There always ready to help! Best place I have even gotten a car at ! I will never buy form another dealership! Every time I go to get my oil change there on it ! The people in the service department are amazing! I would never deal with any other dealership! For purchasing vehicle or having it servicing! I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. I'm grateful for spending time to explain every single detail. Awesome General sales manager! They made my day. Definitely I will go back. Thank you very much for everything! ❤ My son is so excited for our Mitsubishi Outlander 2022. It's amazing. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. We were returning customers and would definitely consider them in the future if we are ever looking for a new vehicle. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

They really came through for me! They had the action behind their words. They weren’t pushy, just informative and communicative. Everyone was very kind as well. Just received a great deal from Omar, for a full synthetic oil change on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Omar was attentive, & knowledgeable explaining what my car needs. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. No time was wasted and we drove home in a vehicle that checked all our boxes (and more)! Many thanks to Brandy, Russell and Keven.

We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond. Well just purchased my second vehicle here at RC Hill and they still have the same great service! They are still better that all the rest! Well, we all hear how every dealership is different and better than all the rest and I can honestly say that my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi was just that! I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. I searched for at least 10 months and I was looking for certain features but didn't want to pay an out rages price. I actually heard a commercial on the radio for RC Hill and it sounded great. I thought, maybe I need to take a look at the Mitsubishi's. I am so glad I did, this is such an Awesome car and I highly recommend RC Hill to everyone!

Went to have my 1st oil change and I was in and out in less an hour and half. So far I'm satisfied with the service department. On 14 Apr 25 had a service appointment at 8am to work on a oil change, rotate the tires. The service agent noticed I had a bent tire rim & bald front tires because of this. Had a new rim & 2 new tires along with a alignment. I was out the door within 2 hours. Very concerned & attention to the needs of your car were on full display & explanations were offered before the work was done. Very affordable payment for the services done. A Great Group of Associates that Work at RC Hill! Very Very Satisfied with this trip for car work.

Jordyn was a wonderful salesman. The finance manager was a man of integrity and offered us all the options and didn’t guilt trip us into something we wanted, great man of wisdom. I recently purchased a used Chevrolet vehicle from RC Hill. After a week it suffered electrical issues and would not start: The gentlemen who sold me the vehicle, Matt, went above and beyond to make things right. He organized the transportation of my vehicle back to the dealership and worked with the local Chevrolet dealer to make sure the vehicle was quickly fixed and fully functional. He kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle throughout the process, quickly responded to my messages, and made sure I was taken care of. RC Hill did not charge me for any of this, and demonstrated to me their commitment to making sure I received top-tier service and a fully-functional vehicle. I would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future, and would work with Matt as my salesman again as well. Honest, professional, and committed to customer service.

This was the 3rd assessment I was getting on my car because the first 2 stated different issues. Gio represented Mitsubushi so well in service and knowledge that I left my car for repair. My car now runs like it was brand new! And they washed and vacuumed which was much appreciated since I had surgery and had walking/driving restrictions. I'll be back! Thank you.

Picked up my new Outlander from RC Hill yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I live in St Augustine and negotiated the deal over the phone with Josh. Filled out the credit app online, 20 minutes later they had me approved with outstanding rates from numerous banks/credit unions. The best part was when I arrived to close the deal and pick up the car on Sunday morning, nothing changed. Everything was what we agreed to over the phone. When taking care of paperwork Troy the GM came over to introduce himself and thank me……nice touch. I spent around 30 minutes with Kevon in finance to close the deal and was on my way. I can’t recommend this dealership enough and it worth the drive if you live further away. Keep up the good work Gentlemen. Thomas Nodine. UPDATE. One thing to be aware of: when you go into finance they talk to you about warranties. I bought an extended oil change package. I later found out it was only good at RC hill 2 dealerships not good at any Mitsubishi dealership as I was under the impression. Kevin in finance could have been more transparent - so you got me on that one guys….happy?

We purchased a vehicle from RC Hill. It was an exceptional experience. We made the deal over the phone/internet. Troy and Jordyn sent us everything we asked for to understand the numbers. Jordyn got the SUV and paperwork ready so all we had to do was test drive and finalize the transaction once onsite. Jesse was amazing with our closing! R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them!

