Spent a month searching for the best deal and found the Outlander we wanted at RC Hill in DeLand. We were in and out in an hour and a half and could not be more satisfied. There was no high pressure sales, the staff were great, especially our salesman Jordyn. We highly recommend RC Hill ... which is hard to do in this day and age.

I was happy with our sales associate Jordyn! He listened to what we wanted, and found it for me. We agreed on a payment which ended up being $5.00 more than we agreed on, however it wasn't enough to break the deal. We bought a beautiful Crossover Eclipse.

The service department at RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland is awesome. They always take really good care of us. We haven't been there except for regular maintenance and service, but we make an appointment and they stick to it. We are always in and out in under an hour. The best service department I have ever used. My vehicle is finished quickly and I leave with an appointment for my next service. I truly appreciate they call and remind me of my appointment a couple days in advance. Update: just bought my 4th car from RC Hill, Robert Dean was my salesperson and he is excellent. Robert explained every detail and control in my new car. I left there knowing how to work everything. Excellent dealership to buy a car from.

On Friday May 30,I when looked at some cars at Mitsubishi Motors. One think I like about the place is the salesman Mr Anthony '' Big T " Andolino wasn't to pushing trying to sale me a car. Russell went above and beyond to give me the best price for the Mirage that we purchased. They are the best, very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and caring. I would recommend them to everyone. This is my third car that I bought from them. I live in Port Orange and it's almost 40 miles from my house, but I don't mind the travel because of the service they give me.

I rarely take time to leave a review, but RC Hill Mitsubishi knows how to treat their customers and prospects. Alexa (sales rep, ask for her) and Troy (sales manager) were super down to earth and approachable. Even though we did not strike a deal today, I never felt like I was being hounded or pressured into doing anything. Which is extremely rare in this industry. Needless to say, when I’m ready to make a purchase, I’m coming straight here. Honestly would and will recommend R.C. Hill to any close friends or family!

Absolutely fantastic service. I live 3 hours away and they had the exact car I had been looking for. They valued my trade in and did all the paper work and Loan over the phone. They were the best at communication out of all the dealers I spoke to and ultimately why I bought this car from them. I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.
