RUSSELL ERVAST did a great job explaining all the features on my new 2022 Outlander. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle and he was more than willing to let us look at multiple models before we made our decision on which one we wanted. Omar is always great to deal with. Get's me in and out even on very short notice. Can't thank him or the rest of the service department enough.

I have great experience with Robert Hill. He is the best! This is my first car from Mitsubishi. I visited Mitsubishi Deland because of my friends. They bought two cars from the same company( 3 years ago) and they are still happy. Mitsubishi/ Deland / has really great team- friendly and professional. I'm grateful for spending time to explain every single detail. Awesome General sales manager! They made my day. Definitely I will go back. My husband and I bought a truck from RC Hill Mitsubishi and the experience from start to finish was just great. Robert Dean was our sales rep and he took great care of us. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and treated us with so much respect. He has terrific customer service. Amazing experience from beginning to end - all individuals I had to deal with were very professional, courteous and kind. I was buying the car from another state and my sales person Anthony in particular, catered to my wants to take additional videos and pictures. When I flew in, he picked me up from the airport and I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes from arriving and on the road. Highly recommend!

They really came through for me! They had the action behind their words. They weren’t pushy, just informative and communicative. Everyone was very kind as well. They were very busy that day and I was late to my appointment but no one was frustrated or annoyed. They were polite and patient and gave me the same attention they did everyone else.

My husband and I visited RC Hill to look at cars and met Robert, the salesman. He thoroughly explained the Outlander SUV, which we appreciated. After a test drive, we discussed our options at home. I later contacted Robert to check the car's availability, and all our communication was done via phone and text, making the process easy. When it was time to pick up my new car, Kevin, the financial officer, explained everything clearly, and I got a great deal. Overall, my experience at RC Hill was excellent and hassle-free. In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Today I had my third routine service on my 2025 Outlander. Heidi had everything well in hand from the moment I arrived till all service completed including a car wash and vacuum. You may laugh but that means sooo much when you transport dogs. This is the friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with. And also, it's a great car.

We had a great experience at RC Hill Deland! We decided to give them a try since our local dealerships do not have great reviews. It was well worth the 90 minute drive. The online preapproval was quick (Brandy called within the hour), we set an appointment and met with Russell the next day. Russell was knowledgeable and personable. No time was wasted and we drove home in a vehicle that checked all our boxes (and more)! Many thanks to Brandy, Russell and Keven.

We bought our mitsubishi outlander almost two years ago and have had nothing but fantastic level of service.All the way from the sale to now.The only thing we are disappointed about is mitsubishi has decided to go away from the two point five liter motor and go to a one point five turbo.And that will stop me from buying any mitsubishi's in the future

Russell was my salesman both times I've purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and just recently, a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. I enjoy this dealership because you don't have sales people hounding you, they are up front and the vehicles I have purchased have only had to do normal maintenance on first vehicle second one still too new to tell but they definitely have a lifetime customer because of how well they run this store. I enjoy buying here because Russell works very hard to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing and explaining all the numbers for my lease to own and goes above and beyond. My husband and I recently went back to RC Hill Mitsubishi to trade in our older car for a newer one, and it ended up being an even better experience than the first time. Cody, our salesperson, was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, especially while we were juggling two small kids. He took the time to truly understand our budget and helped us find the right vehicle without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how personable he was with our 4-year-old son. He made him feel included and kept him entertained, which made a huge difference for us as parents. No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. Everyone was really helpful - my agent Big T and also the sales manager. Their team made the process smooth. Listened and understood my limited budget. They were patient with the back n forth reviewing of the contract. They helped me find a better financing after my credit union didnt pull through. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure.
