From our initial inquiry with Brandi, to negotiations with Troy, paperwork and test drive with Michael, and financing with Jesse, everyone at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my Eclipse Cross! 6/10/2026 - Bought my Eclipse Cross in for my first oil change and the service/maintenance staff were courteous and professional.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

She provided a service for me that I didn't know was available, gave me a break down on everything that needs attention on the vehicle. For first time in my 49 years of life, I can say I had a good experience in a dealership Jordy is a awesome sales man making the experience great, he was really helpful always trying to help me to get what I want and always honest about what he could do or not about the payment part. My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Always a great experience to bring my car in for service - easy to schedule and I feel appreciated as a customer. Based on my original purchase and periodically service appointments I am very happy with RC Hill. Recently I brought my Outlander Sport for the 35k miles transmission service in. I got my appointment on short notice and when there had a loaner car waiting for me. They also did a complete check and found out that the battery was about to give up and they could replace it. Always friendly and always great service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience Cody in sales did everything he could to make sure a left with a car i wanted. Jesse finance manager worked with multiple banks to get me the best rates he could and keep me at a payment i was comfortable with, even with not the best credit this 2 gentleman did and worked everything they could to get me the best deal they could and i left with a new car which i didn’t think would be possible. Would recommend this dealership to everyone i know- specially Cody if you’re looking for someone that will be honest and give you all the information you need without feeling pressured!

This team is great! Especially John, I’m not sure what his last name is, buddy tall man who wears glasses and a ball cap and has a ponytail. On a Friday he went out of his way to come get me after I got busy at work and didn’t realize they were closing. Even though he was off work, he stopped what he was doing and drove to my office to bring me back to get my car so that I wouldn’t be stuck Thank you so much, John!! I hope you have a great day. This is also a great dealership, albeit farther away than the Ocala one for me, but I did want to provide feedback as well. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime. In the past I purchased a vehicle and paid more than a dime and it in fact was NOT a crime. In fact, the more you pay down, the less you end up paying in interest and down the road. That is such an annoying commercial on the radio. It is NOT a crime to pay more than a dime!

I brought my Car in for an oil change. There was no waiting. Omar came to help me right away. He add me feel comfortable and right at home. No upselling just service! I made myself a coffee and sat down in the TV room. It was such a nice day, though , I went outside to sit and enjoy the weather. I met a lovely woman from Port Orange who sang praises about RC Hill,also. She has purchased 2cars from them and loves their sales and service! We enjoyed our time together and then my car was finished. They did the service and washed it all in just over an hour Thank you Omar and RC Hill. I can honestly say I enjoyed bringing the car in for an oil change.

My first visit to this Ocala site for a routine service to my car and check low pressure on tires. Customer Service, Angela, was great. Good service, very friendly and helpful even asked for the car to be cleaned and it was. This was all done in an hour and they have made next appointment for the service to the car by sending it in a text message, how great is that. Thanks Angela and the Mitsubishi Staff for doing a great job for 1st visit. May 16th 2022 Another visit to RCHill in Deland for my service on the day it was due and was able to the service on the spot. Many thanks for great work and in answering all my questions in regards to the purchase warranty. New service visit March 2023, thank you again for the attention to my Mitsubishi, upset that I didn't get earlier notification about changing 4 four tyres. So due resources had to look elsewhere for tyres. Much appreciate the after service of the cleaning and washing my Mitsubishi. 9th August 2023 service visit. Thanks Jiovanni for your attention to what was needed for my car service this time round and providing the due resourceful discount for myself. Thanks again to Mitsubishi for their attention to detail and car wash. 17th October 2023 - Thanks to Alexis for dealing my very flat car battery issue which was put in by Mitsubishi in October 2022. Now in October 2023 need to be replaced this was dealt with very promptly and efficiently by Alexis, thanks again 10th January 2024 - Thanks Mitsubishi for the service and taking care of the car. 6th Jun 2024 - I came the day before my service cos i had a problem with the windows. Mitsubishi was very helpful in sorting it, politely as it was just a click of a switch. How can ask for improvement when you do all you can when it's not a service. Thanks Mitsubishi 2nd May 2025 Thanks Heidi and all service staff you took care of me again. Also thanks to the cleaning staff, for cleaning my car again. Oct 2025 thanks Heidi and Mitsubishi for proficient help and advice on my service. Thank for the cleaning crew you always do a good clean.

Needed a single tire for my 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage on a Saturday. None of the local tire shops had any since it’s an odd size.
