Anytime I have an issue with my vehicle I always receive really excellent work on my vehicle. All the people that work there are always friendly and courteous !! I highly recommend them even if you didn't buy your vehicle from them . I can repeat what I said in the paragraph above every single time I go and have any work done at RC Hills. Any work is always done correctly promptly and the people are always polite and courteous. And as I have said, I recommend them even if you didn't buy your vehicle from them.

We had a GREAT experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi! Our sales lady (Alexa) was fantastic. Answered every question and was super friendly. Keven in finance was also wonderful! We don't shop for cars often....but the next time we do, we'll start at RC Hill Mitsubishi! On a scale of one to five, five being the best, I give them a nine!!!!

Took car in to install a new radio. Took all of 30 minutes. next day took it back to reset clock and date as it was a complicated procedure. Out in 10 minutes. Great service.

From sales to the service department this dealership is top notch and extremely courteous! The front desk clerk in service is phenomenal, very helpful and kind. Omar and Geo in service are always the best! Nick the mechanic always does great work! Love this dealership, they never disappoint!!! Still in love with my 2022 outlander as much I was when I drove it brand new off the lot when Kevin sold it to me! Can’t beat this place!

What an unbelievable day. Came here to get out of a vehicle that was beginning to cost me too much money to fix. My salesperson Justin gave ne a few options we went for an awesome test drive and here I am buying a new Outlander. The process was simple, they took my trade, gave me all information on the new vehicle. No hidden charges, everything explained and shown to you. Sat with Keven in finance, same thing. Everything put out in front of you. Completely explained. It was a great experience. I frickin love this place.

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE GOOGLE PROGRAM. I PRESSED FIVE STARS, NOT FOUR. We could not be happier with our new Outlander Sport and the excellent sales staff at RC Hill! Russell Ervast was superb in his knowledge of the type of vehicle I was looking for, and the advantages of selecting Mitsubishi over others I was considering. His many years at RC Hill showed as he made purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable!

As usual, the service advisor, John Kovalick and the staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi were professional, thorough and competent. The work, including a backup camera software recall, was done quickly. The waiting area, was in top condition, everything was explained, all my questions were answered and all discounts and coupon applied.

Picked up my new Outlander from RC Hill yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I live in St Augustine and negotiated the deal over the phone with Josh. Filled out the credit app online, 20 minutes later they had me approved with outstanding rates from numerous banks/credit unions. The best part was when I arrived to close the deal and pick up the car on Sunday morning, nothing changed. Everything was what we agreed to over the phone. When taking care of paperwork Troy the GM came over to introduce himself and thank me……nice touch. I spent around 30 minutes with Kevon in finance to close the deal and was on my way. Great experience!! I’ve bought vehicles in the past from other businesses and spent my whole day there. Russel one of the sales representatives had me in and out in record time. The employees here are so friendly and knowledgable about Mitsubishi. Appointments are easy to make online and they do try to get you in-and-out as soon as they can. What I appreciate is that every now and then, they come in the waiting room and update you what's happening with your vehicle. They also offer complimentary car washes! My car is always well taken care of here. Special thanks to Omar who has been working with me since last year. I literally only come here if he's taking care of my Mitsubishi. He's very professional and welcoming, to me, his coworkers and the rest of the guests that are also getting their car serviced. Love this place, love my Mitsubishi! Nothing but good to me.

Anytime I visit RC Hill for oil changes it is always a great experience. I had a recall for the navigation system. An update was needed. It wasn't RC Hill's fault. The update did not help the navigation. That was disappointing.

This whole staff is very friendly, efficient, and completely professional. The service department has a wonderful manager Kristian Mazzoni, whenever I’m in there for service, I see how the manager treats his staff, He make sure every one of them knows that they are respected and appreciated and important to the team. They all interact very well together. They are a perfect team and do their very best to satisfy every customer no matter what the circumstances. The service is beyond outstanding, you’re treated like family and not just another number. The manager Kristian goes out of his way to oversee each and every service that's done. I have always been treated very well by Kristian as well as Omar, Giovanni, Alexa and all the staff. I tell everyone I know if you need service this is the only place they should ever go. It is truly a pleasure to get service there because of this awesome team.

The team (Matt, Robert, Jesse) at RC Hill provided me a world-class experience on my recently purchased Jeep Wrangler! I never once stepped foot in the dealership as I live a couple hours away. No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it.
