Always a pleasant experience dealing with RC Hill Mitsubishi -Deland. All staff is very professional and they work very hard to get you the best deal possible. You also cannot beat dealing with the service department and their staff. I was working on a tight schedule this past Saturday and the service advisor made sure to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Never disappointed at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in Deland FL.

Just got my second new Mitsubishi from R.C. Hill and again they proved to me that the 2 hour drive to their Deland dealership is well worth the effort. This is one of the few places left that I can confidently say that they will do whatever they can to get a customer to leave happy.

RC Hill was my 5th location I already had an No I can’t help you in my head or them saying I needed to put more down. NOPE! I talked to TROY for a couple days explained my situation he gave me his honest opinion and told me to come on in. I decided to take the 45 min drive and within and hour or less he had JORDYN work me a miracle. This is one of a kind a dealer that is true to their word. I plan on having a long term relationship with them they will be my go to and my recommendation for anyone that has credit issues or any issues they can help just a little patience is needed they are straight to the point and will tell you the truth not waisting your time like many other places. Accommodating even when I was late. Friendly. Great customer service. Job well done. **Update** Still going to RC Hill Mitsubishi for service for the now 2 vehicles I have purchased from them, service is still #1 class act. Omar is my service advisor, he is always great! The Service Manager is a great guy too, have spoken with him a few times, and he makes sure that his team is spot on! All of the employees in the service aera are always polite, helpful and very welcoming. I will say that they go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of, and that you understand everything that is going on with your car. They will give you recommendations for the services that should be done to your vehicle, because it actually needs to be done, but it is never in a pushing manner, they will let you know if it can wait, or if it should be done now. The explanation is what I like best, because even though I do have basic mechanical knowledge, I feel confident that they would never try to take advantage of a customer just to make $ unlike other places that I have been. Grade A First Class operation.

Bought a Chevy there 8/2/25. 2 days later it was in the shop. Figured I got ripped off. Omar, the service manager not only payed for it to be fixed. He gave me a loaner for literally a month while it was fixed. It was a common issue with the truck. He could’ve ignored me and gave me the run around but he took it on the chin and stood by me and helped me along. Nothing is perfect with cars, but this guy is a stand up guy. You need service done go see Omar. The sales department stood by the sale and made sure I got a loaner and took great care of me, nothing is always perfect but how you react is what matters this dealership is awesome

I purchased my car over at Lakeland. They told me I could get my car serviced anywhere I wanted and I had a free oil change. Well I live closer to Daytona. I used Daytona Mitsubishi. They were the coldest rudest people so after a bad experience with them I called Lakeland and asked where else I could take my car for service. They had told me RC Hill D land or RC Hill Brevard. I chose Deland because it was closer. I spoke to Heidi on the phone. She was pleasant and kind very informative at my questions. She wasn’t cold like the last one up in Daytona made my appointment. I had to call back and reschedule my appointment because of another appointment. Heidi was fantastic through my whole experience on the phone. I went over on Monday September 8 got to meet Heidi in person wonderful person. I was so comfortable there. Everyone was kind they said hello they asked if everything was OK. I mean it was such a different feeling of service than what I had experienced in Daytona. You need to send some of your people from the Deland store and teach Daytona Mitsubishi, how to be nice. I will be back at the Deland RC Hill Mitsubishi thank you Heidi. You were wonderful. See you soon.

I had a wonderful experience at RC Hill. I heard about them from the radio, about a promotion they had going on. So I decided to check it out and I'm glad I did. I have to thank Anthony, aka "Big T" the salesman and Keven the financing manager for helping get my new car. Big T was a nice guy and didn't try to force any cars on me. He ask what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay monthly. I didn't have to put money down or trade in my car, even with my credit score! I left with better car than I expected! I highly recommend RC Hill if you're looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

9/10/2025 Came for an oil change & recall appointment was made and service was very fast and pleasant will continue to visit this location for my car. I came to location due to car issues. They were able to see me same day diagnostic was covered under warranty, which was great and I got a good deal for my battery along with using a $20 off coupon that they sent me. Work was done within a two hour time span which was very great considering it was the same day no appointment will definitely continue to use Mitsubishi.

We were so happy with our experience with Matt! And every person we encountered here was kind. Hospitality was a big relief for us as weve had other experiences that couldnt compare with the kindness at RC hill. First time car buying is overwhelming and Matt answered every question in detail and went out of his way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. Honestly, we knew our car we wanted would be a big expense for us and we felt happy that our money went to RC Hill versus the other places we checked out because their hospitality. I’ve had the best experience buying a car on sept 1st with Alexa. She was so friendly and easy going. It did not feel like she was trying to sell me. A couple days later I realize back windshield was missing a wiper and she right away ordered it from Ford and installed it on my car. I feel very confident if I need them in the future for anything they will be there to assist me. I will be buying my cars from them moving forward and referring anyone looking for a car. What an incredible experience with the staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi!!!! We drove by and decided to pull in and check out the dealership. It wasnt part of our original plan to even check this location out, but the staff was very warm and welcoming. Robert did a great job guiding us through our purchase. What an unbelievable day. Came here to get out of a vehicle that was beginning to cost me too much money to fix. My salesperson Justin gave ne a few options we went for an awesome test drive and here I am buying a new Outlander. The process was simple, they took my trade, gave me all information on the new vehicle. No hidden charges, everything explained and shown to you. Sat with Keven in finance, same thing. Everything put out in front of you. Completely explained. It was a great experience. I frickin love this place.

