We’ve bought 3 cars from RC Hill Mitsubishi. There is a Mitsubishi dealership about 30 minutes closer than this one but the service and prices we received at RC Hill were worth the drive. Our salesman Jordyn was so helpful in this whole car buying process.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00 am . It was a very smoothe visit . Was in and out quickly. Unfortunately they found a few things that needed work other than the oil change . But it was good to know so I’m able to keep my car safe and sound while traveling . And to keep myself safe along with other drivers on the road .

Omar always always has her checked every which way and totally honest. always clarify things. I went for a oil change and My wife had just backed into another car and it left some damage in the rear end. The guys in the garage temporarily repaired my rear bumper and then Barbara gave me an estimate for repairs. Great people!I always enjoy going to see Barbara for my Outlander. She is always nice and getting fast on oil changes. She must be doing all these by herself. But her hands are never oily.????

***Update 01/31/2026 RC Hill’s service is always consistent and amazing! I have never been disappointed !! My service advisor Jovanny aka Gio took the time to assess my vehicle, He carefully listened to my concerns and helped me to choose the right services for my car a 2019 Mitsubishi Sport. Both Gio and RC Hill are reliable, dependable and trustworthy. This car is my 2nd RC Hill purchase there is no other dealership I would recommend! 10 stars !! ⭐️ ** Update 11.14.2023 I truly love RC Hill! They take such great care of me. They always have a friendly smile. They truly go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and as a valued customer. This visit was for an oil change and I had my toddler grandson with me… the gentleman in the service department came right in with the remote control so we could change the tv to cartoons for him! I have never bought a car on my own with out a co signer, and 2 without someone there. I was working with Justin on the phone. Although the day I went in he was off. I was directed to Andrew! I was so nervous, nauseous and having chest pain with the unknown. Andrew was amazing, he takes me through the process and we got a deal done. Not the exact model I wanted (of I wanted highest end). But I just went with the process and said this must be what God wanted me to have. The whole process was amazing. It was not stressful. The Manager came and gave me some advice . Even to Gage in the final steps was helpful. I definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a car. I will be a return customer. And I am so in Love with my Outlander. Who knew? It’s been years since I bought a car, I hate it… it’s like the worst appointment usually. Not last night!! Everything was easy, direct and quick. I applied online, made an appointment, looked at and drove the car, got straight forward answers and a friendly atmosphere. I never once felt like I couldn’t leave if I wanted to. I've been into quite a few car dealers in my life but this was the most easiest laid-back experience I ever had with a car dealer no pressure no boil plain and simple right out everything out right out in the open and the experience was pleasant and didn't take long at all it wasn't like I was sitting there for 8 hours like I have in dealers so I would suggest everybody find an RC hill and get their car through them that's my true statement thank you RC hill..

As of January 2026, RC Hill has earned a lifelong customer in me. The service department always makes me feel welcome and goes the extra mile every time my vehicle needs service. Aug 2021 Garcia in the service department is an excellent asset to RC Hill. He makes you feel that you are a friend not just a customer. He takes the time to understand your needs and greets you by name once he spots you in the service department. Feb 2015 Anthony Andolino... is the sales man that met my car needs. I was fixed on the car I want it and the price I want it to pay. Anthony "Big T" worked with his boss Tim Hagan and met my expectations. Before RC Hill Mitsubishi, I visited a few dealers online and in person and no one gave me the deal I was looking for. Big thanks to RC Hill and its team. Specially to Anthony Andolino and Tim Hagan.

I hate car shopping, when you dont have the best credit its normally painful. You dont get the car you would like, you get what the bank deems ok. But the entire staff at RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland was an exception to the rule. Many things were handled over text so when I went to the dealership it was quick and easy. And I got the car and features I wanted/ needed. I would send anyone and everyone to them Michael, Matt, and Keven made the entire process stress free. Highly recommend going here if you wanted to be treated like a real person

My husband and I purchased a Tesla. We are new Tesla owners, and Cody took the time to explain the Tesla operations and features. He was not pushy with sales and was respectful of our budget. No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

She provided a service for me that I didn't know was available, gave me a break down on everything that needs attention on the vehicle. For first time in my 49 years of life, I can say I had a good experience in a dealership Jordy is a awesome sales man making the experience great, he was really helpful always trying to help me to get what I want and always honest about what he could do or not about the payment part. My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure.
