From our initial inquiry with Brandi, to negotiations with Troy, paperwork and test drive with Michael, and financing with Jesse, everyone at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my Eclipse Cross! 6/10/2026 - Bought my Eclipse Cross in for my first oil change and the service/maintenance staff were courteous and professional.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I had a nice time working with Michael he was cool chill and not pushy at all granted I made it easy for him I told him exactly what I wanted n he made it happen. My vehicle was delivered to my doorstep by him n Kevin was great also. Matt also worked nice numbers with the bank again I made it easy for them having a great score lol. But the service was great. I showed my girlfriend my vehicle that night and the next morning she was there getting her brand new one also. Now we're twins. My only request is up the referral fee a little more especially when your referral gets a brand new vehicle off display floor. Thanks for everything I love my Outlander

I love coming here for my oil changes I visit monthly. I absolutely adore Heidi she always assist me when setting up oil changes. I love that Mitsubishi offers discount for my oil changes which they email me monthly. They always go above and beyond I'll continue to have them service my vehicle. I was a walk in and dropped my vehicle off took around 2 hours which was great because I was able to do some Christmas stuff while vehicle was being worked on. 12/21/25 9/10/2025 Came for an oil change & recall appointment was made and service was very fast and pleasant will continue to visit this location for my car. I came to location due to car issues. They were able to see me same day diagnostic was covered under warranty, which was great and I got a good deal for my battery along with using a $20 off coupon that they sent me. Work was done within a two hour time span which was very great considering it was the same day no appointment will definitely continue to use Mitsubishi.

Hands down the best dealership around. I called and spoke to Brandy. She was able to answer all my questions and invited us to stop by. We did and were Greeted by Jordyn and Brandy. Jordyn was amazing from the get. He was able to answer all of my questions even some I didn’t think to ask. He got us approved and took us for a test drive. My biggest worry was my trade in. But they were able to take it! The process of buying a new car can be overwhelming but they made it painless. Time the manager was great. He came over, sat down, and helped us understand the financing process. He also gave us some wonderful tips that will help us in the future. If anyone needs a new vehicle I highly recommend RC Hill. Not just because the cars are great but the service you receive will be beyond your expectations!

We came in on Saturday to trade our used car that we bought there about 7 months ago. We came in with a 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse and left with a 2025 Outlander sport!! Alexa was amazing! Since I purchased my mirage in 2018 I have only taken my car to R C Hill. The service Department is top notch, they only tell you what service needs to be done at that time and what you can expect to in future visits. If you start taking your car there it will be well taken care of, ask for Omar when you go HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!
