopping around the next month. NO ONE nor any other dealership compared to the inventory in my purchase price, in my comfortability level of making a significant purchase and the honesty. So, I kept my word and reached out to Michael and with faith and hard work on both our parts, I drove off with a car I wasn't even prepared to be able to get. Since purchasing my Mirage in 2018, the only place that has ever serviced my car is R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Even though I live more than 40 miles away, I wouldn't trust any other dealership or repair shop with my vehicle. The service team consistently keeps my car running at its best. They always let me know when routine maintenance is coming due, giving me plenty of time to plan ahead. I also appreciate that they never try to upsell unnecessary services or inflate the bill to meet quotas. They simply recommend what my car genuinely needs at the time. My service advisor, Omar, treats my car as if it were his own. He makes sure all maintenance is completed on schedule and even ensures my car is washed and vacuumed before returning it to me. Like R.C. Hill itself, Omar has been the only service advisor to oversee the maintenance of my Mirage, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with it. If you're looking for an honest, dependable dealership with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. And when you schedule your service, ask for Omar. He'll take great care of your car, just as he has mine for the past eight years.

I came in thinking my oil change and tire rotation were covered under my service agreement because I’d called ahead to verify. When the staff and I realized they weren’t, I simply couldn’t afford to have the work done that day and was prepared to leave. Instead of sending me on my way, the staff took the time to look into my options and found a solution that will help me keep up with the maintenance on my WRX. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, washed my car, and most importantly, treated me with genuine kindness and respect the entire time. What I really want people to know is how they treated me. They didn’t just service my car—they took the time to help a person who has been having a hard season. That kind of customer service is rare, and it meant more to me than they probably realize. I’ll absolutely be back. So - Great customer service fixes cars. Exceptional customer service remembers there’s a person attached to the keys!
