From our initial inquiry with Brandi, to negotiations with Troy, paperwork and test drive with Michael, and financing with Jesse, everyone at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my Eclipse Cross! 6/10/2026 - Bought my Eclipse Cross in for my first oil change and the service/maintenance staff were courteous and professional.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. This was my 5th Vehicle purchase from Russell Ervast here at RC HILL, and I am sure it will not be the last. I have always felt that that I received a fair deal with all my purchases here, even weeks later after I have had time to process everything. It has always been low pressure experience during negotiations, and every bit of paperwork is explained and gone over for clarity. Finance shows you everything, price, interest, financing terms, you know where every dime is going before signing that big contract. The buying experience is great, but the service department is a huge part why I keep coming back. They are professional, don't waist time, and straight forward with vehicle needs. Only dealership I continue to take my vehicles to long after the service plan expires. It's been over 10 years I been coming to RC HILL, both for my daily driver and a couple times for "Weekend" toys. They are my go to Dealership that is always my first choice whenever I need a vehicle. We have a 2013 Outlander Sport, and my new 2022 Outlander now as the family's 2 daily drivers. Guess we officially are a Mitsubishi Family now! Russell takes his time and answers all questions professionally, and before I roll off the lot makes sure everything is explained. This 2022 Outlander he had me here setting up my phone for the connect, making sure every feature worked with the app!

Please take time to read this review. If you go and read my Google reviews for Daytona Mitsubishi you'll see why I'm so excited to write this review. I have a 20/20 Outlander Sport, brand new. I've complained since 2 weeks after I bought it there was a noise that couldn't be found by them. I am referring to Daytona Mitsubishi. I'm not going to get into that , l will do my own Google review on that when I'm done with this one, let me tell you the story about RC Hill Mitsubishi I've been dealing with a problem with my car for 5 years and I know the warranty was going to expire. I never could get anybody to find the problem so I recorded it. Only to have Daytona tell me (Barbara service manager)they never could hear it and it was corrupt recording, again (Service manager Barbara), which was untrue totally, it was sent to the district supervisor of Mitsubishi and she listened to it she sent me to RC Hill Mitsubishi because of the way they treated me. She knew l didn't want to deal with them as they couldn't find my problem why would I want to go back? So she sent me somewhere she knew would take care of me to my liking. Christina THE AFTER SALES REGIONAL MANAGER was kind enough to listen to my problem and help me solve it after 5 years. She listened to my recording and realized it was a valid complaint. The young man that worked on my car his name was Nick. He was under my car all day and I think the day before that and the day before that and he had to order a part.He went over my car numerous times, it was No Easy Task of finding what was wrong with my car, he basically rebuilt the engine. After having to continuously fix things by process of elimination until he finally found the problem, it wasn't easy. The many times that he thought he knew what was wrong with it, only to find out it wasnt, and he had to keep on going until he finally figured it out. It was very very deceiving as to what was going on with my car, long story , he ended up having to put in a new torque converter. He did an excellent job, he's to be commended for his job performance along with, Heidi who is the service coordinator at RC Hill Mitsubishi she was patient with me she was determined to help me find out what was wrong with my car just like Nick.. they treated me with kindness and care all due to Christina who works for Mitsubishi her new title is AFTER SALES REGIONAL MANAGER (Congratulations Christina). I would never have gotten my car fixed if she had not taken the time to listen to me. She helped me and she listened to the recording and saw that I did have a legitimate complaint about my car. Thank you, RC Hill Mitsubishi the employees Nick and Heidi. And Christina who is not an employee at RC Hill. Thank you for finding the problem with my car after 5 years, it's finally fixed. I don't have to listen to the noise. You shouldn't have to have a car 5 years old and have to wait 5 years to get it fixed. RC HILL did find the problem and they did a great job. This is my third vehicle at this dealership and the experience was great Jordan at sales made sure we didn't settle for anything less than what we wanted Mr Gage was very professional and made us feel very comfortable with the whole deal he was very clear and answered all of our questions I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership.