This was my first time at RC Hill. I have a Buick that is just out of warranty. Since I have never been happy with the Buick dealership I bought from, I decided to try RC Hill as recommended by a friend who is a loyal customer. I had an oil change, new back brakes installed, tires rotated and of course a complimentary car wash. Gio handled everything for me. Between him and the ladies at the service desk, I was treated with outstanding customer service. I am definitely going to buy my next car from RC Hill and continue having my Buick serviced there.

This was my 5th Vehicle purchase from Russell Ervast here at RC HILL, and I am sure it will not be the last. I have always felt that that I received a fair deal with all my purchases here, even weeks later after I have had time to process everything. It has always been low pressure experience during negotiations, and every bit of paperwork is explained and gone over for clarity. Finance shows you everything, price, interest, financing terms, you know where every dime is going before signing that big contract. The buying experience is great, but the service department is a huge part why I keep coming back. They are professional, don't waist time, and straight forward with vehicle needs. Only dealership I continue to take my vehicles to long after the service plan expires. It's been over 10 years I been coming to RC HILL, both for my daily driver and a couple times for "Weekend" toys. They are my go to Dealership that is always my first choice whenever I need a vehicle. We have a 2013 Outlander Sport, and my new 2022 Outlander now as the family's 2 daily drivers. Guess we officially are a Mitsubishi Family now! Russell takes his time and answers all questions professionally, and before I roll off the lot makes sure everything is explained. This 2022 Outlander he had me here setting up my phone for the connect, making sure every feature worked with the app!

Please take time to read this review. If you go and read my Google reviews for Daytona Mitsubishi you'll see why I'm so excited to write this review. I have a 20/20 Outlander Sport, brand new. I've complained since 2 weeks after I bought it there was a noise that couldn't be found by them. I am referring to Daytona Mitsubishi. I'm not going to get into that , l will do my own Google review on that when I'm done with this one, let me tell you the story about RC Hill Mitsubishi I've been dealing with a problem with my car for 5 years and I know the warranty was going to expire. I never could get anybody to find the problem so I recorded it. Only to have Daytona tell me (Barbara service manager)they never could hear it and it was corrupt recording, again (Service manager Barbara), which was untrue totally, it was sent to the district supervisor of Mitsubishi and she listened to it she sent me to RC Hill Mitsubishi because of the way they treated me. She knew l didn't want to deal with them as they couldn't find my problem why would I want to go back? So she sent me somewhere she knew would take care of me to my liking. Christina THE AFTER SALES REGIONAL MANAGER was kind enough to listen to my problem and help me solve it after 5 years. She listened to my recording and realized it was a valid complaint. The young man that worked on my car his name was Nick. He was under my car all day and I think the day before that and the day before that and he had to order a part.He went over my car numerous times, it was No Easy Task of finding what was wrong with my car, he basically rebuilt the engine. After having to continuously fix things by process of elimination until he finally found the problem, it wasn't easy. The many times that he thought he knew what was wrong with it, only to find out it wasnt, and he had to keep on going until he finally figured it out. It was very very deceiving as to what was going on with my car, long story , he ended up having to put in a new torque converter. He did an excellent job, he's to be commended for his job performance along with, Heidi who is the service coordinator at RC Hill Mitsubishi she was patient with me she was determined to help me find out what was wrong with my car just like Nick.. they treated me with kindness and care all due to Christina who works for Mitsubishi her new title is AFTER SALES REGIONAL MANAGER (Congratulations Christina). I would never have gotten my car fixed if she had not taken the time to listen to me. She helped me and she listened to the recording and saw that I did have a legitimate complaint about my car. Thank you, RC Hill Mitsubishi the employees Nick and Heidi. And Christina who is not an employee at RC Hill. Thank you for finding the problem with my car after 5 years, it's finally fixed. I don't have to listen to the noise. You shouldn't have to have a car 5 years old and have to wait 5 years to get it fixed. RC HILL did find the problem and they did a great job.
