Update: Purchased 2025 Outlander over the weekend since the Cross was gifted to my son. Sales l Finance l Service are always excellent Bought my 2020 Eclipse Cross in 2019 & have been returning for all my vehicles service needs. The service department is always quick & efficient. They reach out to schedule maintenance appointments & make it easy to reschedule. Excellent service all the time.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The whole crew in the service department is amazing, kind, and friendly and Gio went over the top in helping me. Not only did he discover I had great extended warranty on my car that paid of my new condenser for my AC but he also got me a rental to use while my Outlander was being taken care of. I can't recommend RC Hill enough for all your vehicle needs! Fantastic customer service!!!

Robert and Keven were a pleasure to work with! My husband and I were coming from Southwest Florida with about an 3 hours drive, and the whole process of the video walk through and analyzing our trade in before coming out here was seamless! The test driving and going through finance for the car was smooth! Would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a car in the Deland/sanford/deltona area.

My husband and I went because he was pre approved. He had a 2014 Toyota Corolla he was trying to trade in. It owed to much so it was impossible. Matthew was great he got us a deal that it would be both myself and my husband on the car. Which is great because I hated that car! We looked at all the vehicles and we ended up with a 2024 Mitsubishi outlander sport with only 20 miles on it. We did the paperwork and it’s wasn’t long but the process of course you have to wait. But we drove off the lot with our new car. We’ve had it now for 4 months and I gotta say it’s been a blessing that we never expected. Matthew and Jess made everything super easy. Thank you to the manager and all the staff. We felt very comfortable as if we were wanted there and they didn’t haggle us to buy anything. Great experience and some really great people! I really recommend them!!

In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. They dealt with all my questions, and as this is my first Mitsubishi, I had a lot. I received a full tutorial on everything different or new to me in the vehicle. They even connected my phone. Nobody seemed in a hurry to leave or used pressure to make me buy the car. BUT, I did buy a 2025 Outlander, and am very pleased with it.

I purchased my car here in 2018 and they are the only place that has ever touched my car. They only tell you service that actually needs to be done on your car. They get the repairs done in a timely manner and if it's going to take longer than expected they will give you a loaner to get your errands completed. When ever I go there service consultant Omar takes good care of me, making me feel right at home. He also lets me know if there are any coupons available so I pay the absolute lowest price for my maintenance, and he will make sure my car is washed and vacuumed prior to returning it to me. He even gives me a call later to see how my car is running. Taking my car here is like giving it a spa day. I drive 40 miles one way to bring my car here, and it is well worth it.

I made an appointment to take the Outlander in for it's first service, the staff at the service department were very friendly and helped me out right away. Spent a month searching for the best deal and found the Outlander we wanted at RC Hill in DeLand. We were in and out in an hour and a half and could not be more satisfied. There was no high pressure sales, the staff were great, especially our salesman Jordyn. We highly recommend RC Hill ... which is hard to do in this day and age.

Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. No time was wasted and we drove home in a vehicle that checked all our boxes (and more)! Many thanks to Brandy, Russell and Keven.

We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond.