Picked up my new Outlander from RC Hill yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I live in St Augustine and negotiated the deal over the phone with Josh. Filled out the credit app online, 20 minutes later they had me approved with outstanding rates from numerous banks/credit unions. The best part was when I arrived to close the deal and pick up the car on Sunday morning, nothing changed. Everything was what we agreed to over the phone. When taking care of paperwork Troy the GM came over to introduce himself and thank me……nice touch. I spent around 30 minutes with Kevon in finance to close the deal and was on my way. I would like to give a shout out to Anthony Andolino at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We have now purchased two cars from him at RC Hill, and both times were a pure pleasure. Anthony takes the worry about of buying a new car. He took the time to explain to us every step of the process and what was happening at each step. He was professional, patient, and took time to answer all of our questions. He was a pleasant salesman to work with. Thank you, Anthony! I also want to take thank the rest of the staff at RC Hill. Everyone was so easy to work with. From the managers to the finance department, everyone was respectful, and I never felt like I was being taken for a ride (except for when my wife was doing her test drive). Went twice to the dealership. Both times awesome. No pressure. Looked around the first time and was just explained where everything was and I believe his name was Ramon, told me if I needed anything to let him know. I then prequalified and received communication from the dealership. Spoke with Justin and went back the second time ready to test drive. Again no pressure, very friendly. Decided to buy. The process was easy and pretty quick. GM introduced himself and went to finance. Keven in finance was awesome and took care of me. I’d definitely recommend and will go back in the future. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

JOE did a great job helping me and getting me financed so that I could get into something that suited my affordability. He found me a one owner vehicle that might’ve had a few more miles than I wanted, but it’s in great shape. I didn’t feel rushed forced or any of those things that you normally feel when you go into a dealership I would definitely recommend RC Hill if you’re looking for a new vehicle or used one.

The AC went out in my old car, so I needed to find something new pretty quickly. They made the whole process super easy, worked with me to stay within my budget, and never made me feel pressured. I called the day before and was told if they cant get me in a car, ill get a full tank of gas in my exciting car. I left RC Hill with a 2026 outlander. They really went above and beyond. Bryce the sales guy was very informative and cool. Everyone at RC Hill are very professional they didn't push us to buy gave us options. Processes was very fast . I will shop here for any feuture cars!

The best service department I have ever used. My vehicle is finished quickly and I leave with an appointment for my next service. I truly appreciate they call and remind me of my appointment a couple days in advance. Update: just bought my 4th car from RC Hill, Robert Dean was my salesperson and he is excellent. Robert explained every detail and control in my new car. I left there knowing how to work everything. Excellent dealership to buy a car from.

When I first got there, Omar was looking very sad Come to find out they didn't have his favorite donut from dunkin. However I was able to cheer him up. Hiney was looking insanely beautiful like always. The dog that works there for some reason wanted to give me a treash. What the heck is a treash ? Overall it was a good experience.

Troy, Jesus and Jesse really couldn’t be any better. We worked with Troy after entering our previous cars info in and inquiring on a new one. We explained our situation, provided him all of the information he requested and he did the rest. In less than an hour he had us approved for the vehicle we wanted, with the payment and exact amount down we could put. While also taking care of our trade in. He called us and we were in disbelief. When we arrived to the dealership we were assigned to work with Jesus for the remainder of the deal. He was extremely kind and personable. Made the rest of the process very easy. Jesse is the final man you see before leaving with your new car. He explained our additional options with no pressure at all. We elected all of the extras as it just made sense. I will never buy a car from anywhere else again. This is truly a group of really great people.

I had an excellent experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was that their salespeople do not work on commission, so there was absolutely no pressure, no games, and none of the usual back-and-forth with offers. Russell was my salesman and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He repeatedly checked to make sure my family and I had everything we needed, even offering us water and snacks. Jesse, the finance manager, was equally great to work with and even took the time to thank me for my military service, despite the fact that I had never mentioned that I was a Veteran. The entire experience was easy, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. I will absolutely be coming back to RC Hill Mitsubishi the next time I need a vehicle.

This was supposed to be the first dealership in a series of visits planned for that day, and yet, it was the only one. From the moment we stepped into their parking lot, we felt so welcome, well advised, and more importantly, never pressured. Brannon (our salesman), was very honest and transparent, and helped us find the perfect car for our needs and budget. R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them! (August 2026) Still the same as before! I go nowhere else!

I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Russell was professional, straightforward, and genuine from the very beginning. Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept! update: replaced/repaired the AC on our 2095 Acura. Great job as always!
