From our initial inquiry with Brandi, to negotiations with Troy, paperwork and test drive with Michael, and financing with Jesse, everyone at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my Eclipse Cross! 6/10/2026 - Bought my Eclipse Cross in for my first oil change and the service/maintenance staff were courteous and professional.

No complaints with excellent service, but thanks to the new sign the Mitsubishi center in DeLand is very hard to spot when driving north on the opposite side of 17-92, which is a six lane highway (3 on each side). Even driving south, the sign is hard to spot as it is TOO SMALL. This may be the fault of sign regulations, but accidents are waiting to happen as drivers slow down looking for the sign and get rear ended. I suggest Mitsubishi give some consideration to getting a larger more visible sign installed.

Traded in a 2019 Jeep Compass for a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. We were trading to a larger safer vehicle since we have kids learning to drive now and a additional family member living with us. My wife and I had an awesome buying experience with transparent pricing for the with no hidden sales tactics, they gave us a fair Kelly blue book trade in value for our vehicle, and they provided several financing options that fit our budget. The entire process was pretty quick considering it was a Sunday and they had limited staff but we got everything done and left with our new vehicle within about three hours. Our salesman was honest and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. So far we are loving our new ride.

For first time in my 49 years of life, I can say I had a good experience in a dealership Jordy is a awesome sales man making the experience great, he was really helpful always trying to help me to get what I want and always honest about what he could do or not about the payment part. My Fiance and i just bought a 2021 Ford ranger from here, and their team was so helpful and kind. Any issue we had, RC Hill had a solution. we were able to trade our 20 year old truck in during all of this, and they payed off our remaining balance on it. I like the family oriented vibe in this establishment and Bert is truly an advisor. He listened carefully to our needs and took the time to show us the inventory. This was the 2nd I’ve bought a car from RC Hill. Still worth the 1 hour+ drive to get there. Robert Dean helped me well after closing time to make sure I got just the right car. Very knowledgeable, patient. And in the end I basically have the car of my dreams! One of them anyway :)

I went to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand today to get my 1st service done under the 2 year free maintenance agreement. Their service department was awesome!! Professional, thorough and friendly. Mr. Omar checked in with us throughout the service and answered all of our questions. My vehicle was ready in about an hour (oil change, tire rotation and 24-point inspection). I live on Ocoee but will continue to come to RC Hill Mitsubishi DeLand for all of my vehicle needs. Definitely worth the drive!!!

Like many people, I was initially hesitant about taking my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance because of the fear of being pressured into unnecessary repairs. By nature, I am a skeptical person, and I believe trust must be earned, not simply given. That said, I can confidently say that I have absolutely no concerns when bringing my Mirage to R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand. Over the years, they have earned my trust time and time again. I purchased my vehicle there in 2018, and since day one, they have treated me like family. In fact, they are the only people who have ever worked on my car. My service advisor, Omar Garcia, has consistently gone above and beyond. He knows my vehicle inside and out and treats it as if it were his own. Omar has always been honest and straightforward, recommending only the maintenance that is genuinely needed while also giving me advance notice about future services so I can plan ahead. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare to find. At this point, Omar is more than just a service advisor — he is someone I genuinely consider a friend. I was offered $12,500 for my trade-in the day before at another dealership, but RC Hill gave me $17,400, which honestly made a huge difference. The entire team was professional, easy to work with, and never pushy. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process and really took the time to help me find a deal that fit my budget without any pressure. Most importantly, they helped get me into a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. So, Our first experience about 2 years ago wasn't the greatest. It turns out that 1 bad apple can ruin your experience really fast. This time however was much different. From the first to the last minute there it was a positive experience. I found out that the bad egg was not there very long because of just that, Robert, our salesman was professional yet down to earth. Ive never had a bad experience when visiting RC HILL Mitsubishi! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the technicians are very honest! If you in need of professional auto repair RC HILL Mitsubishi is the place to go! They work on all makes and models but depending on your vehicle or specific need I'd call ahead to make sure they can get the parts you need ahead of your appointment. They do take walk ins in it's better to make an appointment to get the fastest service!

I showed up for my oil change appointment and the advisor was very prompt on getting my information and getting my vehicle in for service. What an amazing experience, seriously I've never been to a dealership like this! I've bought many cars in my life from many shady grimy dealerships , im used to all the typical salesman tricks. This was unlike any i had been to. The salesman Matthew was excellent, I would even say we trusted him , yeah I know , a salesman lol. Everyone there went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Even stayed almost 2 hrs after closing!! I'm so happy I chose RC Hill !! They definitely earned my business for life !!

Car dealerships tend to get a bad rap, but everyone I have ever dealt with at RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland has always been respectful, trustworthy and friendly - in a low pressure, genuine way. I have never felt pressured here on an upsell, either with my initial vehicle purchase in 2022 or in my regular oil changes / check ups with the service department since then. It is one of the few businesses where I consistently feel like the staff genuinely want the customer to leave satisfied at the end of the day, rather than being forcefully polite or driven by commissions. I have never had a Mitsubishi before this but based on the service at RC Hill Deland, I will be a customer for life.

Very satisfied on my first car buying experience. Russell knew what he was doing, and if he didn't know the answer to very specific questions I asked, he was able to find out the information for me before the time of purchase. I was not rushed into the sale, and he even waited for me while I took multiple calls with family to confirm the car was decent. Trade in process was very fair, even considering my old car. Just purchased my 3rd new car from RC Hill and couldn’t be happier! Matt was amazing from handling everything via text so that when we came in we just had a few papers to sign and we were done, to getting me great financing with a low rate and finally to taking the time to go over all the MANY features my new car has, even helping to download the app that controls the car! They even got me a great rate for my trade in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and quality of cars they have at such affordable price. My past 2 cars never had any mechanical issues, were incredibly reliable. My first was a Mirage, then an Outlander Sport to my latest purchase a top of the line, Outlander SEL. I am a customer for life!
