From our initial inquiry with Brandi, to negotiations with Troy, paperwork and test drive with Michael, and financing with Jesse, everyone at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my Eclipse Cross! 6/10/2026 - Bought my Eclipse Cross in for my first oil change and the service/maintenance staff were courteous and professional.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Absolutely the best experience we have had buying a car/jeep. We moved to FL and I knew I wanted a jeep, I had had one before, a black one and it was totaled in an accident and moving to FL I knew it was time to get another one. We drove by this one , just what I wanted, all white with the one touch sky touch top, stopped in and was greeted by Cody, he was never pushy or anything but friendly. From the day we entered the dealership till the day we drove the jeep off the lot, everyone made us feel nothing less than part of the RC Hill family. I will forever be thankful and keep going back. It was a great experience over all at this dealership; a great car and rebates got me here. The salesperson manager was nice and fully explained to me my questions without seeming bothered like some places, and the floor salesperson was good as well, and for the questions he did not know he said he would ask instead of making up answers. Not to leave out the signing process which went well also. Another salesperson there welcomed me as a vet. The only complaint would be how small the place was, cars back-to-back, the car I wanted was sitting under a tree for a long time and was dirty and had ants.

our a/c compressor had gone out in 98 degree weather & we already had 86,000+ miles on a 7-yr suv, so we decided to "look" at used cars, preferably not more than a couple years old, but with monthly pmts we could afford - we found a 2012 w/ less than 3,000 miles in my favorite color & w/ our trade-in, our pmts were only $10/month more than the last 4 new cars we've bought - it was taken care of by the orig owner & we're both very happy w/ our choice

The salesperson manager was nice and fully explained to me my questions without seeming bothered like some places, and the floor salesperson was good as well, and for the questions he did not know he said he would ask instead of making up answers. Not to leave out the signing process which went well also. Another salesperson there welcomed me as a vet. The only complaint would be how small the place was, cars back-to-back, the car I wanted was sitting under a tree for a long time and was dirty and had ants.

On November 22, 2025, we arrived at RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand to view a vehicle and make a final purchase decision. Anthony was waiting for us right on time for our appointment. Anthony was truly exceptional and accommodating. He immediately took us for a test drive, thoroughly explaining all the features of the vehicle. He patiently and professionally answered every single question we had. We quickly decided this was the vehicle for us! We mentioned we were going to the bank to pick up the check and grab breakfast and would return. By the time we came back, Anthony had everything set up for us. We were then introduced to Tim, the General Manager, who was very pleasant. We were walked through the final details in the Financial Department, and the entire process was seamless. We couldn't be happier! The service, the vehicle knowledge, and the outstanding customer service we received made us feel like part of the RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand family. The price of the vehicle, compared to other dealers we visited, was also outstanding. We had a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships, but when we came to Mitsubishi DeLand, we genuinely felt like they cared and wanted to ensure we were pleased with our car. It wasn't just us—every buyer we saw was happy, smiling, and well taken care of. It felt like a divine connection! I had my oil changed yesterday and I met Mrs. Dog. She had 3 huge trays of food and thanks to John he gave me a piece of the dogs food and it was Deelish. Omar took good care of me yesterday they actually detailed my car with a toothbrush. He still not as handsome as Gio but he's been trying his best.

I had the best experience with Jacob. He really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. He made sure I was on my was as soon as possible as I was dealing with a family member going to the ER and I really needed to complete the transaction quickly. He took me through 3 different vehicles when I told him what I was thinking about. I chose the one best suited for me and he worked with me to complete my purchase. 2017 Toyota Prius Prime I had an excellent experience with a used car purchase from this dealership. From my initial call, to enquire about the vehicle and the final price, they were honest in their communications and generous with their time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate the third-party warranty on the car, as it will be registered in a different state (a consideration that initially created a delay that was handled with grace and efficiency). The sales manager, Matt, and sales rep, Robert, were especially patient and very helpful, but other members of the sales team were equally easy and nice to work with. The dealership is fully deserving of their excellent ratings and I am very happy to contribute one more.

Took a ride down to Deland yesterday to look at Mitsubishi outlanders. We had no plans to purchase a vehicle. Needless to say we met Jordyn, one of the sales associates and the manager who was on. It was late in the day. Jordyn went above and beyond to answer my barrage of questions. Even though it was closing time. My Wife fell in love with one of the models. Of course it was the one with all the bells and whistles and leather interior to boot. Told him we were not really ready to purchase yet unless he was able to meet Our requirements. Mind you it was now around 5-5:30pm. Without any pressure Jordyn went inside with the manager and came back a few minutes later with a proposal that We could not pass up. We drove home back to Palm Coast in a brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sel with touring package. If RCHill is Smart they should give Jordyn and the manager that was on a Promotion or at least some kind of weekend cruise or something. You just don’t find sales people nowadays of this caliber. Thank You Jordyn and RCHill for such a pleasant experience.

RC Hill was wonderful to deal with. Their service department was very accommodating, informative, efficient and friendly. I had called them to say our ABS light came on and they immediately scheduled an appointment. We brought it in and when they told us it would take 3 hours they offered us a shuttle ride to a nearby shopping center. After shopping and having lunch they picked us up and took us back to the dealership. While it was there they also checked it for a factory recall. When we went to pay the bill they gave us a coupon discount off the total. They were able to repair our Mitsubishi Outlander perfectly and we were on our way. I will always go there for service. I want to give special thanks to Matt Fernandez, Freddie Jessee and Chris.

Had an excellent experience with Robert and Keven. Very easy-going and friendly. I hadn’t intended to buy when I stopped in, and visited several other local dealerships before ultimately returning later that day and purchasing my new (to me) car. The experiences at the other dealerships that day drove me right back to RC Hill. Night and day difference in how I was treated and general atmosphere on the lot. Geo is my favorite staff always takes care of me and my son with the best customer care and attentiveness. They are super affordable for a dealership they are here to help you. Christian Manager is great as well, would not go anyplace else!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!They also have the best ☕️ coffee Machine with diverse flavors.
