Alyson, Jordyn and Jesse made my entire experience from start to finish the most seamless I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I love my outlander. This is now my dealership of choice and will not deal with anyone else if I can help it! If I could give them all 1000 stars I would. The dealership is lucky to have these three individuals on staff.

Anytime I visit RC Hill for oil changes it is always a great experience. I had a recall for the navigation system. An update was needed. It wasn't RC Hill's fault. The update did not help the navigation. That was disappointing.

This whole staff is very friendly, efficient, and completely professional. The service department has a wonderful manager Kristian Mazzoni, whenever I’m in there for service, I see how the manager treats his staff, He make sure every one of them knows that they are respected and appreciated and important to the team. They all interact very well together. They are a perfect team and do their very best to satisfy every customer no matter what the circumstances. The service is beyond outstanding, you’re treated like family and not just another number. The manager Kristian goes out of his way to oversee each and every service that's done. I have always been treated very well by Kristian as well as Omar, Giovanni, Alexa and all the staff. I tell everyone I know if you need service this is the only place they should ever go. It is truly a pleasure to get service there because of this awesome team.

The team (Matt, Robert, Jesse) at RC Hill provided me a world-class experience on my recently purchased Jeep Wrangler! I never once stepped foot in the dealership as I live a couple hours away. A few months ago, Gio went above and beyond in servicing my car and addressing my concerns, making for a superb experience. His honesty, integrity, and understanding really shone through. Gio made what could have been a very difficult situation, pleasant. I am so blessed to have him as my service adviser and I wouldn’t trust taking my car to anyone but him and RC Hill Mitsubishi. So, Our first experience about 2 years ago wasn't the greatest. It turns out that 1 bad apple can ruin your experience really fast. This time however was much different. From the first to the last minute there it was a positive experience. I found out that the bad egg was not there very long because of just that, Robert, our salesman was professional yet down to earth. Ive never had a bad experience when visiting RC HILL Mitsubishi! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the technicians are very honest! If you in need of professional auto repair RC HILL Mitsubishi is the place to go! They work on all makes and models but depending on your vehicle or specific need I'd call ahead to make sure they can get the parts you need ahead of your appointment. They do take walk ins in it's better to make an appointment to get the fastest service!

I recently made a trip to RC Hill Mitsubishi to look at buying my first “big girl car” and I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. I had my vehicle serviced as a squeeze in. Called prior but they were fully booked. I was told to still come in as walk in. With them being fully booked my car was completed in two hours. Communication was A1. I was called and notified of all techs recommendations for my vehicle as well as provided proper paper work during my arrival. Customer service was great. I love when people love their job and it shows on the outside. This will definitely be my vehicle maintenance home.

Bought my car new there in 2004 and have done regular maintenance with them ever since. Great people, great service! Update: took our other vehicle to them with a difficult issue and they did a miracle fix on it and got us back up and running! Love these guys!!! update—more work done on both of our 2005 vehicles in Feb 2024 and they continue to do I a great job. Friendly, thoughtful, efficient and thorough. Five Stars Update: my 2005 Eclipse is approaching 200,000 miles!!! Lots of credit for the service folks for getting this far! 5 stars! Update Oct 2024: 2005 Eclipse now has over 203,000 miles on it and my guys are keeping it running like a top! 5 stars. Update June 2026: eclipse is over 213,000 miles and still going strong! 5stars for the service dept!

We have used RC Hill Deland for awhile now. This is our 3rd car with them. They have always treated us right and made us feel like family. They are cut and dry. No back and forth and have always done their best to get us into what we want.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Went in for my Oil change, tire rotation and had the battery checked. Service was prompt, details on my battery were explained with warranty information which was very helpful. Overall great experience.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it.
