No pressure sales, large selection of availability on the lot (offering the ability to browse the same model in the same color across multiple option packages so you can find the exact car you want), and efficient from start to finish. We worked with Justin and he made it all quick and painless.

Well just purchased my second vehicle here at RC Hill and they still have the same great service! They are still better that all the rest! Well, we all hear how every dealership is different and better than all the rest and I can honestly say that my experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi was just that! I actually hate car shopping but I enjoyed my experience there. I was extremely comfortable the entire time, even when my Sales Person was busy helping other customers and another Sales Person stepped in with the same level of knowledge and assurance. I loved that all the sales people I talked to even the Accountant had first hand experience with the vehicle that I was buying. I love this car. I searched for at least 10 months and I was looking for certain features but didn't want to pay an out rages price. I actually heard a commercial on the radio for RC Hill and it sounded great. I thought, maybe I need to take a look at the Mitsubishi's. I am so glad I did, this is such an Awesome car and I highly recommend RC Hill to everyone!

Went to have my 1st oil change and I was in and out in less an hour and half. So far I'm satisfied with the service department. On 14 Apr 25 had a service appointment at 8am to work on a oil change, rotate the tires. The service agent noticed I had a bent tire rim & bald front tires because of this. Had a new rim & 2 new tires along with a alignment. I was out the door within 2 hours. Very concerned & attention to the needs of your car were on full display & explanations were offered before the work was done. Very affordable payment for the services done. A Great Group of Associates that Work at RC Hill! Very Very Satisfied with this trip for car work.

He has always gone above and beyond to ensure my families needs are meet. This is my second car I have purchased with him and the 4 we have purchased at RC Hill Deland. Jordyn was a wonderful salesman. The finance manager was a man of integrity and offered us all the options and didn’t guilt trip us into something we wanted, great man of wisdom. Also the manager was friendly and a man of God. We drove over two hours just to go to this specific dealership for the great deal they offered. We would probably consider them again for our next vehicle down the road, totally worth it.

I recently purchased a used Chevrolet vehicle from RC Hill. After a week it suffered electrical issues and would not start: The gentlemen who sold me the vehicle, Matt, went above and beyond to make things right. He organized the transportation of my vehicle back to the dealership and worked with the local Chevrolet dealer to make sure the vehicle was quickly fixed and fully functional. He kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle throughout the process, quickly responded to my messages, and made sure I was taken care of. RC Hill did not charge me for any of this, and demonstrated to me their commitment to making sure I received top-tier service and a fully-functional vehicle. I would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future, and would work with Matt as my salesman again as well. Honest, professional, and committed to customer service.

This was the 3rd assessment I was getting on my car because the first 2 stated different issues. Gio represented Mitsubushi so well in service and knowledge that I left my car for repair. My car now runs like it was brand new! And they washed and vacuumed which was much appreciated since I had surgery and had walking/driving restrictions. I'll be back! Thank you.

Picked up my new Outlander from RC Hill yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the experience. I live in St Augustine and negotiated the deal over the phone with Josh. Filled out the credit app online, 20 minutes later they had me approved with outstanding rates from numerous banks/credit unions. The best part was when I arrived to close the deal and pick up the car on Sunday morning, nothing changed. Everything was what we agreed to over the phone. When taking care of paperwork Troy the GM came over to introduce himself and thank me……nice touch. I spent around 30 minutes with Kevon in finance to close the deal and was on my way. I can’t recommend this dealership enough and it worth the drive if you live further away. Keep up the good work Gentlemen. Thomas Nodine. UPDATE. One thing to be aware of: when you go into finance they talk to you about warranties. I bought an extended oil change package. I later found out it was only good at RC hill 2 dealerships not good at any Mitsubishi dealership as I was under the impression. Kevin in finance could have been more transparent - so you got me on that one guys….happy?

We purchased a vehicle from RC Hill. It was an exceptional experience. We made the deal over the phone/internet. Troy and Jordyn sent us everything we asked for to understand the numbers. Jordyn got the SUV and paperwork ready so all we had to do was test drive and finalize the transaction once onsite. Jesse was amazing with our closing! R.C. Hill Mitsubishi of Deland is the best dealership, hands down, no question, no arguments necessary. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle purchases. We purchased our first vehicle in 2017 and have never looked elsewhere ever since. The sales staff don't pressure you like other dealerships, the management are always transparent and will never b.s. you, and the service department does everything in their power to make sure your vehicle looks and sounds like it rolled off the assembly line. I will NEVER go to any other dealership, even if we move out of the state. I wish I had more stars to give them!

This was my first time at RC Hill. I have a Buick that is just out of warranty. Since I have never been happy with the Buick dealership I bought from, I decided to try RC Hill as recommended by a friend who is a loyal customer. I had an oil change, new back brakes installed, tires rotated and of course a complimentary car wash. Gio handled everything for me. Between him and the ladies at the service desk, I was treated with outstanding customer service. I am definitely going to buy my next car from RC Hill and continue having my Buick serviced there.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy.
