From our initial inquiry with Brandi, to negotiations with Troy, paperwork and test drive with Michael, and financing with Jesse, everyone at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my Eclipse Cross! 6/10/2026 - Bought my Eclipse Cross in for my first oil change and the service/maintenance staff were courteous and professional.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

For first time in my 49 years of life, I can say I had a good experience in a dealership Jordy is a awesome sales man making the experience great, he was really helpful always trying to help me to get what I want and always honest about what he could do or not about the payment part. My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Easiest place I've ever bought a car. It's my second purchase with RC hill Mitsubishi and Anthony is my salesman. It's fun, fast, and simple. As a customer you are treated with respect and your needs are their top priority. I used the service department for my first oil change on my new 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. The service writer was as sweet as she could be and they were prompt and wash the car for me and vacuumed it out probably going to go back and continue to let them service my vehicle which is not the norm with me I generally don't go back to the dealership for service. These people are different like going back in time. I just love the way they treat their customers.

We went to Mitsubishi Deland on Saturday to get a car for my son, and we had a fantastic experience! Alexa helped us out and made sure we drove home with a brand new car that same day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The whole crew in the service department is amazing, kind, and friendly and Gio went over the top in helping me. Not only did he discover I had great extended warranty on my car that paid of my new condenser for my AC but he also got me a rental to use while my Outlander was being taken care of. My husband and I went because he was pre approved. He had a 2014 Toyota Corolla he was trying to trade in. It owed to much so it was impossible. Matthew was great he got us a deal that it would be both myself and my husband on the car. Which is great because I hated that car! We looked at all the vehicles and we ended up with a 2024 Mitsubishi outlander sport with only 20 miles on it. We did the paperwork and it’s wasn’t long but the process of course you have to wait. But we drove off the lot with our new car. We’ve had it now for 4 months and I gotta say it’s been a blessing that we never expected. Matthew and Jess made everything super easy. Thank you to the manager and all the staff. We felt very comfortable as if we were wanted there and they didn’t haggle us to buy anything. Great experience and some really great people! I really recommend them!!

In my many dealings with car dealerships, this one is definitely up there among the winners. The staff went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. They dealt with all my questions, and as this is my first Mitsubishi, I had a lot. I received a full tutorial on everything different or new to me in the vehicle. They even connected my phone. Nobody seemed in a hurry to leave or used pressure to make me buy the car. BUT, I did buy a 2025 Outlander, and am very pleased with it.

I purchased my car here in 2018 and they are the only place that has ever touched my car. They only tell you service that actually needs to be done on your car. They get the repairs done in a timely manner and if it's going to take longer than expected they will give you a loaner to get your errands completed. When ever I go there service consultant Omar takes good care of me, making me feel right at home. He also lets me know if there are any coupons available so I pay the absolute lowest price for my maintenance, and he will make sure my car is washed and vacuumed prior to returning it to me. He even gives me a call later to see how my car is running. Taking my car here is like giving it a spa day. I drive 40 miles one way to bring my car here, and it is well worth it.

Spent a month searching for the best deal and found the Outlander we wanted at RC Hill in DeLand. We were in and out in an hour and a half and could not be more satisfied.
