This dealership was one of the best I've been to. The buying process was extremely easy and fast I didn't have to spend hours negotiating and waiting they got the deal done fast I was in and out in an hour. Troy the salesmanager was very nice and Alexa Hill my sales woman was kind not pushy like other sales people and was extremely helpful answering and questions I had and very patient with me while I asked the questions. John was very helpful. He explained to me that I needed a wheel Bearing it was covered under Warranty so that was good news. Also did a rotation of the tires oil change wasn’t even that long of a wait Thank you again.

I have had great experience with getting my car serviced at RC Hill Deland. From brakes, tires and oil changes they have always taken great care of my car. Everyone there is kind and courteous. Any issues have been resolved right away. Special shout out to Omar and Christian who take the best care of their customers. *updated to say I have had excellent service here for 5 years! I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or add on unnecessary work. Still HIGHLY recommend them to all.*updating again to say Omar is still providing excellent customer service and taking great care of my car, Heidi at the service counter is fantastic too!

I have purchased many new cars in the last 25 years and R C Hill Mitsubishi has hands down the best service department in Central Florida. The service department is so easy to work with! Easy to make an appointment, prompt attention when you arrive, a great waiting area and best of all, staff that is professional and knowledgeable and accommodating at every turn - especially John!!!! PLUS Heidi reacts to each customer exactly as they desire: engaging, friendly chitchat with people like me and Business like for those with a schedule. I wish every Business had a Heidi!!!!

My first visit to this Ocala site for a routine service to my car and check low pressure on tires. Customer Service, Angela, was great. Good service, very friendly and helpful even asked for the car to be cleaned and it was. This was all done in an hour and they have made next appointment for the service to the car by sending it in a text message, how great is that. Thanks Angela and the Mitsubishi Staff for doing a great job for 1st visit. May 16th 2022 Another visit to RCHill in Deland for my service on the day it was due and was able to the service on the spot. Many thanks for great work and in answering all my questions in regards to the purchase warranty. New service visit March 2023, thank you again for the attention to my Mitsubishi, upset that I didn't get earlier notification about changing 4 four tyres. So due resources had to look elsewhere for tyres. Much appreciate the after service of the cleaning and washing my Mitsubishi. 9th August 2023 service visit. Thanks Jiovanni for your attention to what was needed for my car service this time round and providing the due resourceful discount for myself. Thanks again to Mitsubishi for their attention to detail and car wash. 17th October 2023 - Thanks to Alexis for dealing my very flat car battery issue which was put in by Mitsubishi in October 2022. Now in October 2023 need to be replaced this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by Alexis, thanks again 10th January 2024 - Thanks Mitsubishi for the service and taking care of the car. 6th Jun 2024 - I came the day before my service cos i had a problem with the windows. Mitsubishi was very helpful in sorting it, politely as it was just a click of a switch. How can ask for improvement when you do all you can when it's not a service. Thanks Mitsubishi 2nd May 2025 Thanks Heidi and all service staff you took care of me again. Also thanks to the cleaning staff, for cleaning my car again.

Well just purchased my second vehicle here at RC Hill and they still have the same great service! They are still better that all the rest! Well, we all hear how every dealership is different and better than all the rest and I can honestly say that my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi was just that! I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. I searched for at least 10 months and I was looking for certain features but didn't want to pay an out rages price. I actually heard a commercial on the radio for RC Hill and it sounded great. I thought, maybe I need to take a look at the Mitsubishi's. I am so glad I did, this is such an Awesome car and I highly recommend RC Hill to everyone!

Went to have my 1st oil change and I was in and out in less an hour and half. So far I'm satisfied with the service department. On 14 Apr 25 had a service appointment at 8am to work on a oil change, rotate the tires. The service agent noticed I had a bent tire rim & bald front tires because of this. Had a new rim & 2 new tires along with a alignment. I was out the door within 2 hours. Very concerned & attention to the needs of your car were on full display & explanations were offered before the work was done. Very affordable payment for the services done. A Great Group of Associates that Work at RC Hill! Very Very Satisfied with this trip for car work.

Jordyn was a wonderful salesman. The finance manager was a man of integrity and offered us all the options and didn’t guilt trip us into something we wanted, great man of wisdom. Also the manager was friendly and a man of God. We drove over two hours just to go to this specific dealership for the great deal they offered. I recently purchased a used Chevrolet vehicle from RC Hill. After a week it suffered electrical issues and would not start: The gentlemen who sold me the vehicle, Matt, went above and beyond to make things right. He organized the transportation of my vehicle back to the dealership and worked with the local Chevrolet dealer to make sure the vehicle was quickly fixed and fully functional. He kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle throughout the process, quickly responded to my messages, and made sure I was taken care of. RC Hill did not charge me for any of this, and demonstrated to me their commitment to making sure I received top-tier service and a fully-functional vehicle. I would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future, and would work with Matt as my salesman again as well. Honest, professional, and committed to customer service.

I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

The service at RC Hill Mitsubishi was top notch. The personal were very nice and friendly. I had to travel from Bradenton and it was worth the trip. I will do it anytime. 10/10 this guys really knows what they are doing.

This has been the most awesome buyers experience ever!! Russell took care of me right away and sent me a beautiful Toyota CHR- I was very nervous about buying a car online-but this was very safe and easy- the vehicle looks brand new and even still has the new car smell. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.
