Spent a month searching for the best deal and found the Outlander we wanted at RC Hill in DeLand. We were in and out in an hour and a half and could not be more satisfied. There was no high pressure sales, the staff were great, especially our salesman Jordyn. We highly recommend RC Hill ... which is hard to do in this day and age.

I was happy with our sales associate Jordyn! He listened to what we wanted, and found it for me. We agreed on a payment which ended up being $5.00 more than we agreed on, however it wasn't enough to break the deal. We bought a beautiful Crossover Eclipse.

We haven't been there except for regular maintenance and service, but we make an appointment and they stick to it. We are always in and out in under an hour. This is my third car that I bought from them. I live in Port Orange and it's almost 40 miles from my house, but I don't mind the travel because of the service they give me.

I rarely take time to leave a review, but RC Hill Mitsubishi knows how to treat their customers and prospects. Alexa (sales rep, ask for her) and Troy (sales manager) were super down to earth and approachable. Even though we did not strike a deal today, I never felt like I was being hounded or pressured into doing anything. Which is extremely rare in this industry. Needless to say, when I’m ready to make a purchase, I’m coming straight here. Honestly would and will recommend R.C. Hill to any close friends or family!

Absolutely fantastic service. I live 3 hours away and they had the exact car I had been looking for. They valued my trade in and did all the paper work and Loan over the phone. They were the best at communication out of all the dealers I spoke to and ultimately why I bought this car from them. Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. I had a great experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi. They truly went above and beyond for me. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right and works with you, I’d definitely recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi.

RUSSELL ERVAST did a great job explaining all the features on my new 2022 Outlander. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle and he was more than willing to let us look at multiple models before we made our decision on which one we wanted. Omar is always great to deal with. I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. I'm grateful for spending time to explain every single detail. Awesome General sales manager! They made my day. Definitely I will go back. Thank you very much for everything! ❤ My son is so excited for our Mitsubishi Outlander 2022. It's amazing. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. We were returning customers and would definitely consider them in the future if we are ever looking for a new vehicle. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

They really came through for me! They had the action behind their words. They weren’t pushy, just informative and communicative. Everyone was very kind as well. They were very busy that day and I was late to my appointment but no one was frustrated or annoyed. They were polite and patient and gave me the same attention they did everyone else.

Just received a great deal from Omar, for a full synthetic oil change on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Omar was attentive, & knowledgeable explaining what my car needs. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free.
