I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I came to look at a 2019 Honda HR-V, and left with it quickly after. The process was stress-free, speedy, and straightforward. Joe gave us exactly what we needed and didn’t over complicate things. Everybody on the team there that I spoke to was incredibly helpful and kind. I would go to them every time. Thank you staff from RC Hill!!!

I had heard RC Hill's commercials on the radio so I knew it was where I wanted to go. I had been looking at other dealerships as well, but RC finally had a car with everything that I wanted. I have some credit issues, and with a co-signer, I was able to get that exact car! They were friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed talking to salesman and finance manager. Both very polite and knowledgeable . Very happy with the vehicle. My only disappointment. Only one key fob to the vehicle was given to me. But not a deal breaker. Another Key Fob was ordered but at my expense. I would purchase from R.C. Hill again.

I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

This has been the most awesome buyers experience ever!! Russell took care of me right away and sent me a beautiful Toyota CHR- I was very nervous about buying a car online-but this was very safe and easy- the vehicle looks brand new and even still has the new car smell. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. What an amazing experience, seriously I've never been to a dealership like this! I've bought many cars in my life from many shady grimy dealerships , im used to all the typical salesman tricks. This was unlike any i had been to. The salesman Matthew was excellent, I would even say we trusted him , yeah I know , a salesman lol. Everyone there went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Even stayed almost 2 hrs after closing!! I'm so happy I chose RC Hill !! They definitely earned my business for life !!

Car dealerships tend to get a bad rap, but everyone I have ever dealt with at RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland has always been respectful, trustworthy and friendly - in a low pressure, genuine way. I have never felt pressured here on an upsell, either with my initial vehicle purchase in 2022 or in my regular oil changes / check ups with the service department since then. It is one of the few businesses where I consistently feel like the staff genuinely want the customer to leave satisfied at the end of the day, rather than being forcefully polite or driven by commissions. I have never had a Mitsubishi before this but based on the service at RC Hill Deland, I will be a customer for life.

Very satisfied on my first car buying experience. Russell knew what he was doing, and if he didn't know the answer to very specific questions I asked, he was able to find out the information for me before the time of purchase. I was not rushed into the sale, and he even waited for me while I took multiple calls with family to confirm the car was decent. Trade in process was very fair, even considering my old car. Just purchased my 3rd new car from RC Hill and couldn’t be happier! Matt was amazing from handling everything via text so that when we came in we just had a few papers to sign and we were done, to getting me great financing with a low rate and finally to taking the time to go over all the MANY features my new car has, even helping to download the app that controls the car! They even got me a great rate for my trade in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and quality of cars they have at such affordable price. My past 2 cars never had any mechanical issues, were incredibly reliable. My first was a Mirage, then an Outlander Sport to my latest purchase a top of the line, Outlander SEL. I am a customer for life!

The Service team reached our to me in advance of my service due date and accommodated my busy schedule. They provided hot coffee, and even had my favorite show on TV- Swamp People! UPDATE: Salesperson Keven is very professional, he looked for our best deal and talked straight. They had good inventory to choose from. It was a smooth and quick process. We spend like 1 ½ hour to complete the transaction including the test drive. Thanks. Easiest place I've ever bought a car. It's my second purchase with RC hill Mitsubishi and Anthony is my salesman. It's fun, fast, and simple. As a customer you are treated with respect and your needs are their top priority. I used the service department for my first oil change on my new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. The service writer was as sweet as she could be and they were prompt and wash the car for me and vacuumed it out probably going to go back and continue to let them service my vehicle which is not the norm with me I generally don't go back to the dealership for service. These people are different like going back in time. I just love the way they treat their customers.

We went to Mitsubishi Deland on Saturday to get a car for my son, and we had a fantastic experience! Alexa helped us out and made sure we drove home with a brand new car that same day. Kevin in financing was great—he helped us get approved quickly and explained everything clearly. What I really appreciated is that it’s a family-owned dealership, and they don’t push you to buy. Update: Purchased 2025 Outlander over the weekend since the Cross was gifted to my son. Sales l Finance l Service are always excellent Bought my 2020 Eclipse Cross in 2019 & have been returning for all my vehicles service needs. The service department is always quick & efficient. Not only did he discover I had great extended warranty on my car that paid of my new condenser for my AC but he also got me a rental to use while my Outlander was being taken care of. My husband and I went because he was pre approved. He had a 2014 Toyota Corolla he was trying to trade in. It owed to much so it was impossible. Matthew was great he got us a deal that it would be both myself and my husband on the car. Which is great because I hated that car! We looked at all the vehicles and we ended up with a 2024 Mitsubishi outlander sport with only 20 miles on it. We did the paperwork and it’s wasn’t long but the process of course you have to wait. But we drove off the lot with our new car. We’ve had it now for 4 months and I gotta say it’s been a blessing that we never expected. Matthew and Jess made everything super easy. Thank you to the manager and all the staff. We felt very comfortable as if we were wanted there and they didn’t haggle us to buy anything. Great experience and some really great people! I really recommend them!!

In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. They dealt with all my questions, and as this is my first Mitsubishi, I had a lot. I received a full tutorial on everything different or new to me in the vehicle. They even connected my phone. Nobody seemed in a hurry to leave or used pressure to make me buy the car. BUT, I did buy a 2025 Outlander, and am very pleased with it.

I purchased my car here in 2018 and they are the only place that has ever touched my car. They only tell you service that actually needs to be done on your car. They get the repairs done in a timely manner and if it's going to take longer than expected they will give you a loaner to get your errands completed. When ever I go there service consultant Omar takes good care of me, making me feel right at home. He also lets me know if there are any coupons available so I pay the absolute lowest price for my maintenance, and he will make sure my car is washed and vacuumed prior to returning it to me. He even gives me a call later to see how my car is running. Taking my car here is like giving it a spa day. I drive 40 miles one way to bring my car here, and it is well worth it.
