Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. My experience with this dealership is very good and I see myself coming back for future business with them.

I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or need maintenance for your current one, I highly recommend R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. R C Hill Mitsubishi has hands down the best service department in Central Florida. So easy to work with! Easy to make an appointment, prompt attention when you arrive, a great waiting area and best of all, staff that is professional and knowledgeable and accommodating at every turn!!! I had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. They truly went above and beyond for me. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. Spent a month searching for the best deal and found the Outlander we wanted at RC Hill in DeLand. We were in and out in an hour and a half and could not be more satisfied. Russell went above and beyond to give me the best price for the Mirage that we purchased. They are the best, very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and caring. I would recommend them to everyone. This is my third car that I bought from them. I live in Port Orange and it's almost 40 miles from my house, but I don't mind the travel because of the service they give me.

The vehicle we purchased was very close to the internet pricing advertised and the finance manager was great as well they offer a great warranty package for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend purchasing here if you’re in the market for a vehicle they have on the lot.

They're fantastic. No high pressure. Jordyn listened and spoke with me, since it was to be my car. The whole process was relatively painless and as quick as possible. Eddie in finance was great too! Not adding the ridiculous *market adjustments* that other area dealers are. Honest, upfront pricing. Straightforward sales personnel. Gio in service is fantastic! I rarely take time to leave a review, but RC Hill Mitsubishi knows how to treat their customers and prospects. Alexa (sales rep, ask for her) and Troy (sales manager) were super down to earth and approachable. Even though we did not strike a deal today, I never felt like I was being hounded or pressured into doing anything. Which is extremely rare in this industry. Needless to say, when I’m ready to make a purchase, I’m coming straight here. Honestly would and will recommend R.C. Hill to any close friends or family!

Absolutely fantastic service. I live 3 hours away and they had the exact car I had been looking for. They valued my trade in and did all the paper work and Loan over the phone. They were the best at communication out of all the dealers I spoke to and ultimately why I bought this car from them. When I finally drove there on Sunday before closing, I was in and out in less than an hour with my new car. Special thanks to my salesman Robert for the pictures and videos and making it happen

I went to the dealership looking for a new car.
