From our initial inquiry with Brandi, to negotiations with Troy, paperwork and test drive with Michael, and financing with Jesse, everyone at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my Eclipse Cross! 6/10/2026 - Bought my Eclipse Cross in for my first oil change and the service/maintenance staff were courteous and professional.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

For first time in my 49 years of life, I can say I had a good experience in a dealership Jordy is a awesome sales man making the experience great, he was really helpful always trying to help me to get what I want and always honest about what he could do or not about the payment part. My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. I really had a good experience with this dealership. Typical I do not go to dealerships because they can be very pushy. But this was not the case. Robert answered all of my questions and showed me the vehicles I wanted to see. They even treated my cousin just as nice. My cousins said they would buy from here in the future. Also I did not have another person try to add additional fees onto my price. They gave me all the bells and whistles where I felt like family. I will refer as many people as I can.

Our second car buying experience at RC Hill was even was great! John helped us find exactly what we wanted in our new Outlander. Eddie was very helpful with the financing. It's been 5 days and the follow-up has been fantastic! We will be back when we need a new car again! Update: I have had the Outlander for two and a half years. We bought the Zurich protection package when we bought the car. Maintenance and repairs at RC Hill have been great. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I am able to get in quickly. And, my expenses are minimal because I bought the protection package. They still get 5 stars. Another update: I have had the Outlander for almost 4 years. I just had my regular oil change and tire rotation at RC Hill. Omar helped with everything I needed, explained everything, and all but an air filter was covered by the Zurich protection plan. I remain a very satisfied customer.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with RC Hill Mitsubishi -Deland. All staff is very professional and they work very hard to get you the best deal possible. You also cannot beat dealing with the service department and their staff. Just got my second new Mitsubishi from R.C. Hill and again they proved to me that the 2 hour drive to their Deland dealership is well worth the effort. This is one of the few places left that I can confidently say that they will do whatever they can to get a customer to leave happy.

RC Hill was my 5th location I already had an No I can’t help you in my head or them saying I needed to put more down. NOPE! I talked to TROY for a couple days explained my situation he gave me his honest opinion and told me to come on in. I decided to take the 45 min drive and within and hour or less he had JORDYN work me a miracle. This is one of a kind a dealer that is true to their word. I plan on having a long term relationship with them they will be my go to and my recommendation for anyone that has credit issues or any issues they can help just a little patience is needed they are straight to the point and will tell you the truth not waisting your time like many other places. Accommodating even when I was late. Friendly. Great customer service. Job well done. **Update** Still going to RC Hill Mitsubishi for service for the now 2 vehicles I have purchased from them, service is still #1 class act. Omar is my service advisor, he is always great! The Service Manager is a great guy too, have spoken with him a few times, and he makes sure that his team is spot on! All of the employees in the service aera are always polite, helpful and very welcoming. I will say that they go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of, and that you understand everything that is going on with your car. They will give you recommendations for the services that should be done to your vehicle, because it actually needs to be done, but it is never in a pushing manner, they will let you know if it can wait, or if it should be done now. The explanation is what I like best, because even though I do have basic mechanical knowledge, I feel confident that they would never try to take advantage of a customer just to make $ unlike other places that I have been. Grade A First Class operation.

Bought a Chevy there 8/2/25. 2 days later it was in the shop. Figured I got ripped off. Omar, the service manager not only payed for it to be fixed. He gave me a loaner for literally a month while it was fixed. It was a common issue with the truck. He could’ve ignored me and gave me the run around but he took it on the chin and stood by me and helped me along. Nothing is perfect with cars, but this guy is a stand up guy. You need service done go see Omar. The sales department stood by the sale and made sure I got a loaner and took great care of me, nothing is always perfect but how you react is what matters this dealership is awesome

I purchased my car over at Lakeland. They told me I could get my car serviced anywhere I wanted and I had a free oil change. Well I live closer to Daytona. I used Daytona Mitsubishi. They were the coldest rudest people so after a bad experience with them I called Lakeland and asked where else I could take my car for service. They had told me RC Hill D land or RC Hill Brevard. I chose Deland because it was closer. I spoke to Heidi on the phone. She was pleasant and kind very informative at my questions. She wasn’t cold like the last one up in Daytona made my appointment. I had to call back and reschedule my appointment because of another appointment. Heidi was fantastic through my whole experience on the phone. I went over on Monday September 8 got to meet Heidi in person wonderful person. I was so comfortable there. Everyone was kind they said hello they asked if everything was OK. I mean it was such a different feeling of service than what I had experienced in Daytona. You need to send some of your people from the Deland store and teach Daytona Mitsubishi, how to be nice. I will be back at the Deland RC Hill Mitsubishi thank you Heidi. You were wonderful. See you soon.

I had a wonderful experience at RC Hill. I heard about them from the radio, about a promotion they had going on. So I decided to check it out and I'm glad I did. I have to thank Anthony, aka "Big T" the salesman and Keven the financing manager for helping get my new car. Big T was a nice guy and didn't try to force any cars on me. He ask what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay monthly. I didn't have to put money down or trade in my car, even with my credit score! I left with better car than I expected! I highly recommend RC Hill if you're looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

9/10/2025 Came for an oil change & recall appointment was made and service was very fast and pleasant will continue to visit this location for my car. I came to location due to car issues. They were able to see me same day diagnostic was covered under warranty, which was great and I got a good deal for my battery along with using a $20 off coupon that they sent me. Work was done within a two hour time span which was very great considering it was the same day no appointment will definitely continue to use Mitsubishi.

We were so happy with our experience with Matt! And every person we encountered here was kind. Hospitality was a big relief for us as weve had other experiences that couldnt compare with the kindness at RC hill. First time car buying is overwhelming and Matt answered every question in detail and went out of his way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. Honestly, we knew our car we wanted would be a big expense for us and we felt happy that our money went to RC Hill versus the other places we checked out because their hospitality. I’ve had the best experience buying a car on sept 1st with Alexa. She was so friendly and easy going. It did not feel like she was trying to sell me. A couple days later I realize back windshield was missing a wiper and she right away ordered it from Ford and installed it on my car. What an incredible experience with the staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi!!!! We drove by and decided to pull in and check out the dealership. It wasnt part of our original plan to even check this location out, but the staff was very warm and welcoming. Robert did a great job guiding us through our purchase.
